spic and span is a company not located in K-town. It outsources it's cleaning to this family of three. The three individuals that perform the regular cleanings do not speak English, are consistently late and are very inconsistent with how well they will clean your home. if the Male comes alone expect a poor job. If it's the Male and young Female then you can expect your home to be cleaned adequately. If the Male drops off an older Female then you can expect it to be done well.

after 2 or 3 cleanings they will proposition you to not go through spic and span but to contact them directly so that way they won't have to give spic and span their cut. **DO NOT AGREE TO THAT**

spic and span will at least compensate you for their tardiness but all they will do is apologize and continue to show up 1 to 3 **hours** late CONSISTENTLY.

Do not do things that were written on order (window cleaning). Ruined a rug by spilling bleach on it, but they did pay us full replacement cost. Just OK cleaning service but there are probably better ones.
