I took a chance and ordered a deep clean on my home. They were very responsive and although the cleaning staff didn't speak English, they did know how to use their translator app on their phone to answer any questions I had.
I went ahead and ordered another deep cleaning for my office.
I paid $350 for a deep cleaning of my 3200 sq. Ft. home. Keep in mind I have 7 children and a wife living in the house so it was worth every penny.
My takeaway: spend the money and don't complain because no one wants to do this type of work and when someone does it right don't be a cheapskate about it. Pay them what they ask for and enjoy the clean home!

Mike did an incredible job and was on time for the scheduled cleaning start and spent time throughly cleaning the carpets and pretreating existing stains in the carpet.
Mike is retired military and cares so deeply about his fellow military.
The prices are so Affordable. My only regret was waiting to have it down when we put the house on the market.

Mike, the owner, is very professional and honest. I got his contact information and a recommendation from a friend. I like to do business with smaller, local companies and HydraTech met all of my needs. He did a walkthrough inspection of all the areas I needed to get steam cleaned. Then he vacuumed and cleaned all the areas. When he was done, he even did another walk through to make sure I was totally satisfied. Very happy with my CLEAN chair. I bought a recliner at a flea market. It needed cleaned. Found Hydratech on Yelp. I called. The owner was very friendly. We took the chair to him to avoid the $79 service charge. Which worked great for us, because we did not need anything else cleaned. We dropped off the chair on Friday and picked it up on Monday. This company is exceptional! We hired them to clean the carpets in the house we were moving out of and to clean a chair and a carpet runner up the stairs in our new house. They were prompt and did a wonderful job but that's not the only reason I'm sitting here right now in the middle of a move writing a review for them as they are working.
This is the true American dream family we all hear about. It is a family company and the husband, wife and son showed up and worked together as a team. The father retired from 20 years of service in the military and researched small businesses to own that he and his family could do together. All of their equipment is clean and new, they are over the top professional, have wonderful personalities and are the exact type of people you are comfortable with providing service in your home.
I will never need to search for a carpet and upholstering cleaning service ever again and if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation, I shall recommend them without hesitation.

I used them for weekly service for a couple months. Michele was our cleaner and the owner's sister. She was incredibly unprofessional. If you hire them, prepare yourself for comments on how dirty the house is at the start of the job, gossip about things overheard or misunderstood in the house, and uncomfortable conversations about politics.
Oh, and they do an OK job cleaning. Which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
Michele would often go to Renee to complain about the things she misunderstood or overheard in the house. She would make conversation with my roommate and find offense in innocent comments or questions. She would then report it back to Renee. Renee 100% believed her sister's stories and accusations without question. She assumed Michele's dramatic recounts of extremely brief conversations with my roommate was the whole story. Renee would then call me immediately and accuse our household of being abusive, harmful and stupid, and eventually cancelled service. She didn't ask for clarity, didn't consider if Michele misunderstood, and they both took my roommate's question about unfamiliar workers being "in training" as the grossest insult. ??? …is being in training bad? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ According to Renee and Michele, yes, and warrants cancelling service via an epic paragraphs-long text. What am I, dating these girls? Geez. If I have to deal with this much manufactured melodrama, I'd better at least be getting a free dinner.
Michele also liked to talk with us about politics. Extremely risky in this climate. There were multiple instances where her views made me uncomfortable but I chose to keep quiet. I don't want to debate politics with my cleaning lady.
They also complained about how dirty the house was at the start of the job. … yeah. Of course it is. I hired a cleaning service to help. Don't need the judgment. Especially when I hired people as an act of self care. A dirty house is often a result of depression and I wanted to make moves to improve my chosen family's mental health in this pandemic. Investing in a cleaning service was 1 piece of that. So to receive complaints and texts with instructions to prepare for their arrival by cleaning the sink was awful, demoralizing, and particularly triggering.
So there you go folks! In summation: don't hire them. Unless you like drama. Then, by all means, they are perfect for that.
