I've been using Castle Keepers for over six months now and I have been very pleased with the service they offer.
I'm on their every-other week cleaning plan. That means I get an automated email and phone call reminder the day before they come and then every two weeks they show up on the same day at the same time to clean my house. If for any reason I need to reschedule the office is very responsive and accommodating (though I would note that it is much better to call them than to email as they don't seem to process their email very quickly.)
Their cleaners always arrive promptly and the ladies I have met have all been polite and friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning and the honesty and integrity the staff has consistently demonstrated has made me completely comfortable leaving them alone in my house.

Weeks before returning home from an extended road trip, we hired Two Maids & a Mop to perform a deep clean on our home.
The day of the clean, two cleaners arrive and we see them on our home security system. They peer into the home and start cursing about stuff being in the house. We told them this would be the case.
Shortly after entering the home, they cancel the clean and state there's a "flea infestation".
We immediately contact and exterminator and have to pay an expedited premium of $300 to get someone out the next day. The exterminator found no fleas or evidence of fleas.
We rescheduled the clean with Two Maids and started the process of trying to speak with management. After two days of no contact, we cancelled our clean with them. We have continued to request to speak with management and have been told Ashley would call us. No one has.
Again two foul-mouthed maids showed up at our door and cameras the day of our cancelled clean. We informed them we cancelled and they left.
Still no contact.
So unprofessional. Just hire another service.

Id like to start this review by saying I have tried for days to get a hold of anyone regarding this matter and at this point have escalated to the BBB. Two (foul mouthed- the camera on the porch is live) maids came to my home to perform a deep clean after I had a house sitter for several months. They reported that there were fleas in the home so I paid $300 for someone to come out and treat, upon inspection it was found that there were no fleas or evidence of fleas. I have tried via phone, email, and voicemail to get a hold of anyone who could assist with this and I can't get an answer. On top of all this, Friday I cancelled the reschedule clean because I no longer felt comfortable having them in my home and Monday they still sent out maids this morning. (who were again cursing away on my front porch about all the s*** left inside as they peered in my windows??) Just go with another service it's not worth the expensive headache.

I paid for the deep cleaning service because I haven't had much time lately to do any heavy duty cleaning with my current work schedule. The gentlemen, Mike, handling everything from setting up our appointment, changing of appointment day and time due to my work schedule, pricing, etc… was awesome to deal with. I was super excited for this service and thought it was going to look and be SUPER clean. There ended up being a little mix up on there part and they arrived a couple hours late, which was no big deal to us, my husband had taken the entire day off out on the road and just worked from home to be there if needed. I had all my cleaning products and vacuum/mop/broom laid out for easy access, which ended up not getting used at all. I wish they would have used my products since they are little more powerful than the brands they were using. The house looked okay, but I could have done the exact same thing in a couple of hours by myself. After they were finished, I did a really quick walk through of the house to see if everything was okay, of course not walking into every single room because I didn't think I needed to after leaving them a list and emailing a list of all rooms to be covered within my deep cleaning package. Anyways after everyone left and 30 minutes passed, I went into our 1/2 bath in one of the back bedrooms and it hadn't been touched at all. I called Mike and told him about it, he said he knew nothing of that bath which is not correct, but he would come out and clean it right away, which he did and it looked great afterwards. So, I wasn't 100% happy with the deep cleaning package I received.

The day before, we had not heard anything from them so we started calling and could not get in touch with ANYONE. I set up a "move in cleaning" the day before i move into my new house. I scheduled online over a week in advance. i received an online conformation saying my cleaning will take place on Monday at 11am. I call the Thursday before saying I will not be home but I will leave a key outside so they can enter and begin, and this seems fine with the girl on the phone. I call Monday morning at 9am the day of the cleaning to inform them of the exact location of the key. I was then told my cleaning isn't scheduled until Wednesday. At this point I would already have moved in, and the house was very dusty due to construction that had occurred. They said they tried to contact me, they had my phone and email address but I did not receive a call or email informing me of this change so I could make other arrangements. At this point, I'm going to have to clean the house myself the night before I move in, like i didn't have enough to do with enough stress of moving. I am severely disappointed at the complete lack of communication and disregard for my situation.
