Our last 3 cleaning services (serviced every 3 weeks) we were charged $135 for just over 1 hour twice and just under 1 hour last visit.
We never complained because we realize these are tough times and Diamond Clean Is most likely busy and might have challenges
Jeaneaux cancelled our last 3 week service due to her cleaner's illness
We did not complain
3 weeks later Jeaneaux texted us to schedule our next 3 week cleaning
I texted back; asked if her cleaner could stay for a few hours (hadn't been here for 6 weeks)
Jeaneaux, by voicemail and text message, cancelled our service, alluding by text and voicemail that it didn't fit our budget.

The job was simply not done. Not even close. It was as big job but they said they could do it. Gave an estimate and time frame and a walk through afterwards in the dark. Don't waste your money. I'm taking them to court with evidence, witnesses and another client that they did the same thing to.
