Carmen cleaned for me for the first time this week, and I'm thrilled to be on her schedule now. She was happy to allow the schedule I want, was kind and great with my (barking) puppy, and did a really thorough job. She works very hard and consistently. This was my first time having a professional clean my house. I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. After talking with Carmen before the appointment she really put me at ease. I asked if I should clean before she comes (silly question, I know) and she told me DO NOT CLEAN, that's what I'm there for! Carmen gave me little check ins throughout the morning and was upfront with the cost and what to expect. I walked in after work yesterday and my house was spotless. She even washed my bathroom rugs and they look brand new! My problem areas that we talked about were completely taken care of and she went above and beyond, even moving my furniture and cleaning under my couches. We have been using WMD Carpet service since we moved here three years ago.
We have 6 grandchildren, in and out, 4 dogs, in and out and a husband….here all day. Our carpets take quite the beating. WMD has come and even made special accommodations when he had a carpet/dog emergency.
They are very professional. Take pride in their work and are super friendly. They come in and get to the job. Ince they have completed the work he always takes me around to check the rooms. I'm so happy with the results. I dont want to put the furniture back. The carpets look new again. And believe me that's a challenge with….well my husband and 6 kids under the age of 6.

Frank and his 2-person crew cleaned my windows, inside and out, including the screens, in less than 2 hours. This is a 3000 sq ft home and no outside window cleaning had been done in about 8 years! They were perfectly on time for the appointment, shoes removed each time they came into my home, and they worked quietly. My dogs weren't the least upset from their moving around. Please do not use Heather unless you just wish to hand over money for nothing. What she did in 13 hrs. I could have easily done it in 3 Hrs. Was not on time, not prepared. Just not good service! I wanted to treat myself after completing a long and complicated job, so I could relieve some of my stress. Instead, it only added to my stress and lighten my wallet $450! Now I have to clean the house myself as well. Frustrating!
