I hired this company for my mother, knowing that I could not be there on the day for 10am after they gave me a quick call back, and insisted on going through the booking process on the spot (which I thought was efficient, though a little bullying).

The cleaner arrived 90 minutes late on the day, and did two of the six hours worth of cleaning, leaving half way through to get something to eat as allegedly her blood sugar was low. I'm literally appalled. This is supposed to be a 'premium service' – and it was certainly a PREMIUM PRICE! She didn't even finish the things that were on the list, and now have to find and pay another company to clean up their mess.

DON'T BOOK THIS COMPANY once they've got your credit card details; they can't be trusted to fulfil their duties, nor actually follow up on their failings. Still waiting to hear back from them…

Also their website is blocked by Norton Scan as malicious, and seems to be run overseas.

I will post this far and wide so others hopefully don't make the same mistake.

Do not book with this company. They do not honor their commitments and refuse to make good on mistakes. I booked them to do a house clean on a small 3 bedroom home and they charge $210. They sent only one cleaner who took over 4 hours and the floors were never even given a mop. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped down for fingerprints and frankly, I can't tell exactly what was done. The company also charged for $45 for cleaning the inside windows, but that was never done. When I raised these issues they demanded photo evidence. After submitting photo evidence they only offered a $20 credit. This company doesn't stand behind their service and cannot be trusted.

Absolute disgusting company. Cleaner cleaned only a small area of the house before leaving and never returning. The company does not care about you or their cleaners. Have been trying for over two weeks to get a refund. The disgusting company has wasted my time and offered a 50% refund? This is theft. DO NOT USE THESE DOGS. I am proceeding with legal action today.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is the worst company I've dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!
I spent over an hour trying get an explanation and someone to come and clean the house. They did not return my calls and then I asked the Superviser to call. They didn't call either. THEN THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD for the Clean they never did. Took me over a week to get a refund! Extremely unprofessional.
