I have never written a review before- however I must make an exception for this absolutely APPALLING company.
We booked 'Bond cleaning in Gold Coast' for a bond and carpet clean. The manager called us the night before and said he would be at the property at 1pm the following day.
The following day he didn't call to pre warn us he was running late. He was an hour late. Arrived, inspected the property- added on an extra $100 to the original quote for window cleaning (to which the cleaners later had no idea about). Demanded we pay upfront which is extremely rude. He then said the property would be clean in 3-4hrs.
In 3 hours we went back to inspect the property. NOTHING had been done.
I instantly thought we had been SCAMMED!
Manager eventually answered his phone- poorly apologised and stated that there would be cleaners first thing in the morning.
The following morning after multiple attempts at calling the manager with very rude responses, he eventually arrived at the property at 1045 (when originally stated there would be cleaners there at 0600). The Manager and his colleague were extremely rude over the phone, often hanging up on me.

The carpet cleaner never showed up. So we had to book another carpet cleaner at our own expense. We have not been refunded the $160 already pre paid for carpet cleaning regardless of multiple calls. I now don't expect to see this money. On the initial inspection the manager also asked for my house key as he stated he does with everyone. I regrettably gave it to him. He has not given the key back. So has basically STOLEN my house key which is a massive security issue. I've had to pay to get the locks changed on the property.

This company is extremely disorganised and poorly managed. The management staff are extremely rude and basically have no idea what's going on.
This has been the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Overall I would obviously recommend NOT booking this company. If you give this company a cent of your money you will instantly REGRET it.
These people are thieves.
