Had Stainbusters Canberra come for an end of lease carpet clean as they seemed to have good reviews. The guy seemed friendly enough and did the job as requested, however, did not provide any further details (eg. how long it takes to dry etc.). Also, the invoice clearly states that if you are not happy with the job, they will happily return to re-do until you are satisfied. My real estate agent rang them to re-do a small area and they flat out refused. Ended up having to pay even more for a higher recommended cleaner to re-do. Would not recommened to anyone or use again.
