Taylor did an amazing job cleaning our house and I don't think it has been this clean in 14 years since we bought it! She took me through the walkthrough afterwards and I was shocked by the incredible detail she took to clean our home! She cleaned our master bath like I have not seen before and got things back to white like our shower, drain and jacuzzi. She also took off an air intake plate in our dining room that was very dirty and cleaned it completely. She cleaned all of our overhead fans (which were very dirty), wiped down all of our cabinets, used a toothbrush to clean around faucets and cleaned the grout around the toilets! She also cleaned all of our light switches, the wood on the windows and so much more!!! It was amazing and I was excited to wake up this morning and walk out into my incredibly clean house! I would like to ask that she be our permanent house keeper!

First, I really dislike cleaning. And everyone in our household works 50ish+ hours per week on different schedules. So even if I did enjoy cleaning, I don't want to do it in my little bit of free time.
We used All Star every other week from November-January 2020 and had to cancel for a while – unfortunately – due to reasons not related to All Star. We have started back up (in August) with every other week cleans. Our initial clean this time was not nearly as impressive as our initial clean in November 2020. However, Claudia has been consistently cleaning our house since the initial clean and she does an AMAZING job! One of the times I left her a note and gave her two focus areas, and she was receptive and definitely put in the extra effort in those areas. If you don't give them a focus area or two, they pick one or two and let you know what they focused on in the sweet, personalized handwritten notes they leave every time. I also love that it has been the same person every time.
It is definitely on the pricey side and more expensive than any of the services our friends or neighbors use; however, I love their business model and as I mentioned in my previous review, it is worth it and I highly recommend All Star, if you can afford it – I cut back on daily Starbucks (LOL) and I encourage all of our friends or neighbors to do the same 🙂

Teams were great and would have loved to continue service.
The general manager just informed me after two visits that they "realized" we were too far out of their service range and would no longer be able to serve us. ????
When I set up the service, they were clearly aware of where my home was and even knew the square footage based on my address. I think it is poor business practice to service a home and then say oops! You are too far now. Too bad because my next door neighbor wanted to hire them and they could have done both.
Really not far at all….5 minutes away from Centerra???

The phone operator I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgable. He did inform me that due to COVID and associated staffing limitations, they are not accepting any one-time cleaning services. They will only accept recurrent cleaning contractrs. This was dissapointing to me, but otherwise they were professional and courteous.

I have used them for a few years now and not had too many issues up until now. The last 3 months have been a disaster. Very late every time. I'm talking 2 hours late with no update. You have to call to ask what is going on. Last week I called when they were over 2 hours late just to be told they were not even coming. Also, I used to get the same 4-5 cleaners. Now it is different people every time. So if you want to wait around all day to see if some strangers MIGHT show up to clean your house, then this is the place for you.

I found this company on Facebook. They were running a special so I decided to give them a try.
They were at my house for three hours. When I had set up this service I had mentioned that I had been Ill for some time and had not been able to clean. I have a fairly large kitchen dining room area and a small bathroom with shower.
They wern't very fast. I wanted my shower cleaned most of all and it wasn't touched, I'm not sure what they used on the appliances but it left a film behind.

I'm breaking my Yelp boycott for this review, because it's worth it.
All Stars has been cleaning our house for the last 6 months, and I can't even begin to explain how much of a relief and benefit it is to our family. They are timely and very thorough. Not once have we ever been left high and dry with a no-show (which has happened with other cleaning companies in Fort Collins), and never have we been disappointed with the quality of their work.
In fact, they go above and beyond. I don't care if our beds are made and have never asked a previous company to add this to their service list. All Stars does it automatically. And you know what else? They organize and line up all of the stuffed animals in my preschoolers bedroom. He thinks it's hilarious, and runs up to his room when they are finished to admire their work. No joke.
I love it because I'm not wasting my precious weekend time cleaning our house. I work long hours and would rather spend my time relaxing on the weekend. All Stars helps to make that happen for me by taking this off my plate.

I am moving out of state and I needed a cleaning service for my rental house before my lease expired. I requested three quotes from yelp and Veronica's was the only response that asked to showed up in person. They walked around, asked questions, then provided a quote. The quote was fair and about in the middle of the other two quotes.
Their work was amazing. We're talking behind the oven, inside cabinets, inside drawers, anywhere else that you would not think of cleaning and that a corporate landlord would likely find and charge you for.

Veronica, you came out to my house (NOT in Greeley).
I have your written quote and business card. We spoke about cleanings before showing our house to sell it and after move out.
I also then called you to see about coming out to do interim cleanings as we got the house ready, like cleaning the kitchen cabinets and wooden floor.
That's when you told me since you're in Greeley, you couldn't do any cleanings except one move out.
But you DID come out to look around, discuss what I needed and wrote up a quote. Please be honest. If you don't service outside Greeley except for deep clean move-outs, please tell people so no one wastes their time.
Also, you say you don't go out to quote a deep clean move out? How can you quote that without looking??

We asked her how soon she could come over to clean and she said she could be there at 7 am the next morning. We agreed. She was about 45 minutes late, but her and her team did a good job. Veronicas cleaning services does a decent job. They come every other week. Sweep, mop, vac, dust, take out the trash, and clean bathrooms. My house always smells fresh after they have cleaned. They don't clean the stove top super well, and don't do any dishes- no matter if it's 1, or 4 in the sink- they will still be there when you get home. Maybe I was spoiled by my housekeeper in Seattle.

Veronica is AMAZING!
First off, she contacted me immediately and we discussed my needs for house cleaning. We set a date and she met me at my home, we walked thru and I explained my needs and then we sat together (with her business partner) and we talked goals. Veronica's Cleaning Service in Colorado are an AMAZING crew! Think hoarders house without the trash but dirty (not mine!). I was quoted $350. for 4 hours on a Master bedroom & en suite bath plus 2 more bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room. The residents have 3 dogs and 2 birds. One room is exclusive for the dogs poop room. We did not ask them to clean that.
What I discovered from other services is with a quote for 4 hours, you will get 2 people working 2 hours. This was a crew of 3 joyful, hardworking women, who worked their butts off for 5 hours! They arrived at 4 pm (& this was their 4th house that day), and performed miracles!
I wish I had pictures to show you because you're probably thinking how hard can the above be that dirty. It was bad! To the point you had to hold your breath when indoors. I was afraid to touch anything!
They cleaned areas not discussed & usually not included, like the oven, inside windows, & the blinds. What they did to the refrigerator was something short of a miracle.
This review can't come close to the miracle they worked. They arrived on time & worked hard. They brought their own supplies. If you provide them with a radio they enjoy listening to music & you might see a dance step or two while they are mopping. There was laughter throughout the house. I wouldn't have any qualms leaving them alone with my belongings.
For their efforts we tipped them very well & they appreciated we recognized their efforts (& strong stomachs). These are hardworking, non complaining women. We're looking to set up a bi monthly service using Veronica for the residents.

I reached out to Alma through Yelp to inquire about her cleaning services, pricing, payment options, and scheduling availability. She responded right away and let me know that she and her assistant bring all of their own cleaning supplies and clean homes for a rate of $75 per hour. She also shared that she accepts several different payments options such as cash apps/Venmo, cash or check. Scheduling was also incredibly easy. In fact, Alma and I were able to find a date the same week that I reached out.
Alma and her assistant did an incredibly thorough job! I have had cleaners come into my home before only to do the bare minimum. Nothing bothers me more than cleaning companies that only gently dust and clean AROUND things. Thankfully, this was not the case with Alma. She and her assistant did a deep clean of everything!
Alma will pick up every item, wipe it down, and clean beneath it. She will even pull out your furniture and appliances to dust and vacuum in these oftentimes neglected areas. Other bonuses – Alma made sure all of my baseboards were spotless. She also cleaned my ceiling fans and changed my bedroom sheets. I was VERY pleased with how clean and spotless my home was.

I called last minute to have a move out clean and they were helpful and got me booked right away. And let me just say, the two that cleaned the apartment did an AMAZING job. I was so impressed by how thoroughly it was cleaned. They even stopped by my work to let me know that they had finished and everything went perfect. Loved how easy it was to make an online appointment and the fact that I did not have to first schedule an estimate like you do with some companies. I paid a but extra for inside windows and oven cleaning (so worth it!!) And was very impressed with how much time was spent cleaning so well. I'm embarrassed to say I forgot the name of the gal that came to clean but I will certainly look forward to having her back – she was very sweet and did great despite our two big dogs occasionally getting in the way. She took her time and I am so thankful to have someone really scrub the tub and it NOT be me! I will definitely use this company again.

After a bad experience with other fort collins cleaning services I gave these guys a try and was very impressed! The website was really easy to use and had lots of options and I could actually get a price without having to talk to someone. It was great to be able to pay online and not have to exchange any money at the time of the cleaning. The cleaners were hard working and professional. I did some comparison shopping before choosing mulberry maids and their prices were cheaper than the competition, this really surprised me since they have so many options the other cleaners dont have via their website. The other companies wanted me to fill out an online form and then get a phone call with a quote (aka a sales call). I dont have time to talk on the phone about house cleaning, just want to be able to schedule and pay on the web and have someone show up and clean. Mulberry maids does that well. Highly recommended!

I hired Coast2Coast to clean an empty home before moving in. I specifically went over things I wanted done like blinds dusted, every shelf and drawer wiped clean, tub scrubbed, etc. Not being in town, I had to trust it would get done. I arrived with my U-haul of things to find almost nothing had been done. I was devastated to say the least. I called the owner and told her nothing had been done. She swore the girl was here to clean. I assured her that it wasn't that the job had not been done to my satisfaction, it's that the job had not been done at all! You could write your name in the dust inside the shelves!
She came over the next morning w/ 2 additional workers and they cleaned everything! Not only the things that were not done in the first place, but everything (floors again, kitchen counters again, etc.). They did an exceptional job of cleaning and the owner was very apologetic for her employees lack of cleaning. In the end, she got the job done!

They stayed longer than expected, and did a beautiful job.. I've had a hard-to-find mountain home for 10 years – they found it easily and no other cleaning service has ever done even close to as good a job. NoCo Cleaners helped me when I was in such a bind. I scheduled another cleaning service to do my move out cleaning. When she didn't show up at our scheduled time and strung me along for several hours, I called Noco Cleaners and Marcus saved the day!
Not only did Marcus go out of his way to accommodate a cleaning that had to be done on a specific day, the cleaning crew he sent to my house did an incredible job. Marybell made the house look perfect and ready for its staging and photos the next day.
