Their employee was on drugs and stole everything he could get his hands on in our office. Drugs, equipment, supplies. Even stole my kids pictures. We got a lot of it back but many things were damaged. Cost us over $5000.00. This company and their insurance refused to pay for damages because it wasn't an accident. Really!?! So we are left to deal with it ourselves. Thanks a lot for watching your employee damage our business! Can't recommend anything except stay away from these people!

I found Service Knight online and was convinced based on their reviews. It wasn't until I visited their website that I learned just how easily I could select the cleaning plan I needed as well as schedule my own appointment. During the day of my cleaning, well within my 2-hour time slot, I received a text message that let me know my technician was enroute. After going over my problem areas with a pre-treatment, my carpets were cleaned to perfection leaving behind a nicely clean and neutral smell. I'm so thrilled with their service and results. Do not use these guys. They told me they do concrete floor staining and advertise it on their website. Make sure they deliver on everything they promised before you pay them. They promised there would not be any dust and when there was inches of dust, so they said they would send a cleaner that never came. Did not move my furniture back, and the dust and sludge is everywhere in my home. It took them a month to complete the job. And they complained because they underestimated in their quote (that is not MY mistake). They attempted to leave me with matte floors and got an attitude when I asked them to give me the high gloss they showed me in the pictures. I found out later they were using my home as practice and the main guy was sent to training AFTER he did my floors! They smile in your face, meanwhile trying to scheme on how they could cut the work in half when they underbid. The owner even lied about being associated with the concrete guy, but they are related and on a family picture (all last named Ryals) on the website together! Lee, the owner, claims no relation but the invoice says, "ServiceKnight". Lee was also there at least three of the days overseeing the horrible work.
This was my first major renovation experience. Though it was horrible, I learned to SEE THE WORK IN PERSON before hiring anyone.

I was offended at how much of a hurry they seemed to be in to get finished and leave. We just bought a home and the carpet was filthy dirty with stains that would and some that would not come up but they did not take the time to go over the spots slowly and longer like a professional would so they left spots that could have came up. There were 3 men here yet they didn't even move the small tv stands to clean underneath and left a very small living room closet uncleaned. I had almost everything moved except minimum as in around 4 items that they should have moved! ALSO when I paid I was given no change back!!
