I was thrilled to discover that Maid in His Likeness offers house cleaning services for the Greenville, SC area! I have been very impressed with this company.
First of all, they do fantastic work. I hired them for a deep clean of our three-bed, three-bath house and they delivered. A team of three of their ladies spent 3.5 hours polishing every corner of our place. When they got done it literally looked and smelled like a high-end hotel room. My countertops were gleaming, the floors were spotless, the bathrooms clean and fresh smelling.
Another huge plus about this company is that the owner is super kind and so easy to communicate with. She answered all my emails and phone calls so graciously. It's been nothing but a pleasure to work with them.

I called this company in a panic on Friday, thinking it was a long shot for me to receive a move out clean.
But to my surprise, they were able to work me in!
I was absolutely floored when I returned a few hours later. The oven never looked cleaner! The blinds look new! The baseboards, ceiling fans and

These ladies are great. I have a 3,400 sq ft house and I keep it pretty organized and clean through out the month. But even though, when these girls come over, I can clearly see the difference ( and smell it too). I have the monthly service and they never let me down. And of course, I always ask them questions to make sure that what I am asking is part of the service or not. Everything is pretty straight forward with them. I already recommended their service to most of my neighbors and I will do it again without thinking twice. Their price is also pretty competitive.

I was so excited to be able to come home from work and find my house sparkley clean. BUT…… I was very disappointed to come home to dirty dishes piled in my kitchen sink!!! For the most part they did a great job cleaning, just a couple of things that I was not happy with. First of all was the kitchen and the dishes that were left in the sink, (the "suite" I had paid for was to load dishes in the dishwasher). After a closer look, I found that the sofa and chair cushions in my den had not been vacuumed, (another service that I also paid for). The baseboards and moldings were a hit and miss job as well. I contacted the owner and she was very pleasant. She was under the impression that I had done a walk thru prior to the staff leaving the house. I was not there when they left as I had to go to work. She investigated and found that of the 4 people that had come to clean, each one thought that the "other" person had taken care of that task…again, who doesn't notice dirty dishes in the sink??? She offered for them to come back over later in the week to attend to the items that were not taken care of but at that point I had lost interest in the service. I feel that for the price that I had paid, the staff should have done a walk thru to see that everything on the check list had been completed.

I am late writing this review. The service was performed early April. This company was on time & did exactly what they said they would do. I bought a home with carpet that needed attention, and needed my sofa and chairs cleaned. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction and it didn't take much time to dry.
Additionally, the owner was so personable. Knowing that I am new to the area, he give me information on other services that I needed. I actually enjoyed the time they were in my home.

I was so pleased with my clean carpets. Paul and Mike did an excellent job. They arrived, we walked through the house to check over what needed to be cleaned. Both men went to work on my carpet and stairs. About an hour later the carpets were dry r ough to walk on. I am so pleased with how clean and nice my carpets look and smell. Carpet care and maintenance techniques have improved immensely over the years. In my opinion; I would say mainly due to very smart chemist.. The environmentally friendly carpet cleaning chemicals work extremely well. I have watched these chemicals evolve over 30 years. The older chemicals would leave a soapy residue in your carpet that would attract even more soil. Not good.

Florence Carpet Cleaning can clean any stain. I had a massive tea stain (thanks to a disgruntled cat and a pitcher placed too close to the edge of the table), which I thought could never be removed. I had even priced new flooring. I called FCC just to make the carpet look more presentable until I replaced the carpet. To my amazement, the stain was gone within minutes. I would recommend Mr. Eaton's services highly. I was just disappointed that he didn't take my disgruntled cat with him. : )

We needed the very, very, very badly stained carpeting in a one bedroom apartment cleaned, but we were coming from out of town. I saw some great reviews for Florence Carpet Cleaning online, checked out the website, then called the owner, Albert Eaton. He was super nice, promised us he would be able to make a real difference with the carpeting and would give us a fair price…..all of which was more than true! I mentioned we would be at the apartment on Memorial Day but knew we'd need to make an appointment for another time….he said no problem and cleaned the carpet for us on the holiday! That carpet was filthy and heavily stained….it is now fresh and clean-smelling and looks fantastic!!! There were a couple of impossible stains that are MUCH less obvious now, which is far better than we could have hoped for. Mr. Eaton is thoroughly nice and very hard-working….it may take a few hours for him to complete the cleaning as he is very, very thorough, but when he's done you will have an almost dry and likely almost new looking carpet…..and at a price that is more than fair! We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Eaton and his carpet cleaning service!
