Extremely disappointed with the service of this cleaning company. Friendly owner and office staff which is what got them the 2 stars instead of 1. But the most important aspect – the quality of the cleaning service left much to be desired.
Contracted with them for a bi-monthly cleaning for my 2500 sq ft home for $195/cleaning. Vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, counter tops, etc. No deep cleaning. No sheets/laundry, etc. I am the only person in my house so it remains fairly tidy which should mean it is an easy cleaning job. After the first cleaning I identified several items which were not cleaned well. They offered to come back out to redo the cleaning. I declined and just asked that a better job be done two weeks later. Two weeks later, the completed job was even worse, with the few items I previously noted not cleaned any better, plus some other issues. They again offered to come back out and redo it. For personal reasons, I again declined but asked that the owner or manager come to my house to discuss the areas I thought were lacking.
The owner came out the next day and I showed her 6 different areas of concern. Dressing table mirror not cleaned, glass shower door, hair left on rugs, coffee grounds left on cabinet near coffee pot, salt on kitchen table (had obviously not even been wiped down) and most importantly to me, my hardwood floors were not cleaned properly leaving sticky spots in my kitchen, etc. The owner agreed that it was not a good cleaning job and said they would come back out and re-do it. I declined as I was going out of town and didn't want to leave my alarm unarmed in order for them to gain entry. I simply asked once again that they do a more thorough job on the next scheduled cleaning with special attention to the noted areas.
My third cleaning with them was almost as poor as the previous two and multiple items that I had pointed out to the owner remained uncleaned including my kitchen floor. I called yesterday to cancel my service with them and was once again offered to have them come back out. I asked the gal on the phone what she thought that would accomplish comsidering that they couldn't get things right on the first three attempts even though the trouble spots had been identified to the owner directly. She didn't have an answer and just replied "I'm sorry." While I appreciate the apology, it doesn't give me my nearly $600 back nor does it give me a properly cleaned house.
Bottom line, I don't recommend hiring this cleaning service.

I have a fairly large house almost 5000sf and they did pretty much everything except the master for a very reasonable price. Not to mention they are bonded and insured, which allows me to relax and not worry if anything happens. They come to my house every two weeks and do an amazing job would never hire anyone else! I own a 3,000 sq. Ft. House and had Class A cleaning come by to clean from top to bottom minus window glass. The organization only sent two woman, it they cleaned from 8am to 6pm. They both had bad attitudes and I could tell they didn't want to be there. When we did the walk-through afterwards I pointed out an area of the wall that had something on it that they obviously hadn't wiped down and one of the women wiped it down and when it didn't come off she shrugged her shoulders and walked out. I also pointed out how a light fixture was still grimy and instead of cleaning it again she just said "I already cleaned that." After they left I noticed some of the surfaces were still dusty and/grimy and clearly some areas they have a "once over" without really trying. I'm only giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because I realize its a huge house and obviously their supervisor didn't care enough to send more cleaners. I would NOT hire them again.

I hired Maid in the USA to clean a house I am getting ready to list for sale. The owner is in the process of moving out and just about done, but there were a lot of boxes and odds and ends that hadn't been packed up yet. Maid in the USA came in, did an excellent job cleaning the house and neatly organized all the remaining items. I don't use cleaning services that often, so I brought my friend that does rental management to make sure the job was done right. She gave her stamp of approval and I can't tell you how many cleaning services she has fired because they don't do it right. Maid in the USA not only did an outstanding job, they earned the respect of a very tough rental manager as well.

Our family loves Alisha and the other ladies that have kept our home sparkling for nearly a year! I have been impressed with their professionalism. Even my husband appreciated seeing Alisha's attention to the base boards.
While I was out of town, my husband forgot to leave the key with a neighbor for Alisha's entry. Alisha and the staff spent extra time to reach me to work out a solution that resulted in Alisha going above and beyond. Alisha returned to our home the same day even though we live outside the city limits. That shows dedication as I am certain this added more than an hour if not two into her day!
Office staff has always been kind, professional and willing to accommodate any changes due to vacation, events, additional cleanings and payments. We receive an email reminder of the cleaning and a prompt email receipt of payment as we have a card on file. We were so happy to increase our cleaning after my surgery as it helped alleviate unnecessary stress knowing trusted individuals would take time and care to go above and beyond. They have all been so sweet to our fur babies as well.
In my mind, you often get what you pay for and I am happy to pay a reasonable price for an exceptional service. After having theft and breakage of property with two other companies, professionalism and character were high on my priority list. I'm happy to say I feel a great deal of trust and this gives customers peace of mind.

UPDATE April 2022. About a year ago Precision Clean started having issues keeping employees around. I had been using them three years so I was willing to go through the harder times with them. But in the last six or so months they've raised prices, had 4 different cleaners assigned to me, then cut back on the time they allowed a cleaner to spend in my home (wanting their cleaners to do three houses per day versus two). But the last two issues I had made me look elsewhere:
1. I'd never complained about anything that wasn't done well. Knew they'd get it the next time, and they always did. But so much was missed or not done well, I requested they send someone back out for a redo and provided a list of issues. They sent back the same person (which is their policy). It was awkward and uncomfortable for me and the cleaner. I had to go around the house with her and oversees everything she did. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to complete everything in the 2 hours they gave her and said PC would be in touch to have someone finish. When I didn't hear back, I again sucked it up.2. Two weeks ago nobody showed up for our bi-weekly cleaning that had been on the schedule for years. I called and left a message. Few min later I missed their return call. But they left a VM saying they had me scheduled for 1pm that afternoon. 1pm came and went. No cleaner. No phone call.
I decided to look elsewhere for services.

They didn't clean thoroughly during the move-out cleaning I purchased for $340 in April 2020. They were nice, but lacking in attention to detail.
They offered to send someone back out to clean what they missed, but that wasn't a viable option for us, and they ultimately decided to do nothing except point out that I signed their paperwork. You can probably imagine how frustrating it is during the craziness of a move, for a company to take your payment, fail to deliver on their promise, and then essentially say their failure is your problem because you signed their paperwork. Both I and the homeowner spent hours cleaning what I paid Precision to clean.
If you need a thorough move-out cleaning in Fayetteville, there are so many other options. If you decide to pay Precision for a move-out cleaning, you'll probably need to be comfortable with a less-than-precision cleaning, have additional time and money to clean yourself, or hire someone else to clean what they miss.

DO NOT USED THIS CLEANING SERVICE. I have used many cleaning services in the past in many homes i have lived in a number of states I have lived in throughout my 26 year military career, and this has to be the worst company I have dealt with. They are not reliable, inconsiderate, incompetent and have extremely dishonest business practices. I believe this business has taken advantage of limitations placed on communications going on right now due to COVID 19 to profit off of customers like myself who may have had contracts with them. I attempted to contact them in a "very timely" manner on a number of occasions to cancel as stated contracted and they made communication to "amend" and or "cancel" service unavailable and preceded with the cleaning service as they had scheduled monthly. Although I refused the cleaning service, the continued to charge me for it anyway. I again messaged to have them contact me regarding cancelling this service, I have yet to hear anything from this company. So I caution, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The one time I did have them to clean my home was a nightmare. The cleaning lady was awful. She barely made a difference cleaning my home. Worst I have ever experienced. I had no words for her when she was done but have a good a day. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.

The cleaners were very nice and I was pleased with what they did clean, however $280 to do one room, 2 bathrooms and part of the kitchen? They arrived at 1:00. They could have done more if I was willing to shell out $40 an hour, per worker, there were 3 of them, so $120 an hour. The company called me about 15 minutes before 5:00 to tell me this. If they knew it was going to take longer, they should have maybe mentioned that an hour into the job. And I have no idea how much longer they were going to take, so I could have been out hundreds. Very disappointing.

The two women who came to clean the home we rented (for a full move out clean) were kind, efficient and timely. however, I believe the company is over priced for the services they provide. Some things are at extra cost or not offered at all, where other companies have it standard in a full move out service. When I called to express my dissatisfaction Alicia seemed defensive and simply told me the cost is higher because they "are fully insured, pay to put their employees through classes and have thorough background check", which doesn't seem like anything I should be charged extra for. If you are looking for a professional to come out and clean your home DO NOT use Precision Clean of Fayetteville
I used their clean out sevice 4/13/18. I was out of town at the time. When I came back Sunday to walk through the house, I was highly disappointed to find that I didn't receive a precision cleaning. My husband and I ended up cleaning floors, cabinets and the side of the fridge the night before our rental move out walk-through. I called them Monday to discuss with them the areas that where missed, big misses. The receptionist was nice and told me to email her pictures which I did. A few hours after I sent the email she called and told me the manager, Tiffany, said because my husband did the walk-through after they cleaned that there was nothing they could do about it. When my husband did the walk-through he assumed what was left behind were stains because professional cleaners just went through and cleaned the house. They were not stains and I was able to easily remove everything they failed to clean. The receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and that she was sorry. She constantly kept apologizing but offered no solution and told me that "that was that" basically and her manager, Tiffany, wasn't going to change her mind. I didn't pay $305 for me to have to go back and clean after professional cleaners just went through.
I have still NOT heard form the manager, Tiffany or the owner, Charlotte Mixon.
Save your money and DO NOT go with this company.
They have also deleted my reviews on Facebook which tells me they have no intention on fixing anything.

I was skeptical at first hiring someone to clean my house thinking they wouldn't get down to the nitty gritty, nooks and crannies. Well, I was wrong! Today, 10JUL17, was my initial deep clean. I have cameras throughout my house and while at work I watched these wonderful ladies enter my home and instantly transform each room into a peaceful freshly cleaned environment. My expectations were far surpassed and my home smelled like fresh clean soap in every room. These ladies not only cleaned every corner, they payed special attention to details like organizing items that were out. Amber and Suzanne provided warm cheerful smiles and outstanding quality work inside our home recently. They were punctual.
Contact with company is a breeze. I was asked the day and times that I would prefer my home cleaned. They were able to accommodate my requests. I did give flexible notice in advance, approximately 2weeks notice. As much as I would have loved someone to appear in a 24hour short notice, I knew requesting in advance would be beneficial to me in the long run.
I filled out their information questioner about our home and I was given a rate. Shortly there after I received a confirmation email. Additionally I received a 'gentle reminder' email about 2 days prior to their arrival. It is this attention to details Precision Cleaning provided me that also gave me a window into the quality of service I would expect inside our home.
I was not disappointed. Matter of fact I am over the moon. Amber and Suzanne must have magical cleaning wands they use. Bathrooms sparkle, Kitchen Sparkles and those areas you hope no one see's…sparkle.
The price I was originally quoted was the price that I paid. Calling in payment was easy.
I look forward to seeing Amber and Suzanne, Precision Cleaning Fairies 🙂 in a few weeks again.

Laundry clean and folded, floors sparkling, and a pleasant lemon scent greeted me when I came home. They even lightly organized. Scheduled an appointment for a HOUSE move out cleaning. Got the quote, looked great. Then they got there and decided to tell me they couldn't do the amount required because "there was too much dog hair" which I can assure there was not. So instead of getting the house cleaned they only did the master bedroom/bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and kitchen appliances did look great but the rest was absolutely not worth the amount I was charged. They gave me the option on going over the time limit they set for 80 extra bucks an hour or call an extra employee in to help at 120 bucks with no guarantee that they would finish the job or go over time. Absolutely ridiculous. The vacuum job was sub par (they didn't even vacuum the edges of the carpet) and I was left with the other half of the house to clean myself on an already crazy busy moving weekend. Glad we rushed packing up and getting the house ready for them. If I could give less stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with them. Do it yourself or hire someone else.

I've been using their service for a few months and I have to say they keep improving everytime! It's hard to find a cleaning service that will continue great work every time they come through, but Amber really does strive to not only match what she did last time but find new ways to show that she cares about what she does.. Wether my laundry is a little over stacked (single man problems) or I have some dish cleaning issues, Amber seems to have no problem meeting the different challenges and leave my place so much better than the way she found it! Highly recommended if your looking for a clean home to rest every few weeks or so! I only went with this company because it was supposed to be cheaper and they could fit me in on the day I needed! Ugh! The girls did a great job in doing a clean out move. Well they were there until 7:30. On top of that I was charged the full price however i was told I could pay with a cc I'm thinking they had the little swipe things! NO! THE GIRL GRABBED MY CREDIT CARD OUT OF MY HAND and read it to someone over the phone! WHAT? Well the lady kept saying its declined UMMMM NO! So the housekeeper texted her my cc information! WHAT THE BLANK!!!!! Hello privacy laws! Then my bank froze my account because PRECISION CLEANING RAN MY CARD 6 times without putting the zip code in!!! Which caused for more inconvenience. I needed a receipt and couldn't get one until the next day and it just seemed liked whoever was doing the books etc is all over the place. She said she would call me back because I wanted to express concern and she NEVER DID! I think I should get a refund for having to stay 2 hours passed their scheduled slot and for the all the issues and inconveniences! BUT GOOD LUCK TO ME!
