I called Maid Green and they answered on the first ring. The office manager was very professional and most importantly knowledgeable. Collected information from me to give me the necessary information I would need to know. She sent someone out that day to do a quick in home consultation to find out what it is that I need done and gave precise expectations.
The next day, they emailed me a tailored detailed proposal with a checklist of my needs along with a quote for different packages specific for my home.
They came out a few days later and went way above and beyond! The two girls they sent were not as I expected or your typical maid service. So professional! Truly eager to make me happy and relaxed.
Not only did they do the not detailed and professional cleaning of my home I have ever seen, but they were so knowledgeable on the products and surfaces, made me feel comfortable with strangers in my home, and were an enjoyment to meet!

Overall a decent experience (3.5 stars) with a few caveats.
The good: came out to do an in home estimate, stayed true to the estimate, overall did a decent job cleaning the home, the guy they sent was really professional and friendly, responsive communication via email.
The not so good: called the morning of maybe just past 8 am to ask to change the time to earlier. Was fine with us but not great if you've taken part of you work day off to get this done. Sent only one guy for an entire house worth of cleaning- while the guy overall did a great job, there was probably a bit much for one guy to do, even in the six hours he spent cleaning. There were a few spots missed (i.e. Ceiling fan, mantle, etc that I don't fault him for missing but would probably have Ben easier to cover with at least two people. It also becomes awkward to ask a guy that's been working hard for 6 hours to hang around longer so you can take a look at the house and then have him get those spots (and easier just to do it yourself).
Overall though, I'd recommend them- would be nice to know how many cleaners to expect and a firmer time for the appointment is all.

I'm pretty meticulous about cleaning and don't trust anyone to do a better job than I can so I've always been hesitant to hire anyone. However, after trying Maid Green, I can say they do as good of a job as I can!
The maid arrived on time, was friendly, and did a great job at removing those stubborn shower stains. I liked that her boss stopped by to make sure she was doing a good job. There are a few areas I wish would have been covered but that was my fault for not mentioning them ahead of time.
In all, they were very professional and friendly! Will definitely hire them again.

Tenant, residential move-out appointment was held. Two cleaners for three hours = six hours total cleaning for an empty house…this should be pretty easy. No scrubbing of more than half the floors required since hardwood to be refinished. The problem here is that there was not much cleaning! $180 sounds like a deal, but not when there's no hot water or mops being used to clean: a swifter on flooring and vacuums to do the rest. Windows? we don't do frames, only sills. Blinds, I requested, totally ignored. Instead, the blinds were pulled up so as no inspection could be easily done. I was scolded, "Ma'am, you should have told us how much time was needed, we can't finish, but will be happy to call upon one of our colleagues to come after we leave." Really? What questions did your scheduler ask to determine how much time was needed? They couldn't see dirt that was two inches in their faces. Pics of toilet, doors, etc "after" said cleaning appointment to be posted here. These are kids with vacuums who swirl dirt around from left to right – surface cleaners – at best…don't waste your time or money!!!!! I am an out-of-town property owner who only had so many days to get things done; this is still on my list for next weekend…clean after Maidgreen!

I hate to clean but, at the same time I am really particular about how my house is cleaned. I have gone through several maid services, and each has disappointed me in one way or another. Then, I began reading about how harmful all the chemicals are in most cleaning products, which is when I decided to give Maid Green shot. All if their products are 100% natural so you don't have to worry about your kids or pets getting sick from them. Every time I call Maid Green I am spoken to with kindness and respect. I've had three cleanings By Maid Green so far. Each time a team of two very friendly people arrive near the agreed-upon time. They review with me what I want them to do and get to work quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they do a walk-through with me and everything looks great. I've used this company twice in the past two months. I paid for a deep clean with pet hair both times. I was very, very happy with Kelli and her associate on the initial clean in November – detail-oriented and thorough. I was so happy that I requested Kelli for my follow-up deep clean + pet hair. She brought her own vacuum. I was pretty ecstatic that I found such a great a regular cleaner!
I received a text from Tabitha the night before my scheduled clean letting me know that Kelli is unavailable, but there's another available team who is "just as good." Sure, that's fine.
The second cleaner showed up on time, which is great. Very polite. She then announced that she was almost finished cleaning and asked for my feedback. When I asked if any of the carpeted rooms had been vacuumed, she told me she forgot her vacuum. Thankfully, I did have a vacuum available for her to use, and she vacuumed the carpets just fine after that.
Overall, the impression of the company really varies by which cleaner is assigned to you. I gave it an OK review overall because one cleaner went above and beyond, and the second cleaner forgot her vacuum.. to a (deep) cleaning job.
*Update* Tabitha reached out to me for an update on how my clean went. She was very reasonable and understanding. She offered to adjust the price of the cleaning job and provided a solution so that I might be able to use Kelli as a cleaner in the future.
And for great customer service, I'll bump the review to a Good.

The cleaning itself was okay. I specifically asked about carpet cleaning and it doesn't appear to have been done. They also broke my closet door and then stopped answering me after saying they were going to look into the incident. I still paid, wasn't looking for a refund (businesses have to make their money) I just wanted answers. Switched maid services after 3 years. We had Smiles are Maid come out once and they did a great job. Problem is they can't get here on time.
Second visit again wasn't on time. Apparently my time isn't worth anything as I sit and wait for their arrival. Never made fun of the cleaners cars. Geez what is wrong with you. Only stated that when a car leaks oil and gas they should park in the street. Your 2nd cleaner wanted me to handle her road service. I asked her if she had AAA. I shouldn't have to use my AAA for your employees. As for pictures of me laughing at your employee. Please post them. Quite honestly I didn't even know where her car broke down. So I would love to see the proof. Be very careful Tabatha you're close to slander. Any further posts of incorrect information will be dealt with accordingly.

First visit of the day should be an easy appt to keep. Roads have been dry for 7 months now. No weather delays, I would suggest you tell your maids that when their appt is between 8-9 don't leave the house at 8:45.
Your 2 hour comment is out of line when I have proof of email and texts that say the 8-9 arrival.

I don't want to give them one star because it wasn't a horrible experience or anything. "Could've been better" basically nails it. First of all, the woman was an hour late. That was fine, though, because I was working from home. She was nice, got right to work, and did a decent job. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty great. But I paid extra for a "deep clean" and "pet hair" and I feel like she could have been a lot more thorough. For instance, she didn't dust anything, and didn't move anything aside to vacuum or sweep. She vacuumed upstairs but didn't vacuum the stairs. Perfect example is we have this little plastic box where we keep the dog toys. Very easy to move, right in the corner of the living room. Right after she left I went and moved it and there was a bunch of dog hair behind it. Not a horrible experience over all, but considering I paid an extra $70 (which is a lot to me) for pet hair and deep clean, I would expect a little more for my money. Next time I'll probably look for a different service that's either less expense or more thorough (or both).

I've never used a cleaning service before, but I needed help for a small gathering for my son's baptism in early December. It's already exhausting having a 3 month old & working full time plus I hate cleaning bathtubs & mirrors.
The Cleaning Pro that was scheduled to come, was running a slight temperature that day, so Tabitha rescheduled. Which I was grateful given the times we live. However at the end of that rescheduled time slot, which was the morning before the event, no one showed. Tabitha was right on it, but the Cleaner was unresponsive. Tabitha was able to have someone come to the house that evening since I was a little panicked that I would end up to do the cleaning, free of charge.
Jess was like an angel even in her mask. She utilized all of her time effectively & even vacuumed & mopped the floors. She was so good with my 2 curious dogs & cat.

Really fantastic work. Tabitha, the coordinator, was responsive and incredibly flexible. Kelli and her sister did an amazing job with the cleaning: wearing masks and shoe covers to protect the recently-cleaned carpets.
