We are preparing our home for a deep clean before new occupants take over. Last week Merry Maids assured us they could help. They did an initial estimate and said they would get back to us with a date. We asked multiple times if they would be able to help us before the date we needed and were told yes. They did not get back to us with a final estimate and date. After calling multiple times, they finally told us they could not guarantee help by the date they said they could do. We still do not have an estimate. We understand many companies are short staffed right now, but they need to be upfront about this when speaking with customers.

This was supposed to be a deep clean to get our house ready to sell. I was very disappointed to find that they didn't clean the stove that we paid extra for, and left cobwebs, dust, and dirt in almost every room. They didn't wipe down the walls at all. I had to spend another 2 hours cleaning after i paid them $450 to do it. We tried to reach out to them but haven't gotten a response yet.

I called the guy to see where he was and he got very defensive and snippy with me. He told me I never made the appointment. I got quite angry and told him I would get somebody else. Don't call this guy if you need anything done, he won't show up!
