We had the pleasure of Jamal and Wendy helping us get out short term rental we are staying at get the loving it deserved! They provided a deep clean service that we desperately needed! The kitchen, cabinets, appliances, countertops, bathrooms, showers and floors/carpet were so so clean!!! This was the dream team we were looking for, love them so much we asked if they could do our vehicles, and yes you guessed right that now our cars are immaculate 🙂 We have already scheduled future services and will definitely be only having them take care of us. Dimitri is all time. He is absolutely without a doubt the best bang for your buck in town. I have used Dimitri twice when moving out of apartments and each time I have gotten my security deposit back in full. This company sent one lady on a Saturday to clean a weekly rental. This lady did a lousy job and left without finishing. I called the company and left a message. I sent an email and the response was I should find someone more reliable for the weekend. Everything she touched needed to be re-cleaned. She even put a used toilet wand pad soaking wet back in the container with the new ones. I never received a phone call from the owner. Very unprofessional and I would advise against calling them.

Pam and Tim and their crew came to my neglected home today for the first time and I couldn't wait to write this review. They are amazing. From the second I opened the front door, they went to work and didn't waste a minute. They divided and conquered all 4700 sq ft as if they'd been here 100 times. In 2 hours my house was cleaner than it has ever been. When my daughter returned from shopping she was astonished and said " Mom, this place looks amazing". This company is what I've been looking for.

The team is good. Three "sparklers" show up and all get right to work. They used to do our large 5 bedroom home and when we downsized to a much smaller 2 bedroom home we kept them on as my wife and I both have very busy careers. The house is clean and fresh smelling when we come home. We have asked them to do certain things that are a little out of the ordinary. Such things as clean the top of the clothes washing machine because that is where we feed our cat. Oil the soapstone bathroom vanity. They understand and take care of it all. If you have an issue with something just leave a note or point it out to them and it's taken care of. I'm very glad we kept them on after the move to the little house.

This is a review for the team of cleaners who came to my house. It sounds like others have had better experiences with other employees of this company. The team that came to my house fell extremely short of our agreement. And their guarantee is meaningless-they do not come back if you are unhappy. They only cleaned 1/2 of what was in our contract and missed certain areas entirely. The company asked how the service was since I decided to discontinue using them. I responded that the job was incomplete and never heard back. The service I use now does a great job with half the people in half the time.

My place looked like a bomb went off and by the time they left it looked like a whole new house. I would recommend.
