This "company" stood me up for 2 consecutive days. On the first day the appointed cleaner called almost crying to let us re-schedule for the next day. I agreed, the next day the cleaner showed 2 hours and a half late.
I had already asked for a refund too, I declined the cleaner.
Customer service tried to blame it on me. I had written them 3 emails to different contacts and tried to call them for those 2 hours and a half.

I would not recommend you even try to hire their services. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I see they have a "emergency cleaning" service. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had hired that service. Would leave 0 stars if possible

I had a wonderful experience with this company – they were on time, professional, polite, and cleaned my apartment to my satisfaction. I have no complaints. I used the deep cleaning services – my furniture was moved, and my windows were streak free! I read the negative reviews – and perhaps the difference was that I was present during the cleaning? Overall, I am very satisfied, and will use them again.

Terrible cleaning for a high price.
I've been talking for about a week with the office to schedule a cleaning while I was abroad. They were nice and responsive. Too bad that whatever we've decided hasn't been taken under any consideration by the person who "cleaned".
I was told that 2 hours for a deep cleaning wasn't enough. My apartment was already decently clean, and it's less than 50 sq. The only reason why I payed €40 per hour, was to clean the oven.Anyway, I trusted their judgment and I said that I would have paid for 3 hours. Again, I was ready to pay a "deep cleaning" cost for a regular cleaning of a small already clean apartment, plus the oven and the mattress.
I also asked if the cleaner could have kept the keys and they said yes.
I was over the moon!
Then the reality…
My friend went to open the door. The cleaner was late. He had no clue about the keys, he didn't want to keep them so I had to figure something else out last minute. He called my friend back because he couldn't figure how to open the water. He left after two hours.
Because of their lack of communication and professionality I lost a tenant. He didn't want to stay in a filthy place! Here come the pics that I received from him.
I asked for a refund, they refused and they sent me pics of what was cleaned for €80.
Since I clean my house by myself I can tell that what I paid wasn't worthy.
Plus they had the guts to tell me as an excuse that 2 hours wasn't enough. I suggested they checked the emails where I said that I was up to pay for 3 hours, because I needed a clean apartment.
If you charge €40 per hour per person (more than twice what anybody else in Berlin) you need to be the best! They're far far away from being even good.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

i booked this company for a move in cleaning but i should've checked here, they have no idea what a move in cleaning is obviously. i'd expect it would be a deep cleaning with some people. but only one guy showed up one hour later with a paper towel in his hand, one hour late. i was the one trying to reach out to the company, no one let me know…. and his first words were you know you'll have to pay me for this missing time as well right?

but the cleaning was worse honestly. their moving in service was mopping, oven cleaning and vacuuming. and for all of this they want 140 euros… in berlin… it's 1.5 months grocery shopping honestly. when i was out of office, they just sent threat emails… saying they'd report me to authorities if i did not pay. but it makes no sense to pay for this service, and then i explained them the situation, they are telling me I should have complaint formally, written within 24 hours. this "cleaning" was on a Saturday, why should I ruin my weekend with this complaint and was there a way to know this? now, they are not even responding to my phone calls and offering me 25% discount….. which means 110 euros is the price for a vacuum, mop and oven cleaning?

so.. not recommending this service at all and not using it again, and warning my office as well…

The owner accused me of being a liar, after the cleaner left shards of GLASS in the sink, and told the owner we had a party the night before. We were paying for a premium moving out service, and there was NO such party. Totally unprofessional to call a customer a liar. I expect a response to this review. from the owner with some drivel of excuses. Your overall rating speaks for itself.

Would have given a 0 or -ve if it was there.. WORST cleaner services ever gone through..
So yesterday they called threatening that if we will not take off our -ve comments they will not return our money. Also the representative David and Nino has no solution for us. We even have a voice recording of representative which i would like to share if yelp asks and has concern over the authenticity.
To be specific, we waited in house at the time. We called 8min after schedule time noone has picked up.. we send them email 7min later. Got response after 5min saying they were here. I went outside to check and bell did work.
Yesterday and today got call for refund only if we take negative comment off. Unacceptable!

Offered to refund if and ONLY if I agreed to remove my review from Yelp. At first they offered only a 50% refund and then resorted to a full refund. Clearly this is a company that cares only for its bottom line, not its customers.

Obviously I refused because I'd rather let people know the truth, but I wonder how many others have not.

This is just a nightmare service company! I booked a deep cleaning service with 2 cleaning associates for 3h/each – none of them showed up, the customer service was not reachable. After a couple of hours I was told there was an internal communication issue. I was willing to give it another try and booked a 2nd appointment; given the past experience I checked several times with the customer service and it was assured the cleaning associates confirmed the date & time. Unfortunately it ended in the same situation – nobody showed up! It is really disappointing and definitely not a service company I recommend!!

Personally I am convinced that most of these reviews are written by people who work for the company. Even if you want to realistically evaluate the service it is certainly not for five stars, not even for four. Half of what was "cleaned" I had to clean again myself, some elementary things were not done (cobwebs from the corners, dust from the shelves, the floor was vacuumed and wiped but not under the chairs?!, the TV screen was not wiped, and many, many more details…), half of the things we agreed on before the cleaning started were not done, and what was done was mostly done sloppily. A small kitchen that takes me a maximum of one hour to completely clean – a professional cleaner cleaned for almost 3 hours. I didn't immediately check what was done, but I planned to give 3,5 stars because it was immediately clear that some things we agreed on were not done, as well as some things that are implied (and which I nevertheless stated). After realizing that I would have to do most things all over again and hire another company, I had to leave this review. In the message you receive from this company with the invoice, you can evaluate the service you received. It states that if people who clean get more negative ratings, they will be "removed". First of all, I don't want to be a reason for someone to get fired, and I also don't want to evaluate the work of people I don't pay. I hired this agency, and whether they successfully and adequately trained their employees is not my concern. And, since I don't pay cleaners, but the company that sends them, this review only applies to them. I even removed the positive star regarding the simplicity of scheduling because of that shift of responsibility from the company to cleaners.

Very good basic cleaning service at a good price. Used them for a year, so we had a few different cleaners from this service come to our apartment. All were friendly and hard working. Our small 2 bedroom took 2 hours to clean. We always tipped our cleaner after he/she finished as it seemed well-deserved and appreciated.

Overall I am happy with the experience.

The cleaners showed up around 10 minutes late, claiming that they had to stay a bit longer at another client's, so not the perfect start. But then it got better. In 2.5 hours almost transformed my 50sqm apartment.

What I liked the most is that the quickly understood my preferences and I didn't had to explain everything twice like it happened with other companies.

The price may be a bit higher than others, but in my opinion is totally worth it!

After trying to book an appointment with a different company, which was then cancelled last minute, I turned to Spic and Span. I was going to be leaving Berlin for a few months and wanted to get my apartment cleaned for the person subleasing my apartment. I was easily able to make an appointment, and after speaking with my tenant, I was told they did a great job. I'm grateful for being able to book something last minute and having a happy tenant is just great. Thanks!!

I run an art gallery in Mitte and had to clean after a very busy opening night to open the next day! Thank goodness I found Spic&Span. They showed up immediately without any extra charge or convincing. Not only did they clean everything from the opening party night – but they cleaned areas that had been dirty for months. When it's this clean you can see the art even better. I definitely plan to call them after every opening from now on!

its not possible to give zero stars here on yelp as that would be helpful to review a horrible experience. My wife and I booked this service based on the reviews here — 2 cleaners for a 100 sq m apartment. We requested that they bring their own vacuum and included a detailed note about which areas to focus on, etc. (floors and bathrooms). They showed up with no supplies — only thing sad faces, heavy sighs, and excuses for why they had nothing with them. The male cleaner was extremely rude, and looked like his dog died this morning… with obnoxious comments and questions, such as "how much rent do you pay?" To top it all – here is the kicker : he stops working, letting the female cleaner continue, comes into the room where we were working and starts to tell us how much he loves Donald Trump!! — "why do people not like him? I like him!!" — and this is the only time he smiles, actually. My wife shuts that down…. and then it was misery central again. After mentioning in the booking and telling them verbally at least 5 times we would like the floors and bathrooms done as a priority, and that the limit is 2 hours for this 1-bedroom apartment (totally reasonable for 2 cleaners, wouldn't you think?) – they spent an entire hour cleaning the bathroom together and did not finish the floors. We sent them on their way after 1.5 hours — and they asked us to fill in a post-cleaning report. When the male cleaner was unhappy with my response on the sheet, I literally had to throw him out of the house, and he only left when I used extreme profanity. Absolutely horrific experience !! Excuse me now – time's up … as I need to finish cleaning my apartment…….
