Juan was certainly a 'superhero' in cleaning all our windows (inside & outside) in our 2-story home. He was prompt and got started right way cleaning the screens & windows and even vacuumed the tracks that the windows slide on. He was very efficient in his use of his time. Wow! These folks get it done and as their name implies they are very professional. I have used them twice, but only for moving. They indicated that they also do cleaning, all your packing and mechanical repairs if you want. Like Dottie I will consider them for an out of state move as well!
Note: Used these folks again for more moving and their service continues to be above the rest. You may get a couple of movers-in-training, but there also will be experienced movers who have them under careful guidance.

I was given a quote that said it would take 2 men 7 hours move my belongings. I called to question the quote. I only moved two blocks and I had moved from Portland to Albany in 7 hours, including drive time. I didn't want to pay by the hour if they were going drag out the time! Questioning a quote is evidently considered rude. Unaware that the owners were harboring animosity towards me I did hire them. We spoke a few more times before the move, confirming dates and times. On the day of the move I had just arrived at u-haul to get the truck when the owner called, yelling at me. "We're here where the he'll are you?" They were 30 minutes early, I had confirmed the time the week before, U-haul doesn't open until 9, so I had set up the move for 9:30! Then he started yelling that he wouldn't allow me to be rude to his men as I had when discussing the quote with his daughter. He continued yelling that they would leave if I was rude. I told them that they could leave and my son-in-law did the work that he said would take two of his men 7 hours to do, and he did it in 7 hours! I don't recall being rude, and even if I was, you don't yell at or threaten your customers. Maybe he's so rich he doesn't care who he alienates. And in retrospect, he padded his quote, his daughter told me the quote was padded and I was in the wrong to have hired them, I suspect it would have taken 2 of his men every minute of 7 hours to make the move!

When my mother's move with a national company fell through we were feeling very stressed out and a little on the edge. We contacted All Pro and immediately felt better. They were able to help us on very short notice (1 Day!), and did a great job. The two gentlemen that helped us load the truck were fast and polite. They listened to our concerns and got the job done. Then, when it was loaded, we asked if they knew anyone who might want to drive the uhaul to Seattle for us. It turns out that they offer that service too!! We hired them for the drive on the spot after they checked with the office for clearance.
Overall it was a fantastic experience! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in the area looking to move. They also offer cleaning services and we may be hiring them to clean up my Mom's place so she can rent it out. Their price point was also very good.

Yesterday was my third time using All Pro for moving and I couldn't be happier. They have always shown up on time, done a great job loading and unloading and are super friendly and helpful. They have addressed all of our concerns and done the very best job to make sure everything makes it to the other end intact. They moved us to Seattle and then back again a couple of years later, then moved my business from the valley to the coast. Now that I know they do haul always and painting as well, I'm sure I'll be calling again really soon.

These guys definitely live up to their names! I used both their moving and junk removal services, and both jobs were completed expertly. They arrived on time and immediately got to work loading the U-Haul truck I rented. It was mesmerizing to watch the two-man team work, and they approached the task like an intricate game of Tetris. At every step they were careful with and respectful of my belongings. When unloading the truck at my new apartment, they took extreme care to avoid soiling the new carpet and none of my belongings were damaged while in their care. I would unreservedly recommend their services to others.

What a GREAT company to work with. As you can imagine, an estate sale is emotionally tough on a family, but Kristen organized and ran our sale so seamlessly it made a HUGE difference. She was very communicative, and we never had to wonder what was happening with the sale's progress. On the financial front, she was very careful to under-promise and over deliver. We also had a few items that required specialized care, and she handled them beautifully. I'd absolutely hire Queen B again!

I am appalled that this lady is still in business. Do your own due-diligence and read through the reviews. The claims she makes on her website are lies. She claims they only charge a "flat fee", attached to the photos you will see that that is a complete and utter lie. If you want to deal with a bully and a liar, look no further! My mother who doesn't speak English very well has been in the process of selling her and my father's home. Upon my father's death, my mother worked diligently to organize and prepare all of the household items to sell. Only after being referred by her realtor to this woman was an estate state even considered. Kristin was supposed to come out to the house and explain the process and did not. Upon my mom asking to come pick up her stuff, Kristin said that the stuff was already ready to sell and she needed the contract signed (because Kristin came and picked up my mom's items before she had a signed contract – assumptive sale much?). To further add salt to the wound, she said our items only sold for $296? In the email that's attached to the photos, you will see that Kristin estimated $1,500.00 for labor only – which was not shared with us PRIOR TO HER TAKING OUR THINGS. Had we known we would have to pay out of pocket, would have sold everything on our own. Take a look at the photos and see if you think it's only worth $296 and make your own opinion but if there's one thing you take from this review – DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY OR LET HER BULLY YOU WITH PRESSURE TACTICS INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT. These other reviews claiming she's a scam aren't lying. Kristin will make you feel like the idiot for her making a mistake, there is ZERO compassion what-so-ever (we just lost my dad). And now we apparently owe her $700

We hired Queen B Organizing to come in and assess the best options when emptying out our mother's home of 60 years after she had moved to Assisted Living. After contacting Kristen, she promptly set up an appt. with us and came in to look things over. She was friendly, charming, professional and detailed going through the house and its contents. She was knowledgeable in what items had value and whether or not things would sell. She talked with us in depth about what to expect if we had a sale, how things would be done, and went away from that meeting with a promise of her best suggestions within a few days. She did not disappoint. She contacted us in the time she promised and suggested we do an estate sale. We left all the organizing to her and her crew. The date was set and she and her crew went to work! They organized everything, put any personal items aside in a separate location, and was a great communicator with us as to how things were progressing. It was agreed that anything that didn't sell would be given to the charities of our choice (with some wonderful suggestions). She had a full crew on board the day of the sale and there was no need for us (the family) to even be there. Everything went off without a hitch, the turnout for the sale was great, we were pleased with the profits and by the end of the day, the house was empty. It was like an absolute miracle!

I hired their team to clean my folks' house prior to listing it to go on the market. I was exhausted from just getting all the "stuff" out and didn't have the bandwidth to clean as well. I can honestly say it was the happiest check I ever wrote. They did such an exceptional job and were attentive and courteous as well. The house had gotten pretty bad unfortunately as in their latter years my parents were unable to keep up but were also resistent to help (folks lived to be 94 and 96). The gals took it in stride and just went at it in a good natured way. The worst project was one of the showers and they got it cleaner than I could have ever hoped. This is a kind, hard working group and I so appreciate them for all they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them!! Thank you again Housekeeping Express! 🙂

I requested a quote thru Yelp, which they say average response is 6hrs. I did not get any response for 3 days. So, I emailed them asking for a quote. The next day I received a call and we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. On Sunday I got a call that there was a conflict and could we reschedule for 3:00 instead of 1:00. I said sure and we reset the appointment. Then 10-15min later i get another call that 3:00 is not possible can we reschedule for another day? Totally unprofessional and disorganized operation. I will never do business with any company so disorganized!!!

I had Fresh Start clean my house two days ago and the two ladies that came did an excellent job. I have 2,700 sf and 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and 3 levels…. And dog hair everywhere. I had my in laws coming for the weekend and I wanted things to Look really clean – as I am very casual about my home on most days :). Both fresh start ladies worked with great detail on things that I could not seem to change – like cleaning the glass top stove. All marks were gone… Hard to believe but they did it. The cleaning estimate was free – and the bill that came was exactly the estimate amount. My only complaint is – they need to create cards that they leave for customers with their social media links so more folks can review them. Gracious kind employees and very hard working!

This company needs better management. Two women cleaned four times, the first time was not thorough. The second time it was better but I had to wait due to people not showing up to work but the owner found someone to clean.
The third time very good because their work leader was there. The fourth, only one person showed and after giving her a Christmas bonus, barely got a thank you. I learned that they now have a new owner and I've tried calling numerous time and emailing, but no response. Very unprofessional, but of course I did receive the bill. Disappointing on many levels.

Just had these folks clean a rental I own in Corvallis. The tenants had left it very dirty and it required a massive cleaning. The cleaners got the place spotless. There were a couple of minor things they missed and Kerry, the owner/manager, was very quick to respond and offer to send the cleaners back to make it right. I was very impressed by how responsive Kerry was and by her genuine concern that the job be done right. It's refreshing to find such a responsible, quality outfit that stands by its services and truly believes in customer satisfaction. I will undoubtably use them again for my rental property.

Management is far below par and housekeeping average at best. Few return calls from messages or email. Broke items, didn't clean upstairs and double charged me for the same cleaning. Would not recommend.

Fresh Start cleans my house monthly and I'm so pleased with the results. The crews are hard-working and very thorough, and they are their supplies work magic in only a couple of hours. The counters, bathrooms, and the stainless appliances get a good going-over and it shows.

Called a month ago and set an appointment for them to do a pre-move in cleaning. Called weeks and days leading up to the appointment to confirm and just got dumped into some random "integral voicemail system". Of course – they did not show up to the appointment and had to scramble to get the work done ourselves. Came recommended from VS Restoration. Hope they get their act together.

I have recently had my second cleaning by Nick at VS Restoration and again he has done an excellent job. He is on time and listens to any concerns and areas I would like focused during the cleaning.
Notably I found myself trusting him during the first cleaning to leave him in my house while he finished and I left for an appointment. I came back to my house locked and carpets drying away hours later.

I had my carpet cleaned, and the results were not good. They left streaks in the carpet (lighter cleaner lines and darker dirtier lines). I wrote a message to the company on their web site but never heard anything back. The results were much poorer and the cost was much greater than the company I used to use. Unfortunately the other company is no longer cleaning carpets.

This is my first time using VS Restoration: I am impressed! Friendly, on-time service (early, in fact!), and of course best of all, my carpets look great! Alright, time to add the fifth star. Nick is top notch. I love the fact I trust him to come by in the evening and weekend. It makes it so convenient with our business schedule.
Anyway, Nick came by for a routine cleaning, but this time around I'd left some stains for him. I really didnt think he'd be able to get them out. Much to my surprise they were all gone when I returned from vacation after Nick had cleaned.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Nick at the Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Suites in Albany and they look amazing! Such high traffic area's and stains, it didn't seem possible they could ever come back to life the way they did! So impressed, I'm getting my own house done next! Nick was so thoughtful and made sure the fans dried the carpet before our inspection, even came and removed the fans the next day without being asked. Every thing was done professionally and quickly. We hired Jill to do a deep clean of our home after working from home and chronic illness took a toll on the home we love so much. Before hiring, Jill was responsive and answered all my questions (this is the first time we've hired anyone to do house cleaning) and made me feel really comfortable with the plan. We felt good having her in our home – she obviously treated it like she would her own. Now it's so sparkling and lovely! She did an amazing job, especially tackling some extra "icky" areas such as a bathtub that recently had a drain issue and a kitchen that needed some definite elbow grease. I would highly recommend Jill for any cleaning you need done – we hope to have her back soon!
