INCREDIBLE service!!! Being a stay at home mom, cleaning was something I would endure on my own. But when I became 39 weeks pregnant, having the house cleaned was something that wasn't an easy task to take on. I cannot say enough good things about Tassia and the services she provided for my family. She thoroughly cleaned our master bedroom and bathroom prior to the birth of our son. They stole from us. When we confronted them they denied it. After we said that we will not press charges and we just want our jewelry back, they brought it back and they showed us a picture of our jewelry in the garbage can. How many people get tired of their golden just throw it away? Obviously this is a ploy in case they get caught.
They gave us the jewelry back like I said but we will never use them again.
You might need some nanny cams and some cameras in your house and tell them if they find gold or jewelry or diamonds in the trash that they are not allowed to keep it. I'm very disappointed in them.

Horrible service. I paid for a "deep clean" when I moved into my house. They listed off so many things that would be cleaned. About half of them were cleaned, they broke a curtain rod and did not even spot clean the obvious spots on the wall. Massively disappointed in this Molly maid company. DO NOT HIRE MOLLY MAID

While most of the cleaning was done well the time it took was out of line. i live in a two bedroom apartment. My first hint that something was wrong was when they spent 2 and 1/2 hours cleaning my bedroom and bath. When I asked when they would be through they said not for several more hours. They called their office and I got a call saying the size and condition of my house ment it took longer to clean. Until two months ago I could do my cleaning so I knew it was not that dirty (my sons were helping with keeping everything cleaned). Again two bedrooms not that much furniture. I am elderly and I think they just decided to take me to the cleaners. In the end they came at 10:30 and left at 3:45. What was suppose to be a 3 to 4 hour job costing around 500 became a 5 hour and 15 minute job costing over 600. In that period of time they left some things undone. I have used Molly Maids in other cities and never had a complaint. Something was really wrong with this cleaning. Now I am afraid to use them for regular cleaning because I fear that the price will not be what is promised.

I have been consistently happy with this service. They are dependable and come to work. They are always pleasant, wear masks. Exceptionally good service yesterday, July 16th 2021. Pricing is fair. . We have experienced just a six dollar price increase in the almost two years we have been using them. If you can please my wife you goy to be doing something right.

We hired them to clean an empty house before we moved in and had a terrible experience. They showed up late, entirely skipped several areas of my house, and only superficially cleaned the areas they did go over. When I made the reservation I asked them not to clean the hardwood floors with anything other than a damp mop, as they had just been refinished. My husband reiterated that we wanted no chemicals on the floors and they later claimed he asked them not to clean "some areas." I asked for a reclean and another team came out and did much better under my close supervision. When they were finished, their supervisor Pedro came over seemingly just to argue with me about the definition of a deep clean was and about what the first team actually cleaned (very little). He was very hostile and made the experience even worse. The walls were visibly dusty even after the reclean but apparently walls aren't included in a deep clean despite the fact that we paid nearly $700 dollars.

I definitely got scammed. I called asking for a cleaning, they said it will be $100/hr plus tax. They showed up at my house around 4pm, left around 6pm. I got a statement in the mail for $513, now that math doesn't add up. They charged me for their supervisors time, that I DIDN'T ask for. I wasn't told that I have to pay for a team of two to clean a small section of my house AND their supervisors time. Yeah, total rip off, that's the part they don't mention. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Oh AND they didn't clean under my tv entertainment system.

We were a customer of moly maid from 2018 to 2020 but canceled due to covid. We decided to return now that we are vaccinated. We were give a quote of 4.5 to 5.5 for the initial clean. We were billed 6.5 almost 800 dollars. Despite being promised they would call if more hours were needed, they did not. Management is grossly incompetent from our experiences in the past. I will never use there service again. I highly recommend everyone consider another more trustworthy business. I will also be reporting to the better business bureau.

Do Not Use!! They overcharged by more than 100% of the agreed price without informing me. Then when called to discuss they falsely claimed they called to tell me of the overage. They were ONLY to clean the floor of small apartment (1100 Sq ft) and take some trash to the dumpster. They claimed it took 4 people to do this and charged $433! Ridiculous. Stay away from this dishonest company.

I had Molly Maids in 2009-2010 cleaning my house. I had several items broken during their cleaning. I used them again in 2014 while in Afghanistan and they came to a huge bill far too expensive for a deep clean of a mostly-empty house that was empty.
I would not recommend the company as they're very overpriced and tend to do only a decent job for the cost not an excellent job and compensation for broken items was only a $5 deduction from a bill. Not adequate.

No I would not recommend this company. I used them a few years ago and they did a really good job.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I was and still am highly disappointed. I am 7 months pregnant. My family and I were moving into a house. I have a high risk pregnancy so to keep from cleaning the home and wearing other family out I decided to use Molly Maid again.
I called and spoke to someone and told her that I wanted the move-in cleaning package. I told her the square footage and she quoted me a price and told me with that square footage it would be about 4 hrs.
Their " best" team came at 1130 and at 330 my husband texts me and stated they called and said they need another 3-4 hrs at $98. My husband asked what all they had done. The lady was talking in circles. They had not even gotten to the kitchen and rambled some other stuff… long story short they spent 4 hrs in 2.5 bathrooms and was focused on cleaning windows( which was not listed in the move- in package) I am not even sure what else was not done. My husband told them he would give them another hour to do what they needed and leave. We have no carpet so all the floors had to be cleaned but I guess since they spent 4 hrs on bathrooms and windows they had to scurry through all the floors and they were dirty. Not doing anything to the kitchen was a disappointment.I called and spoke to supervisor. He claimed my husband was there the whole time… He WAS not. He let them in and had to leave to get back to work. Believe me if he was there he would have been able to see what all was going on/ not going on.
I told the supervisor that the right thing to do is when your team came at 1130 and saw the house they should have called then and said we don't have enough people to do the job instead of 4 hrs later stating you need more time( and money). It seems pretty shady and dishonest and for that amount of money I expected better. And I don't take well to people lying. The supervisor knew good and well my husband was not there. My almost 70 year old mother came anyway and worked her butt off cleaning( which I was trying to keep her from doing in the first place) I should have paid her the money.
I will not use Molly Maid or recommend to anyone. Terrible service and dishonest company

These people are amazing! They've been coming to my home every other week since 2009. The same team even. I trust them implicitly. They have a key to my home. The team arrives, brings all their own cleaning products and equipment, and can knock out my 3000 sq foot home in two hours. A team of two uniformed women. They are bonded and insured. Once a lamp was broken. They replaced it with a check for the amount in four days. I am giddy when it's my cleaning day!

Multiple problems. I will not use this company again in this city. Two ladies showed up at one of my houses, performed a decent surface cleaning. They stayed away from the more difficult jobs. Not a good source for make readies. Perfect for little, old ladies.
Mike, the supervisor, was unable to address my concerns. I will definitely use a different company to clean my rent houses.
Another supervisor showed at my house, informing me that he was unable review the gum from hardwoods and tile, because all he has is a rag. I was also under the impression that the workers would be there for 4 hours. Nope, Mike scheduled me for 2.5 hrs. The workers stopped working and sat on front porch with supervisor for about 30 min. The supervisor needed an interpreter.

Wildly dissatisfied. Asked for a cleaning of a 1 bathroom, 1000 square foot house to include hardwoods and a fridge cleaning. Estimate was 3-4 hours. Over 4 hours later they are just mopping hardwoods and can't get to fridge. As I was at work all afternoon, I've no idea how they spent their time. But, I know it wasn't effectively. I'm a good housekeeper. My house is not overly dirty. There is no way that it should have taken 2 adults over 4 hours to clean. Do not hire unless you are around to actually see what is being done on your dime.

Do NOT do business with this company! The maids broke an expensive item in my home and the company did NOT take ANY responsibility to replace it, and continued to charge $562.10 for one cleaning. Like other reviews state, they over charge for deep cleaning and only did surface level cleaning. There were dust balls under beds and furniture, etc. I strongly advise you to check the better business bureau reviews, and other reviews here on yelp before you have them come to your home. I am not the only customer that they have done this to. I do not trust them!!

Came without proper equipment. Did not clean the entire house even though i offered them to use my equipment. To make it even worse, they didn't even clean the dining table they left the invoice on. I sent a message following the cleaning telling them about all of these issues. Although they have a satisfaction guarantee i didn't even receive a follow up call. Will not recommend them. I have a small 3br house for a $ 175 bill.

I used their service previously and wrote a review on Google. I'm sharing that same review here. (Why is it that they have either great reviews or horrible reviews?) I just want a clean house but it seems every cleaning service has issues. After my Molly Maids experience, I don't trust anyone.
Came home after first cleaning by Molly Maids to find my brand new stainless steel oven was scratched in multiple places. The cleaning person used the wrong equipment to clean. I also found a broken light fixture. No note at all – I found the problems myself and called Molly Maids immediately to notify them of the broken items.
Molly Maids sent a supervisor to review broken items the next day. He tried to buff out the scratches but that didn't work. They paid for the scratched stove top to be replaced. After searching, they couldn't find a replacement for the broken light fixture. I asked them to instead take money off my next cleaning, a request they never responded to.
Second cleaning went ok. A week after the third cleaning, I found that a very special glass decoration had been broken in a location that would only be touched by cleaners dusting.
I understand that accidents happen, but this over a span of three months. They need better train their employees. For one, leave a note when you break something.
Overall, cleaning was ok but not fantastic. They left cobwebs in the pot rack because they said they don't clean pot racks (despite it being a "deep clean") and a side table in a room was never wiped down.
I would not recommend them unless you're willing to put up with your possessions being broken. They did have good customer service related to the stove.

Absolutely the worst service ever. The maids do not arrive when they are scheduled, most often they arrive 2-4 hours late. A different cleaning team comes each week, therefore they are unfamiliar with your home or the things you prefer. Each week they wander around trying to find out how to access the house even though there are clear instructions on their tablet how to access the house. No one speaks or understands English so forget about communication with the cleaners. On a scale of 1/5, the cleaning is a ONE or less. It's seriously so bad. No furniture polish is used, no floor cleaners are used, things are not put back in place, chairs are not pushed back under the tables, light fixtures aren't cleaned…if my house wasn't already clean when they got here, I cannot imagine what it would look like. I had to stop one lady from spraying furniture polish on my expensive leather sofa. Go figure, it's used on leather but not on the wooden furniture. The bathroom counters are not cleaned. They "wipe around" anything on the counter instead of cleaning under it. Same for kitchen counters. Yes, I have called and complained…so why do I continue to use them? After today, I'm done. I have used Molly Maids for 6 years but the last two years the service has consistently gone downhill.

DO NOT USE! Wish this could be a Zero! I spoke with Michael, Alex, Rebecca, &Gaby. No help and could not answer any questions!! I kept getting redirected to someone else. Services requested In July 2017 were to Mop, Dust, & Vacuum. That's it! 2.5 hrs later and a $200 bill, I came home to wiped counters & a semi mopped home. Toys, shoes, and clothes were thrown together in a basket and pushed to a corner. Blinds, window sills, and ceiling fans were not dusted or even touched! Bathrooms had not been mopped or cleaned!! I had to spend the next couple days going over everything they did and didn't do before my husband came home from his Military deployment. Never once did they mention that you will NOT get a refund or compensation for their cleaning inabilities! The last conversation I had with them in Dec was I was offered a re-clean and I denied it! Of course I denied it. Why would I want any service to come back to my home to REDO a job they did NOT do in the first place?!?! If you want to spend $200 to have them make your bed or your counters wiped down- call Molly Maid. If you need dusting, mopping, or bathrooms cleaned- Call someone else!! Overpriced and not helpful if you have any issues. I called, emailed, mailed, and waited for 5 months (Aug-Dec) Sent pictures (see attached) No responses. Received a letter from a law firm …… the battle continues.
Just FYI- if some people didn't have to work, they could keep their homes cleaned daily. If you are offering a cleaning service – then you should clean. That is what you are paid to do. Home security cameras should not see you sitting on the couch or talking at the table. You are on my time, not the other way around.
