I hired You've got Maids to do a move in clean of my house and a move out clean of my apartment. Scheduling an appointment was easy, I spoke to Brian and got scheduled quickly. They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls.
The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite.
They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment… no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done.
Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed.
I am glad to be continuing to use their services for regular cleaning!

We've been using You've Got Maids once a month for about a year and they have been terrific. They do a really good job cleaning and their customer service is excellent.
First and foremost, they do an terrific job cleaning–I didn't know floors could feel so clean! They even took out stains that I thought were permanent on our kitchen counters. They really don't miss a thing while being very careful with fragile objects. They are also very responsive to requests if you want to them to focus on cleaning something specific.
Their management takes the business very seriously and they are organized, professional, and responsive. They also value their customers and go out of their way to meet any special needs their clients have.
We would definitely recommend them to any friend and plan to keep using them as long as we live in the area.

No one in my family has ever used a cleaning service before so we didn't really know what to expect. Because of this we were a bit hesitant to contact You've Got Maids, but with my wife's new job and less time to scrub the toilets, wipe down trim and light switches, polish the floor, etc. something had to be done. My wife is very particular about anyone else cleaning her house, so we were a bit anxious prior to the initial visit. Everything went very smoothly though, and we haven't looked back yet.
We have been using this service for about 2 months now and we couldn't be happier. It is such a nice feeling to come home and realize that the floors are swept and steam cleaned, the beds are made, the mirrors and glass doors are clean and all the "nick-nacks" have been lifted and dusted!
The crew (Kaylin, Brandy and Katelin) are full of energy and very professional and polite and do a very thorough job. They all showed up on-time and didn't stop to eat or take breaks until the job was done. The owner Brian, is somewhat obsessed with "customer service". I wish more companies that want my business, were this obsessed. He called after both of our initial appointments (the deep clean and then the first scheduled clean) and will also walk the house with you (assuming you are home) to guarantee that the job is done to your satisfaction.

2-3 weeks ago I was blessed to have another peaceful RHR Cleaning services. I purchased 2 hours of service and two ladies were able to get my home "stressfree" upon my return home post work on a late Friday evening. I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute".
My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order.
These ladies have restored a sense of balance and order into my life through their cleaning approach. They were amazing and extremely professional. The quality of work was perfect and communication I had with Dreama and was excellent. Great experience with Dreama and a great cleaning team who helped get my home back into shape. Great service that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a deep clean (although I'm sure their standard services are just as good). We had a team of four in the house for about 5 hours and couldn't be more pleased with the results. In fact, they did such a great job that we will probably look to start regular service on a monthly basis to tackle those cleaning jobs we never get to. The staff is great. Very experience and professional. All in all, a great experience. Maybe a little on the pricey side, but worth it!

This was my first time using RHR Cleaning Services. The booking process was relatively straight forward. I will say the quickest way to get in contact with someone from RHR about pricing and scheduling is via email. They have a phone number that you can call, but don't waste your time. I called several times and still haven't received a call back. Emailing is definitely the way to go. They generally get back to you within the hour.
As far as the actual service, the two women that came to my apartment were exceptional. Super friendly and very very thorough. I for sure thought two hours that I booked would be more than enough time. However I was wrong. With how detailed these women are, I would suggest booking longer than 2 hours or limit what areas you want cleaned. They take they're time making sure each area is perfectly completed. I am very please with RHR and would totally use their services again!

To start with the pros, the company was able to schedule a cleaning with only a couple days notice, on a busy weekend when other cleaners were booked out, and the cleaning crew was reasonably friendly. For a regular housecleaning or office cleaning, they would have been great.
However, I scheduled a move-in cleaning and expected a bit more than what was provided. In my mind, a move-in cleaning is a deep cleaning that includes hard-to-reach places, which I specified on their questionnaire beforehand. When they arrived, they noted that they couldn't clean anywhere that could not be reached via a two-step ladder and that this had been in the contract/estimate which I approved. I'm sure it was there, but of course I had glanced over the several-page contract quickly on my mobile phone. I do understand that they have their policies in place due to liability issues, but to me, this doesn't match my expectations of a "move-in clean" and I feel that their limitations should be clearly stated on the intake questionnaire, not just on the contract/estimate.
There were other little things that I just didn't think were quite up to expectations for a move-in clean. There was some mild rust and mildew in one of the tubs that remained after the cleaning (although it was a huge improvement from the way it started) – this was something that could easily be removed with a stronger chemical like CLR, but I don't think they had any extra-strong chemicals like that with them. The baseboards in one bathroom weren't wiped down and are still filthy, and the tub fixtures weren't shined (this takes 20 seconds and makes a huge difference). Finally, to mop, they used a Swiffer wet mop and some extra spray to make it wetter; while I think this would be fine for a regular cleaning, I know there are more effective ways to deep clean hardwood/laminate.
Again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a regular weekly cleaning and the ladies were very nice, and punctual – I was overall satisfied with their work, but I think the company should provide them with more powerful cleaning supplies and fewer limitations for deep-clean jobs.

Had my first service done on April 11th. Arrival time is an hour long window, mine was 12:15-1:15pm. Got the call around 1230/1240ish that they were outside. Let Angie and Jean into my apartment and they started working right away while making some small talk. I left them a few minutes later. They text me with any questions and finished earlier than expected so I'll get a refund since it didn't take the quoted length of time. When I got home everything was absolutely spotless. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I've already told several people about the service and hope they select this company as well.

RHR did a great job with my Move-In cleaning request. I purchased a groupon for 2 hours of cleaning with focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. I had my move-out cleaning done by RHR Cleaning Services and set everything up per e-mail. Response times and online payment are very easy and good. The cleaning personnel showed up exactly in the window that was given to me. I only spend like 3 minutes explaining to them what needed done, since the online form already extensively tells them your priorities (an excellent feature). I was not present during the cleaning, but got back to my old place when they had finished the service. Needless to say that everything was spotless and I got my full deposit back from the old apartment complex (minus the dripping pans in the kitchen, because I chose to have them replaced). I am completely satisfied and am thinking about getting a bi-weekly cleaning service for my new place. We love Lucy's Clean Home! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. We've used them for a little over 2 years now, and they are amazing!
They do a very thorough job cleaning, and they must use eco-friendly cleaning products because our house gets incredibly clean but never smells like chemicals after cleaning (which I really appreciate!). We have a very curious cat who can be prone to jumping on brooms and running out open doors, and they are always great with him. They are very careful with the doors and are patient with him when he gets in their way.
Isiah is really responsive in scheduling and always does his best to work with us when we have difficult scheduling needs. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

This review is for inquiry around their service and the lack of responsiveness from this business. I contacted this company to get an estimate, left a voicemail, and never got a call back at all. I'm sure their cleaning services may get a good rating, but how about actually responding back to legitimate inquiries?
I'm very disappointed in the non-responsiveness of this business… I was looking to hire a cleaning company for regular and routine cleaning of my home and after reading all of the great 5-star reviews I was hopeful to at least have a conversation with them.
At a minimum if they're too busy to take on new clients then a simple call back would be at least appreciated.
Thankfully the Yelp community is great and I was able to speak with other cleaning services and while some could accommodate me and some couldn't, I at least had a chance to speak and find out more.

Needed a last minute cleaning for a very dirty home, Isaiah showed up that same day (at 8pm in a mask!) to assess the house and give a very fair quote.
They even cleaned the house the next day! And did a very good job of it too, I might add.

Lucy's is the first cleaning service I've ever used and it is literally the best "gift" I've given myself as an adult. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I emailed Isaiah for an estimate. Isaiah came by to see our home and give us an estimate. I let him know my issues with the previous cleaners and he was reassuring that they were different. Isaiah, Lucy, and team are flexible in their scheduling (I wanted an every three week cleaning vs. a two week cleaning) and CARE about the quality of their cleaning. I like that they both show up every time which helps with the overall consistency in what needs to be cleaned. The only downside is that they are a little more expensive than my previous cleaners. They also had to increase their price which I was able to negotiate down by eliminating certain things to clean. Believe me – the only reason I would take on a little cleaning myself is because they are totally worth it!

Isaiah and Lucy were the first cleaning service we have ever used, and it could not have been a better experience! They are a great team with a great service, and we were extremely happy with the twice-a-month plan we did with them. Honestly, the house felt so clean after their services that I often would avoid moving around the house so I didnt accidentally disturb the beauty they had created! Their communication was fast and efficient, and I was very impressed with their ability to be flexible when needed. Unfortunately we had to move from Columbus, and I wish we could have taken Isaiah and Lucy with us to Idaho, but they have set the bar high for who we will use in the future.

I am extraordinarily messy and the wife and I agreed that since I function at the level of a small child when it comes to keeping it clean around the apt we had to have someone come in to help us out and prevent our divorce. Isaiah and Lucy are super thorough, affordable and trustworthy. I have used their services twice so far and plan to continue calling them for my cleaning needs! Isaiah came to clean my new house's garage and both Isaiah & Lucy helped me for a move-out clean a week later. I was very impressed by their work ethic and kind demeanor. I've used other cleaning companies in the past and felt uneasy about them being in my home, especially unsupervised. Isaiah and Lucy never gave me that feeling! They are hard-working, genuine people who are very flexible to your needs and requests. They were the only ones who were willing to clean my garage and didn't use the annoying phrase "we don't do this or that" which I got from almost every other company I called. They do a GREAT job cleaning and I felt Isaiah went especially above & beyond to make sure my garage looked amazing and organized when I returned. I found Lucy's Clean Home through Yelp reviews and was impressed that they had their own website. They far exceeded my expectations, and I had home cleanings every other week for several months before moving out of Columbus. My home was always spotless and smelled clean, and they got my shower/tub cleaner than it had ever been after just the first visit. Communication with them was seamless as well, and they were very professional! I had been nervous to try a company without a personal recommendation from someone I knew but am so glad that I did and hope that this review will encourage others to hire them as well – you will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Lucy and Isaiah! If you are looking for diligent cleaners you can trust in your home – look no further. My girlfriend and I were moving into our new apartment a few weeks ago and discovered just two days prior to our move-in date that the previous tenant had left it completely dirty and full of bugs, dirt, dust, grime, etc. I anxiously messaged at least 10 different cleaning services in Columbus and Lucy's Clean Home was very responsive and agreeable to what we needed, all at a fair price with an energy I instantly trusted. I met Isaiah at the property at 9:30am one morning and then had to leave for work – he sent me a text that they were finishing up at 6:50 that evening! He and his wife, Lucy, will work endlessly to ensure that your home is properly cleaned the way you asked it to be and will not cut any corners. They did amazing work on our carpet, hardwood, appliances, shelving, counters, stairs, etc. It smelled lovely and finally felt clean to walk around in bare feet. I can't thank them enough for their hard work! We also plan to use them in the future to deep clean our home every now and then.

I cannot say enough good things about Lucy's Clean Home! Lucy and Isaiah are so nice, and such hard workers. They took an extremely messy, dusty, and grimy downtown apartment and made it sparkle! We will definitely be calling them again! Do yourself a favor, and call them. You won't regret it!
