Let me start off by saying the staff was very friendly and courteous. With that being said they did a HALF-HEARTED JOB cleaning my house.
I hired them because I was moving out of a rental property and buying a house. I was hoping that I could retrieve my security deposit back upon leaving. I have 3 kids and am a single mama, hence the time crunch. I usually CLEAN any rentals MYSELF, because I want it done right the first time. I needed help, so I hired this company.
After running around all day, I decided to swing by the property to see if they were still there cleaning or had finished (8pm). They were gone, so I did a walkthrough of sorts, just to make sure it was properly done. It was not.
In all my years of cleaning to leave a place for someone else, I was blown away by what they DID NOT CLEAN. The refrigerator was not cleaned. AT ALL. Not even touched. The ceiling fans in every room (6 fans) were VERY visibly DUSTY. There was dirt smudges on the doors and frames. It didn't look like they touched the window sills at all.
So I put my kids to sleep, got a sitter and I went back over with a bucket and some cleaning supplies to finish a job that they had "done". I left my new house full of boxes needing to be unpacked to head over to a place that should have been clean. Mind you it was close to 9pm by this time.
I am very unhappy with the quality of "service" provided.

Maid to Shine is simply fantastic and so often feels like a life saver. My husband and I both work a lot. Combine our working hours with two big dogs and a toddler, and you have a house that I am sometimes embarrassed of. We also have a smaller house and way too much stuff (NO friends, we are not hoarders, but we maaaaaaybe have some clutter. Okay a lot of clutter.) so I was reluctant to even use a cleaning service because I didn't know what they would really be able to do for us.
WORTH. IT.
It turns out, they're actually able to do a lot. There is also something so stress-relieving about walking into a super clean house. My 3 year old ran into his room tonight and exclaimed, "My room is so beautiful! Our cleaning person did a great job!"
Their quoting process was easy and accurate. I love knowing that the cleaning products they use are not a health hazard to my child or my dogs. Everyone I've spoken with has been very pleasant and very professional, and I love that they will both send me an email and a text to remind me about my upcoming cleanings. Had very unpleasant Interactions with this cleaning facility. I did send them e-mails to get a quote. First of all, they addressed me with another name! I pointed out 3times what my actual name is (so simple, you can even read it from my e-mail address, but they just decided to call me any other name)
Secondly, I wanted to book them for the coming Monday since they made advertisement for a top notch cleaning deal ! But you know what, they just ignored me, acted like they've never gotten my bookings only so that they could tell me the day later that this big discount does not exist any longer. Now, I must pay the full prize of $600! Are you kidding???? For cleaning out 1 level!
I did call them as well, always another lady on the phone that books the cleaning services and acts like all is good and she really understands your wants and needs, until you get a "confirmation e-mail" of them with the wrong dates! So you call in to tell them that they made a mistake with the date, only so they can tell you again that unfortunately this date that you want is not possible to book under this incredible big discount. If you still want this date then you will have to pay double of the prize.
This company sounds like a huge rip off to me! Stay away!BS: Do not believe this lady anything she stated below here:

– Putting me off at any day
– Trying obviously to charge double the amount

I used Maid to Shine for a move out cleaning of my 3500 square foot home. I was a bit skeptical at first simply because of the square footage of my home to maid ratio. I was extremely happy to see they brought 5 other woman to assist in the cleaning. They did an above exceptional job! When they say if they can reach it, they clean it…… that's 100% true. Over the years we've had many cleaners. Maid to Shine has been the most professional company ever. The staff are quite well trained, and the company continues to grow. Thus when a maid who has been there a long time leaves, a newer one needs to fill in. They are that highly sought after. The downside is then a new maid needs to be filled in to your needs. But, that said… the maids we've had have been pretty awesome. Very intelligent, conscience, and energetic. STOP!!! Look no further! I am a single Father of a 14 year old boy, a Master Sergeant in the United States Army and I attend Culinary School full time. I used to be very diligent about house work, but since culinary school, I am lucky if I can find time to keep my kitchen and toilets clean (remember 14 year old boy). So I decided to see about getting help (don't tell my Mother). I tried two other agencies and I was so frustrated with how horrible of a job they did and I pretty much gave up trying to find one. Then I saw an advertisement for Maid to Shine (which when I signed in to write this review, noticed they had a dang coupon, dang it…). So I gave it another shot.
THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME! They cleaned my bathrooms better than I have ever been able to do (again, don't tell my Mother). I could write a doctrinal dissertation on what a great job they did in my house, but who wants to read all that. Just know I tried to "white glove" my house to find any notable deficiency and there was none.
The only negative thing I can say about this team is that they were late for their original date and I had a meeting to attend. A member of their staff, Gayle Thompson, was so apologetic and remorseful for this, she expressed that if needed, she would personally come down and clean my house the next day to ensure it was done. This commitment made this issue a non-sequitur. They earned my on-going patronage.

I live in an apartment in Fountain. Asked for kitchen and two bathrooms to be cleaned. In short order, did not complete the work even after four hours. I had to go back in the kitchen and clean behind places that were left unfinished including the two bathrooms. At almost $50 an hour for services, NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I wish I could have kept the money in my pocket and did it myself.

We had Radana come in for a deep clean as I am just about to give birth and cleaning hasn't been the easiest for the past couple of months. She was there right on time and she really blew us away. We have had others come through at our previous house and they were quick but not very good. Radana took her time and got all the trouble spots like baseboards and fixtures that were driving me insane. I would recommend her and hire her anytime! It was worth every penny to not have to worry about how clean it will be when baby comes home!

Had a tenant move in our rental home, who the previous tenant claimed they had cleaned. We live in CA so we aren't able to view the property but the previous tenant was a great tenant so we didn't question the condition they would leave the property. The new tenant called me and was so very upset as to how dirty the home was. I immediately got on the phone and started calling cleaning companies. I was expecting no one would be available but Radana called me back within a few minutes and said she had availability to go right now and start cleaning. I explained that the tenants were there moving their stuff in and she assured me it wouldn't be a problem.
7 hours later (yes, it was that dirty!) Radana called me to let me know she was done AND informed me of some things that were broken. I just had Radana do a move-out clean for our rental house and she did a fantastic job! I have a dog and a tornado toddler, so I needed some help before I turned over the keys. She was very responsive to my questions prior to scheduling an appointment and she honestly had the best rate out of the companies I spoke with as well. Gioia Cleaning is excellent. Radana, the lady who runs the company and does the cleaning, is completely professional, honest, timely, and thorough! I am totally impressed with the quality. After she comes, I can't find anything that isn't sparkling. Also, she is very honest. The first time she cleaned, I was at work and could not meet her. I left the key under the mat and money on the counter. Because I didn't know the square footage of the house for her to estimate the price, I left an extra $20 to ensure that I didn't underpay. (Radana had offered to just take $20 less, to ensure I didn't overpay, but that's not fair either.) When I got home, in addition to the telltale vacuum lines on the carpet and clean smell, there was $20 on the counter and a note saying that the house didn't warrant the extra money. I call Radana for all of my cleaning needs and totally recommend her!

My carpets look like new!!!
Not only did Mountain Pride do an exceptional job, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and got the job done in a timely manner. I had some stains near the laundry area, pet stains, and area rugs that I didn't think were going to be much improved. I was so wrong. The area rugs are like new, and the other stains are barely visible if not completely gone. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. Had them out today to take care of the wall to wall carpeting in the house. Some bad dirt spots from the dogs, some tea spills, etc.
Had an 8:30- 9:30 appointment. They called at 8:30 to tell me they would be there in 15 minutes. Arrived around 8:45. The tech was friendly. He gave an estimate that seemed reasonable. I asked about wether he thought he could clean my ski room and he did a freebie test cleaning of a small area on a recycled rubber surface that lines the ski room. Put a drier on it then did the carpet.
The carpets look great! Came back and said he wasnt sure about the ski room, but I asked him to go ahead with it. Came out great.

I tried this company to clean our house and was underwhelmed. They only sent one person to clean and she didn't even get half the house cleaned in 4 hours and $220 later. It was incredibly dusty with recent construction work but to not even wipe down the kitchen counters or clean the sink seems like even the basics were missed. The bathroom toilet was not cleaned either.
The most disturbing part was that they didn't lock up the house when they left. The front and back doors were left unlocked and several windows were unlocked and one was left opened.

Hired this team back in November when we were moving into the house we had just closed on. Purchased the carpet cleaning and deep clean for the rest of the house. I was busy moving boxes back and forth, so I'd check in hourly. Realized after I should have stayed and supervised, and I should have suspected something was up when I checked in at 2 and then 3, and the same person was still wiping the same window.
We didn't have the rest of our stuff delivered by movers for another week, so we weren't going into every room. Each day after they cleaned, I noticed more and more that was missed, to the point I now wonder what they actually cleaned.
They said they cleaned the ceiling fan, they did not; they said they wiped blinds, they only did whichever side was facing them; they said they cleaned the fridge, they did not; they said the cleaned inside cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms, they did not. The whole reason I hired them was so I wouldn't have to deep clean the house by myself and it would be move-in ready, definitely wasted my money.
Additionally, the carpets were not done well at all. When movers delivered our belongings, I ended up spending hours carpet cleaning myself. Pictures are attached where you can see where I carpet cleaned next to where they "cleaned."

Update 6/28/21-One of the owners reached out and talked to my husband ( I was to mad about having to clean the house after I paid someone else to clean it lol) and they are giving us two half cleans for free and we set up a monthly cleaning service. Hopefully it goes better when they come out again. They did say they would send the guy we liked so that was nice. I'm glad they reached out. It was more than I expected them to do :). I'll update after they come out again. Oh and they did say the one guy was no longer with the company.
One of the guys they sent was great and did a good job the other guy not so much and is the reason for 3 stars. The guy in charge of the kitchen didn't clean the fronts of several of the cabinets or the inside. Seemed like he was pissed because he had to clean the inside of the appliances

NIKAA Cleaners did and outstanding job on our home. We contacted them and the set up was easy. They ask questions about the size of the home and give you an immediate estimate. Scheduling was easy as well and they accommodated my schedule.
The cost was very reasonable for a move out and the service was outstanding. The house was immaculately clean after they finished from top to bottom.
If we ever live in Springs again I would use NIKAA cleaners for all of our cleaning needs. And I would recommend them to anyone looking for a whole house move out of just a weekly cleaning service.

We highly recommend this house cleaning service. My wife and I are retired, are in our 70's, live in a 3,000+ s.f. home with a husky that needs the weekly attention of some bright, energetic, responsible young professionals to help out with the demanding, ongoing upkeep of our custom built home in the Pikes Peak area of Colorado. We do not have A/C in our home and we love to bring in the outdoors and the fresh mountain air. However, that can be a problem in the upkeep of a home and all our personal belongings, as well as the ridiculous shedding of all the fur that our sweet 4-legged family member sheds on a daily basis.
It was a god send when these professionals came through our doors, needing very little instructions and are most confident and conscientious in their work. My only wish is that we just sold our home at top dollar after living here 12 years and would love it if we could take this group of ladies to our new home in Montana. Do not hesitate to give them a call if you are looking for the best of the best. They are quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish.

Can't recommend Maria enough!! I moved to the springs last June due to the pandemic so ive been cleaning my house myself for social distancing until I finally felt ready this February to invite others into my home. I met Maria at the grocery store and had such a pleasant chat so I offered her a one time cleaning opportunity and completely wow'd me. She was supposed to stay for 3 hours/paying her for 3hrs and instead she stayed for an additional 40 minutes because she wasn't happy with the results and wanted to make sure my laundry room (washer machine mainly) was spotless. Maria is coming in every 2 weeks to do maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning every 6 weeks. I'm beyond happy I found Maria! She started her company in March and is offering 20% discount for the first 2 months…
