I'm pretty disappointed in my service. I paid for a deep clean and came home to dust,dishes the trash wasn't taken out and the person who came to clean was only there for an hour when there was 3 hours allotted to do the cleaning. I was refunded for the deep cleaning part and discounted on their flat rate but $120 (this is the discount) for one hour is a lot. Considering I have a small 1 bedroom apartment I feel a deep for 3 hours shouldn't take 1 or still look like this. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again and would not recommend them.

Our realtor recommended Little Joe for steam cleaning our ceramic plank tile floor that looks like distressed wood. When the tech was finished there was a residue of white powdery something along the baseboard, and into the floor heating vents, and on the front of the appliances.
I should have just bought another Bona mop and cleaner since I had to buy one anyway to clean up the powdery stuff.

When my dryer duct clogged, nearly killing our brand new dryer, I called Starshine on a Saturday hoping against all hope that someone would pick up the phone. He did – and he offered to come by on his way to another appointment and save me a lot of money if I could wait just three days. Which I gladly agreed to.
He showed up approximately 30 seconds early for our appointment, and assured me that he would get the duct unclogged. Two hours later, he admitted that it was the worst clog he'd ever seen in all his years of business (since 1974), but he refused to admit defeat. (Honestly, I've never seen a guy cut the $#!T out of his hand so badly without swearing, even once.)
Without going into detail, he did whatever it took to get the clog removed, and when he did, we had about 10 pounds of soggy lint on the ground. My new dryer is now working perfectly, and I can't thank Starshine enough!

I used Starshine to clean the carpets in my home for a move-out. He was very fair in pricing and did an excellent job. The only issue I had was that he rinsed out his equipment in my front yard, leaving dirty residue on my lawn. Would have been better to rinse in the street where the residue could have been more easily cleaned, or on the rock area of my landscaping. Other than that, I would 100% use his services again and highly recommend him. My carpets looked amazing when he was done.
