I needed someone to help my out while I got a few things in order. Heidi is doing an excellent job. She is very pleasant, uses natural products so it does not mess with my allergies and asthma, she is open to criticism (not that I have any) so she can ensure you are happy and she was open to adjusting what she uses to make sure I did not have any problems with chemical smells. Certain chemical cleaners I have tried I have to leave my house afterwards but so far no problems with what Heidi is using. If you need help and have anyone with asthma/allergies, I highly recommend Heidi's cleaining.

I was very excited when I signed up for this service because I had just had a baby and could use the extra help. I signed up for once a month to get a feel.
The first two cleanings were great! Then the third cleaning came around and the lady who arrived only cleaned about half of what she was supposed to then asked if I "wanted her to vacuum and mop" I was thrown back by this and thought maybe my time was running up and told her no it's ok. Once she left I looked at the time and she was only here for an hour and a half. Checked my restrooms and she had taken out all the floor mats and just left them in my bedroom thrown everywhere…the floors were still dirty so I have no clue why she left them like this…I explained this to customer service and they were nice enough to waive the fee for that cleaning.
Next month I had a new person…she was very friendly but again she didn't follow everything on the checklist. I didn't mention anything because she was new which was a mistake because she was assigned to clean my home again the next month. We had the same issue but she did even less this time.
I spoke with customer service about this and was given a discount then offered a free cleaning the following week. No one showed up. So I cancelled my service.
Customer service is very nice but the cleanings are inconsistent.
I just wish the people were more consistent and instead of trying to rush out to their next job, complete the checklist that is given.

I have been using MaidPro for a few cleanings now. I already recommended their services to a co-worker of mine based upon the friendly service I received when I was originally getting quoted. I think that the person that comes to my home does a fabulous job. We use her once every three weeks. I would've given the full five stars but we had a little key misunderstanding (easily fixed) and I reminded them twice to dust the fan blades in all the bedrooms and it wash't done. The office manager was super nice and offered to send someone back the next day, but I didn't want to lock my dog up for another whole day. Instead I asked her to make sure that it gets done next time. Very trustworthy though and she gets my bathroom tub spic and span!!

The reason I gave her at least one star is because she was very fast to give me a quote. We agreed on a date and time and I thought everything was set up.
