Day of cleaning – Leslie and Kathryn and rest of team were awesome and did such a good job! Everyone was so kind when we came in for a check up. No complaints upon check up, home felt clean and smells amazing! Overall very happy about the outcome. Would recommend to anyone

I've been paying for premium cleanings, get the bare bones minimum done. Bathroom floors left dirty, stove left with spots, tub was still covered in oils still, missed dusting in multiple locations. On top of poor service for what you pay, they want to nickel and dime you.
I called to reschedule my appointment due to my husband being infected with Covid 19, they still want to charge me 50% of my cleaning because I didn't give 48 hours notice. Which is disgusting, he tested this morning and came up positive, so you wan to be in my house cleaning with someone infected!!? Manager calling me was unhelpful and rude and made sure to tell me we would be charged. I know the policy but they just felt the need to call back to make sure. ANNOYING. They're aren't worth the money or your time!

The only reason for 4 stars is due to increased pricing. Because of rising costs across the board, I could no longer afford a bi-weekly service, had to stop service for a few weeks, and wanted to resume under a new monthly plan. The new monthly plan would be 29-35% higher than what a monthly plan was quoted just 6 months ago (advised due to COVID). I understand there are labor and supply shortages, but am unfortunately unable to afford an increase of that measure. To be fair, I would be under a *new* plan so it's not as if the business increased prices under any plan I was currently on. Prices were not increased for my existing plan, only when I wanted to change the service routine.
All in all, I would recommend the business to others for the quality, knowing you are paying for a job well done.

Don't waste $400+ on a level of clean no better than your teenager would accomplish. They also kept trying to leave w/o cleaning all rooms. The manager did a post cleaning inspection & agreed it was not satisfactory. We weren't allowed any type of refund but instead sent the same cleaners to correct the neglect which made no sense since they weren't capable of cleaning it properly the 1st time. Out $$$ & was v inconvenient since I had to clean after they left again.

I've gone through housekeepers for a few years so I know no company's perfect, I think this company is good however consistency is a big factor. We had 1 issue when we started our bi-weekly service and whoever was the manager at the time fixed it right away and gave us a great team I believe it was Ashley and Billy. They would leave notes on a two maids card of what they did and to let us know they came, and even the team before text me to let me know what they did and what would be getting deep cleaned this week and etc. But I know one manager left and it seems to have been a little inconsistent since. I'm sure turnovers high but having two people you expect a decent quality clean because I have 1 person that comes to my place in San Diego and she's consistently very thorough for the same price. For the last two cleanings the floors have been bad to the point that I'm not even sure if they were mopped and the vacuum job was pretty mediocre too which to me is the basics of the job. There were other issues that I could over look but for 2 weeks the floors still being sticky and having stains is a red flag. I feel like if you're not checking or reminding them to do the deep cleaning items like high dusting etc it's not getting done, and traveling between states for work I just don't really have time to thoroughly inspect a cleaning job every time. Also I think it's weird that they don't change your shower curtains, I gave them the new ones and they said they couldn't but every company I've had has done it, odd? But maybe I'll try two maids again in a few months but for now we're going to try an independent company to see if that's a little better.

I have used this company for about 5 years and since the owner, Ryan, left the company a few months ago, the quality of service has become worse. They maids do not show up on time and are sometimes 90 minutes late and no phone call is made to update the customer. Sometimes they just show up at random times and do not keep to the schedule they tell you. They have broken items while cleaning and charge the same price when only doing 50% of the work agreed on. The new owner said it is "company policy" to charge the same price even when their work load is reduced because of not needing 4 bedrooms cleaned. Total rip off! Today they "forgot" to empty the trash ( told me to do it.) and failed to mop up spills on the floor. Again after I paid $236.00, I had to reclean my house after they were done. Four years ago, it was a good company but now they do as little as possible and do sub-standard work and expect top dollar. Never again!

Number 1. Totally dependable. Never late, never rescheduled.
Number 2. Trustworthy. I have always felt comfortable with these folks in my home.

Take my review with a grain of salt because I never ended up using their services. But I do believe in first impressions and theirs was very "meh". I called and spoke to someone at Two Maids after seeing their ad on Yelp. I said we had been using another company that we were not happy with and would like someone to come out and take a look at what we wanted and it would be a twice a month service. She said "the company" wouldn't allow her to do that. Huh? I said we had a very large house but didn't require a lot to be cleaned and she responded that it didn't matter as "the company" wouldn't allow them to base an estimate on what we wanted done, but square footage alone. She then said she had to put me on hold because "a team just walked in". Seriously, you put a potential client on hold to speak to your employees? I have been managing sales people for many years in my business and if a sales rep put a potential sales client on hold because one of their workers walked in that they wanted to speak to, they would be terminated. I was on hold for about 2 minutes or so, so I just gave up, hung up and contacted another company that accommodated our needs. Definitely not feeling warm and fuzzy and that they wanted our business much. I will give the company credit though for answering the call instead of what I expected which is voice mail, as most companies don't answer calls. I am going to give this company a 3 on Yelp and also an incomplete because again we never used them. But when I call a new company and put out there that I am interested in being a twice a month client, I want to be wowed and accommodated a bit better and not put on hold because you want to speak to "your team" and quote "company policy" everywhere. If you treat a potential new client like this, it would scare me to how you would treat them down the road when they were using your services. Hope this review helps. Just trying to give an honest assessment of my first impression.

I just moved to Phoenix and bought my first house. The last owners did a terrible job cleaning it. I found Simply housekeeping online. I gave them a call. Ryan was very friendly and professional. I told him I did not want them spending more than 3 hours cleaning. Based on that and what I requested, he gave me a run down of the cost. I needed them to deep clean ASAP so I could move all my stuff in. He did not have anything for a while, but he called back and was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule.
Now for the cleaning service itself: the cleaners did a spectacular job. They were able to get my house done in under 3 hours plus some extra time to do extra spots after. I am OCD. If I see one spot, I go crazy. I know not every cleaning company is going to be perfect, but Simply housekeeping is close to it. I was very impressed by how my house looked after. That's how it should of looked before I moved in.

Angelica and Lupita (Team 4) did such a lovely job. My house was beautifully cleaned and reset. Small touches such as folding toilet tissue or napkins, or fluffing pillows with a fun twist made coming home feel like walking into a resort.

I was left unimpressed after spending $380 for 4 hours. I expected more for my money. They did some cute details like making a paper towel into a flower and designs in a blanket after folding and placing on bed, but missed a lot. It was discussed that we would agree on 4 hours but if they need more time, I was to be contacted to approve the additional time. I was not called so it is assumed they completed what was asked. Nope, floors half done and spider webs still hanging off lights. Never got a call so they thought they were complete. I'd rather find cleaners who take pride in their work and don't leave in incomplete.
To follow up… the owner is completely lying and replied saying they asked for more hours. I am highly disappointed. I was NEVER contacted. Just be honest and accept you dropped the ball on your services.

I sent a quote request to several cleaning companies on Yelp and Simply housekeeping was able to come out the next day. So we chose them . The price was $100 an hour with a minimum of two hours. Unfortunately our experience with simply housekeeping company was not good since they were not able to do aa deep clean As requested on our home. We were charged $285 and told that our home was dirtier than expected which we found unprofessional. I was able to clean my house in two hours on my own when they had two ladies sent to clean , couldn't manage what little they did, in three hours. I received a auto text the next day that they guarantee their work however that is simply not what We experienced.

Simply housekeeping was extremely responsive and accommodating, they shifted around their schedules to fit me in and were at my house the next morning!

Housekeepers did a great job. The misleading information and sales tactics of the booking lady were the reasons I couldnt give this business five stars. If I could hire the cleaning team direct without the office involvement, I would!
To anyone looking to book for service, proceed with caution. Ask for them to specify exactly what the estimate will be, in writing. Hourly vs. Total vs. Hourly per worker, and how many workers they were actually going to send out…. caused about $100 difference in cost.
Also, first booking was not done in time scheduled with hours of waiting for arrival – and had to rebook and find time in my schedule. With all of the runaround and unexpected rise of cost, I should have just taken the afternoon off of work to do it myself. Would have been much easier, less time consuming, and I would have saved money. Lesson learned.
While I appreciate the business made an attempt to reply to the review for the perception of their business, the concerns were not addressed and the respondent called me by the wrong name, assuming and hoping they'd give the public my full name? Idk. You decide. But it goes to show how "ethical" she/they really are.
Tip for locals: I've got my service now scheduled with Maid Easy. MUCH better business practices and professionalism at much better pricing.

Having never used a cleaning company before, I asked a million questions. Rose was patient, answered everything very clearly, and explained the difference between general and deep cleaning. The pricing was completely on-par with other quotes I'd received, and she made it clear that I would only pay what we'd discussed and that if the team ended up needing more time I would be told that BEFORE they began the work.
The team that handled our cleaning was wonderful. Courteous, efficient and thorough, it took a load off of our shoulders to have the house 100% spotless before a very large family gathering.
I also booked last-minute, and they were able to accommodate the window we needed the work done. At one point our time was pushed up by a few hours, but when I wrote them to ask (because we wouldn't be home at the new time) Rose quickly re-adjusted.

I would rate the cleaning of the house great. However the business aspect isn't ran properly. You will receive a quote and you can completely disregard what the price will be. They charge what they want to charge after the service is done. Wouldn't be a issue it if your on a budget and expect pay one thing then screws you up after job is done and price is higher than quoted. Honor your quotes and you will improve your business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. While I can't speak to how well they actually clean one's house, I can definitely rate how much they value customer service.
On a Friday, I called them and negotiated a rate for biweekly service. It would start the following Thursday at 10am. When the time arrived, they didn't. It was like being flaked on.
I checked my email and saw that at 2:29am, they had sent an email saying that my service would be the next day, Friday, at 9:30am. It was odd as no one had contacted me for the change in service.
I called to find out what happened. I left a vmail at roughly 3:30pm. Rose called me back after 5pm, after hours. Here's where things get pretty bad. She wasn't apologetic and didn't believe me about the correct appointment day. I told her that I have a text to prove it. She asked if I had an email. I went and looked and found the email saying that the appointment was indeed for Thursday and forwarded it to her. Only then did she believe me.
But she wouldn't let me talk any further, always cutting me off saying that their business is now closed for the day and that she has a family to get to. She spoke at length about what the priority list is, how their times work, doing a good job, etc. But because she wouldn't let me speak, I couldn't inform her that I didn't like the appointment time of 9:30am the next day and had booked 10am for a reason.
Cut to the next day, which is actually today as I write. She sent me an email saying that because they didn't meet their Thursday obligation, they would discount today by 10%. Yay! A whopping 10%. But get this… she also wrote that she wouldn't honor the price quoted to me the previous Friday! She said her colleague had made a mistake with the quote. She also said her colleague had changed my appointment time to try and meet my original request for Friday. This is actually true as far as what I originally preferred, Friday, but not at 10am. However, they never told me of the change and Rose acts like they did me a favor and didn't make a mistake! It's unbelievable. Just because a person said they'd prefer Friday one week ago doesn't mean that nothing's changed. It also doesn't mean that you change their appointment time without telling them.
Needless to say, there's really bad energy here and I cancelled the whole thing. Why am I giving two stars and not one? I think Rose wants to provide good customer service, but doesn't know how. In other words, I think she means well and I'd be cheering for her to get it right. She just isn't there yet. Her company failed to make an appointment, changed the time without informing the customer or even asking if that time would work, and tried to make up for it with a one time 10% discount but with the caveat that she won't honor her company's initial quote. Wow. I don't believe in the expression, "The customer is always right." But here, what I experienced is the opposite, "The customer is never right."
(Update per the owner's response: She simply made up the part about a "previous cleaning company" as we've never had one.
She's correct that I hung up on her last night. After being interrupted enough times and told that she needs to get to her family, despite all of the continued talking she did, (one-sided and rude), I hung up. I couldn't get a word in. Clearly she wanted to get going more than she cared to provide customer service. There was no raised voice and at most my tone could be described as exasperated.
Most importantly, please note that she doesn't refute the fact that we had an appointment for Thursday that her company didn't meet. Yet, she focuses on everything but that and doesn't own up to it. I guess "Integrity" includes flaking without taking responsibility or apologizing. To the intelligent, independent Yelper, that says it all.)

Team 3 (Sandra and Miriam) have done both an initial and a bi-weekly cleaning in my home, and they do a great job! They are on time, and they are friendly but get right to work! They did such an amazing job on the initial clean . . . I thought I kept a clean house, but they cleaned things I haven't even though about! We were amazed when we opened the sliding door and the track was gleaming . . . no idea how dirty that must have been before! I've had cleaners in the past, but none whose work is as thorough as Simply Housekeeping! I definitely plan to keep using this company, and hope Team 3 comes back again!

Thanks to Maria for the excelent customer service. Scheduling was easy. Team 5 arrived on time and did excellent job deep cleaning our house. I work from home so on few occasions they asked me to check what's been done so far and let them know if I have any remarks. Later I noticed the ladies made roses from the TP and nicely arranged the Kleenex tissues. They wore masks and shoes covers the whole time. Highly recommended.

I called the company to arrange a cleaning. They were able to set up an appointment much faster than I had hoped. Initially, she offered two people to come and do the cleaning. I received a call the day of the appointment saying that two people couldn't make it, so I would only be charged half price for the one person.

I've used this cleaning service multiple times now and have always had an excellent experience. They have always arrived within the time slot they provided and they have done an excellent job with their cleaning. The cleaning ladies were very professional and courteous and made sure to clean every corner of the house. Lacy especially was wonderful and really made sure to go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend her and this service.

I used this service 3 times. After the 3rd time I cancelled the service. The 1st 2 times, it was exactly as contracted, they were great. The 3rd time, the cleaner spent much of her time on her phone. Cleaned exactly the same amount as the last 2 times, but then had the nerve to charge me for the extra time.
I was given the option to limit the time of the service in the future so that it wouldn't go over a certain time. They were rude about the fact that getting less area cleaned by a person that wasn't using her time well was not a satisfactory option. I wanted the same service done the prior 2 times in the same amount of time. Not unreasonable. I paid them the extra. (They discounted by 1/2 for the extra time and acted like they were doing me a favor.) Never using them again.

The excuse- I must have texted them off hours. Well, I did and when they asked my to text during office hours, I did that as well. They asked for my address, and confirmed my booking.
I don't have the energy for this and would rather have someone I can rely on.

Literally the worst customer service and experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. Do NOT believe the positive reviews. NEVER trust these people with your money or time. They are lying money grubbers.
So let's get into what happened.
I requested someone to clean my kitchen and two bathrooms. I was quoted $145 for 3 hours (The "VIP" price, ha-ha). When the woman arrived she specifically asked me, is there anything you'd like me to focus on? I let her know that I would like her to focus on our tubs. This cleaner did not stay the full 3 hours. She showed up at 9:08 and was gone by 11:05 (confirmed by her coming and going from our Ring camera).
When I came home, I was appalled by the work. I literally thought…. was any work even DONE? The place I specifically asked for her to focus on was exactly the way it was before. Everything was completely half-assed. I attached photos of some examples of work that was not done with a timestamp of when I took it to show it was AFTER she left.
I have had cleaners in the past and I've literally never been so disappointed. Why would she leave an hour early if nothing was done? So, I decided to call them to let them know I was disappointed and what they could do to fix it. They offered to send her back later that day to fix it. Okay, I can work with that. Which is where the story gets worse.
The man arrived at 4:12 and left at 5:39, again, verified by my Ring camera. I will admit that he fixed a lot of these issues though and I was overall pleased with how he fixed it. He put too much soap in his mop solution which made the floor sticky and waxy, but obviously because everything else was clean I'm not worried about that. He also broke some of our flower pots. Again, if this was a stand alone thing, it would be an annoyance but I would not even complain.
I was at work when they tried to call me for payment, and as I work somewhere with a call center, I'm not able to talk on the phone. I directed them to my husband who was home, but was unaware of the original agreed upon price of the service, which was $145. He was charged $180. When I heard that, I thought, excuse me? Are they really charging us more to fix their mistake? If they would have mentioned it would an extra $35, I would say hell to the NO. They NEVER mentioned it.
They say they will reimburse us $12 for the pots. Cool. But I had some more issues with being charged $180, so I decide to call the person who was texting me. This person claims that they are not the owner and to speak with the owner, who called me soon after. This man was argumentative, rude, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. He also tried to say they "always" inform customers that each extra hour will be an extra $35.. which may be the case when a patron is asking for more time, but I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. I will reiterate, I was under the impression they were sending someone back to fix work that was not done. He continued to say that I requested more time and that the total time of people cleaning my house was 4 hours. And as you can, the actual total time of someone spent cleaning my house was 3 hours and 25 minutes, so only 25 minutes more than I actually initially paid for. Which should have been covered as they literally didn't do any work.
No solution was made or offered. Just blaming ME for "requesting more time" (again, absolutely not) and repeatedly saying "we've never had anyone complain about this cleaner"
Again, do not believe the positive reviews. Read the negative reviews and you'll see they are not to be trusted

$170 worth of damages, 5 days of resultant lost revenue and not so much as a phone call or show of empathy from the owner. I, too, am an owner and solo practitioner at an 11-year practice. My last cleaners served me very well for 10 YEARS. Within 4 cleanings, two of Carole's employees confided they would not be staying with their employer due to poor treatment, not receiving their customer gratuities (!) and being required to work overtime. With guilt, I continued to work with Carole's out of desperation.
However, last weekend, while out of town, they serviced my clinic. I returned to find my vertical blinds (covering the windows they had cleaned) broken, rendering my treatment room unusable since the blinds no longer closed. Worse, upon sharing the incident with the owner, she TEXTED that she did not see how her cleaner could have done that and that she would follow up the next day. (I think most people know that blinds can be very easily broken if opened without care or if not opened at all while cleaning). Two days later, I'd heard nothing. When I followed up, she again TEXTED that she would not be willing to cover the cost of repair since her cleaner would have had "no reason not to report it." Wow. I even offered that perhaps the cleaner had been unaware of the damage. There was no response.
As a business owner, I question whether holding on to that $170 (based solely on her new staff member's account) was worth losing potentially 10+ years of patronage. Further, picking up the phone and saying, "hey, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. How can we figure this out together?" would have gone a long way…and likely not cost her $170 or a customer. I can think of at least five less costly and agreeable solutions.
It's easy to be in business when it's easy. You show who you are when challenges arise. This was a great opportunity for Carole's to have earned a loyal customer and stellar review. Bailey's Blind Repair, however, was wonderful!

Right before the holidays, I hired this company for a Move In cleaning. Shawn said it included everything from ceiling to floor, he repeated that twice. I asked about walls, baseboards, bathrooms, drawers, he said EVERYTHING, adamantly. He said I had to pay in advance, $550.00, and I did.
The next day 2 cleaning people came and stayed 2 hours, but literally did not clean anything. They wiped a dirty rag across countertops and windowsills. I tried to explain to them what needed cleaning, but they just didn't do it.
I took 20 pictures and had 6 phones calls with Shawn and Cristina. They were rude and full of excuses. They would not budge on any kind of refund.
I have since filed a Consumer Complaint with the AG office of AZ. I also see many others have had the experience that I did with these people. A few pictures below… zero stars is the true rating.

The estimates were given as per the house area, number of bathrooms, bedrooms etc.
The first three hours are for the price quoted. It is not possible to do a deep cleaning in three hours so the work as to be done rushing to complete in three hours or be ready to pay extra for each hour to complete the required area cleaning work. Only one person came and tried to do the work in four hours but it's up to the expectations.

The issue came when the cleaner from Caroles House Cleaning spent an hour cleaning just the vanishing blinds. The cleaner spent 4 hours cleaning two bathrooms and the floor of the master bedroom. It was confirmed from the cleaner that I was going to get charged for the 4 hours since it took some time explaining what I wanted.
The manager, Christina, then called me being very rude telling me I am being charged for 4.5 hours disregarding what my cleaner told me. Then refuses to contact the cleaner to get an explanation from her that we had discussed in detail what I wanted done. She threatened to report me if I don't pay for the extra half hour. In the end, I paid the extra half hour even though she chose a hostile approach but I would recommend staying away from this company. She also told me the wrong Venmo account, so I had to go and call Venmo to get back my money, instead she could have just charged me on Venmo.

This service has gone from bad to worse. Each cleaner they have been sending out does less and worse than the last one. One cleaner didn't clean an entire bathroom or the kitchen. Another spent 4.5 hours and only got half the house clean. The best was when one left the stove filthy and when I complained about it, they sent another cleaner the next time who left it the same (see pics). When I ask for them not to send one of their bad cleaners out, they agree and then send them anyway. One cleaner stood me up TWICE.

If you can't hire good people don't have a cleaning business, and wear booties or take your shoes off in people's house.

I hired this firm expecting a team of cleaners , based on the fee, and my desire to have a thorough post-construction cleaning job done. Instead, two lovely women showed up and did a mere surface cleaning, requiring me to spend the rest of my day scrubbing. Although our house was not a huge mess it had not been professionally cleaned in forever. Our appointment was for 11:30, but the ladies did not show up until about 12:30, but we were given both a voicemail and text explaining that they were running late. No problem as it was within the window we were given and the communication was good.

We love Brennan Cleaning. Our team of super cleaners always arrive on time, take their time cleaning every nook and cranny, and are open to any notes we leave asking for special treatment (vacuum sofa pillows, or use a specific cleaner, etc.). A three person team usually spends close to 3 hours working on our single story home and they always leave it immaculate. We have dogs and they are very friendly with them (we keep them up but the crew still says hello).

Trevor and Dylan did a great job on my sofa, chair and rug. Communication was clear and done via text which is so convenient. They were quick but thorough, and were polite and professional to boot. They made sure I was happy with the results before moving on, and gave clear aftercare instructions. Best of all, I felt safe and comfortable with them in my home- that's very important to me.
The price is in line with what I expect to pay- anyone who is claiming this is too expensive doesn't understand how expensive it is to run a business! Labor, product, time, travel, experience and results- those things aren't free! Plus they offer a subscription service that gives huge discounts on regular services.

Customer service was great, I had to have them come back out and fix a few things. The reason I am leaving a lower review is because their prices are very shady. I was initially quoted over $1500 to carpet clean 3 bedrooms and the tile in kitchen/hallway/baths. I told the technician that it was too high especially when they are there for only 2 hours. He immediately told me he could do $700. Why don't they just do set pricing? So just remember to not let them take advantage of you and always ask for them to work a "deal."
I still think $700 is too high for the little area of cleaning that they did. I definitely will not use them again. Makes me wonder how many people just accepted initial pricing. Probably too many, unfortunately.

Super disappointed. When the technicians arrived at my home, they told me I had too much stuff and needed to move all of it before they would clean. I wasn't told this upon scheduling. The last professional cleaner from a different cleaner let us move our stuff around the house instead of insisting it is completely empty.
My boyfriend offered to buy the guys lunch while he moved everything in 30 mins. They wanted to reschedule and come back in the AM instead. I was told I would hear from someone to confirm the 7:30 or 8 AM appointment. Never happened. I call this morning at 7 AM and the same tech answers. He tells me "shoot, someone was supposed to call you about it. Let me text you."
Mind you, I have a toddler and my whole downstairs has been in absolute shambles since 12 PM yesterday (they arrived at 2 PM).
SO now it's 11 AM and I never heard back from them. Called another company and they are here now cleaning my floors.
Disorganized company. I expected a lot more given the excellent reviews online. Will not use again.

Right after things opened from COVID in 2021, we had them clean our tiles. Due to a scheduling issue, rather than have 2 workers, only 1 worker was tasked with assisting our house. As such, corners were cut small crevices around the toilets etc were not covered, only places where the large steamer could fit. Maybe it was due to his quickness of completing the job or the design of the machine but upon inspection, there were cracks in the grout and also scuff marks from the machine. I did not see this till after he had left. I left an initial review within their internal commenting system and was responded to within a day by a manager who was apologetic and very gracious in assisting. I don't fault customer service in handling the issue, but I do fault management for not having more than 1 person assisting the employee. The tradeoff of clean tiles versus chipped grout is just not worth it.

Well when you know you've got in-laws coming to town in two days and your floors are straight up filthy and your need help… where to start! I went through a lot of them and well, with Coconut Cleaning there's a reason there's so many positive reviews they're just that good… final product, price, professionalism etc. Evan had a cancellation got back to me quickly and I got the service done same day I was looking! Finally, there's just a vibe of "trust ability" no hidden stuff, none of that way of doing business with these folks. Used Coconut on two properties within a few days of each other. Techs were fine, professional and well spoken. My disappointment is with the companies approach to doing business.
A. All communications were via email, even though I asked the person to call me in an effort to save time (I am not monitoring my emails 24/7) and increased accuracy of communication. Coconut would not do it, so what could have been a 15 minute phone call dragged on for days of back and forth
B. Pricing – No one came by to measure and estimate, I received instead a "rough" estimate via email based upon "rooms". They price by the room/hallway/bathroom rather than how long it will take to complete the project or how many square feet are to be cleaned. End result, we paid $559 for tile cleaning that took two techs AT MOST 2 hours. $140 per hour per worker per hour is too much for work like this. Car dealerships have been pricing repairs this way for years, it appears that some in the Trades are now doing the same.

Very professional and personable cleaning staff sent to our home. They called 30+ minutes ahead of scheduled cleaning, arrived on time and the communication between them and us was excellent, clear and precise. We had 3 carpeted rooms cleaned and a small closet. They got the stains up and our carpets look great. We turned the heat up for several hours and by evening our carpets were dry. No chemical smells, very good overall experience with Coconut cleaning. I was really hot about my 1st cleaning because it was not what I had discussed or ordered with the scheduler, and I had put a lot of time in preparing for the cleaning crew to arrive. But once I talked to management, PCS fixed the issue and I have been happy ever since. I now regularly schedule a once per month deep cleaning with modifications. I guess you could call them customized upgrades.
Before you request your service, actually read their website. They have listed in detail what they do clean. This way, you can figure out what they don't clean. If you want cleaning above and beyond their advertised cleanings, you have to tell them exactly what you want done so MGT can make a note of it in their purchase order. They can't read your mind.

Don't be fooled by your house will be "move in ready". I thought by this false advertisement, I would pay the extra money I didn't have so I wouldn't have to do myself because of my disability. I should have use a regular housecleaning service at a regular cost. Just because it is more costly doesn't mean it is better.
I asked them to come back and clean the things they missed and even supplied pictures. They came back. They spoke Spanish and continued to talk about me the whole time they were here. The things I brought to their attention, they would rub a cloth over it and say see here no dirt. Also no "elbow grease". My Mom cleaned houses all her life, and that was her saying when you needed to scrub. Also, "like new" doesn't have visual dirt that doesn't pick up by a cloth. I have since discovered so many more things that I wouldn't have even paid $65 and been satisfied. Things done during a normal cleaning were not even touched: fixtures, light plates, clean cabinets outside and inside, sinks, soap dishes in shower, refrigerator door, dishes ("they don't do dishes" was my answer), still things left on floor like they didn't vacuum, slide glass door handle, hardware handles not polished, ceiling vents cleaned, outside door handles not cleaned, door entry light not cleaned, etc. I could go on and on.
Now I know they clean new houses after built and have raving reviews, but let's face it, how hard can it be to clean after brand new hardware, windows, etc.
This crew should be able to clean houses again. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

After speaking to Maria on the phone, I was really amazed on her knowledge of how they clean and restore floors, etc., Because of that phone conversation, I asked her to come and check our tile floors and shower. Manuel and Maria came to our house and checked everything and explained to us what was needed to be done. They came back a week later and cleaned, replaced and restored the grout on our floors and our shower. They worked so hard, made sure that all the floor tiles, quartz and granite countertops were sparklingly clean and grouts were perfect plus the baseboards clean. They protected the furniture that couldn't be moved and cleaned all the floors, even the carpets in our 2 bedrooms. On the second day, they moved all the heavy furniture back in the house and gave us recommendations on how to take care of our countertops, floors and especially the shower tiles and what products to use to safely clean and protect them. Manuel and Maria are so good in what they do and anyone can rely and depend on their word that what they promise, they will do.

We recently purchased a home in Sun Lakes and the original 20 year old white tile floors were still in pretty good shape but needed a deep cleaning, some replacement, and the grout needed to be cleaned and replaced in some areas. Maria and her team did a fantastic job restoring the floors and showers to their original glory at a price that was far less than replacing the entire floor. Wow – cleaning to the nth degree:
This is it, the absolute, full head-to-toe-cleaning you dreamed of. I have been lucky enough to have excellent housekeepers for most of our many years of home ownership. Now, moving from out of state, to a new home required someone new with a top notch eye for detail and a lot of effort to spruce up our new home…particularly for our first pre-move in clean. I was on the look out for that someone who could really clean from top to bottom, without me having to spell out, and detail everything. I found 'em – ha, they even taught me a delightful thing or two re home upkeep in Arizona!
We will need to do a small amount of construction, and being mindful of budget, and knowing that I'd need to do much of a clean over again in 3 months, I wrestled with my need to have a throughly fresh and sparkling home to move into from the get-go, and waiting until later. In the end, the thought of living, even a short while, in a somewhat musty and tired house, won out. I'm so glad it did.
My husband is willing and very capable of much of this type of work, but not being in the area yet, was willing to have Lazona come in, with the idea that he would "finish up" after them. As it turns out, they left no stone, drain or light fixture or ledge unturned, and so he has absolutely nothing to do. Holy blessed goddess of grime – these guys took care of everything. Everything! My splendid but old cream Ladlows couch from 10 years and 3 homes ago, is once again a main attraction and has a new lease of life, We are both smiling ear to ear.
Maria was professional and upfront from initial contact, punctual, super competent, refreshing, and – just all around amazing to work with. She really made our move happy and relaxed. The detailed reports of before and after, and pictures (tiles to be grouted etc.) and well structured invoice were super helpful.

Deep, detailed and extremely thorough, full house cleaning: If it was there and could be moved, it got cleaned, if it was there and didn't move, it got cleaned….including the beautiful polishing of our older style kitchen counters (Note: in addition to their cleaning of our plain floor tiles beautifully, I've seen examples of the floor tile polishing this company specializes in – they are professionally accredited in stonework and I'd definitely recommend you check those out – incredible!).

Saltillo Tile Restoration – Last week we had Lazona Restorative Cleaners completely strip, clean and reseal the Saltillo tile flooring in our home. Manuel and Maria carefully removed all furniture and cleaned thoroughly before getting started. We are new customers and have only had one cleaning so far but would like to say the experience has been great so far. We have a 1500 sq ft house and need the whole place cleaned. We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning.
The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge.
I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

Booked online and called ahead to confirm my appointment today. Was given a time frame of noon-2 pm. At 12:45, no one had showed and I received no email or text letting me know that cleaners were delayed or on their way.
Called in and spoke with someone who confirmed the names of our cleaners and that they would arrive at 1:00 pm. 45 minutes after I called in and 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon time, still no show. No response when I call back.

We just bought a new house and wanted the house deep cleaned before we moved in. I hired maid easy since I'm pregnant and not able to be near the harsh chemicals. The girls who cleaned our house came about 15 minutes late and took around 4 hours cleaning. We have a 1900 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband and I stayed outside in the backyard so that we didn't bother them while they were cleaning, but the girls never let us know when they were finished and just left without saying anything. I didn't get to inspect the house and ask them any questions. We began moving our things in a few days later and I finally got saw the results of the cleaning.
The refrigerator was still dirty and the cabinets were still dusty. The toilet in our guest bathroom still had stains on it. Overall I think they could've done a far better job for cleaning for 4 hours straight and having 2 of them to clean together. I've had to clean everything all over again and I spent $470 for the cleaning. I was very disappointed.

Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?
Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.
Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.
My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*
I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.
The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.
The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

They showed up on time and making an appointment with them was a breeze. Their prices were also very fair as most places quoted me double what Maid Easy was charging.
The house was pretty spotless by the time they left. Knocking off the star as I did find that they did not clean the top of the fridge. The top of the fridge is one of those obvious places that need to be cleaned so the fact that it was missed makes me question what else was missed. I didn't notice anything else and they were very professional so I would recommend this company to others looks for a great cleaning service! Just make sure to check the obvious areas before then leave (:

This review is based on the last two cleaning services we have had with this company. We had used Maid Easy off and on over the years for cleaning services and had mostly good service provided at those times, but since moving homes decided to move to a monthly cleaning schedule after the last cleaning. While that last service in itself was barely acceptable with counter tops not dusted, missed spots on the floor etc., I held off from writing a review based on previous experiences, and instead called the company to point out that there were misses that I wanted them to address before the next cleaning was performed.
First off, I had been told that the cleaning crew would have a checklist they would go through to ensure that nothing would be missed and further that they would have me sign off on this checklist and do a walkthrough once the cleaning was done. This did not happen on the first cleaning and when I pointed this out after calling Maid Easy, they assured me that the next service that I had scheduled would definitely follow this system they had setup. Not only did the cleaners the second time around not follow the checklist, things got worse. Dishes were not loaded in the dishwasher and left out in the sink and several spots in bathrooms were missed. When we handed linens to be switched out in one of the bedrooms, the new bedsheet was laid out on top of the old sheet, without the old one being removed! What was also perplexing was that the cleaners used our cleaning supplies for cleaning the surfaces in the kitchen, whereas Maid Easy policy claims that they use their own supplies. This, while not a big deal, was definitely out of the ordinary. Cleaning trash was bagged and left in the front door foyer. Once the 'cleaning' was done, the cleaners shouted a goodbye and left without a cursory question as to acceptability, let alone a checklist or a walkthrough.
I will be discontinuing my service with Maid Easy and would definitely recommend looking at other cleaners before choosing this one.

The two gals that arrived, even earlier than anticipated! I wanted two bathrooms cleaned well, main living area cleaned and mopped. For the most part I used 1/4th the area for daily living.
They were so caring and accomplished the cleaning I desired in the areas I was concerned with. They did an outstanding job. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

If they even showed up to do the job, they didn't actually clean anything. Toilets were dirty, floors were not swept or mopped, baseboards were not dusted. I could go on and on. Now arguing about refunding the money. Do not recommend.
UPDATE: I am the personal representative of your client, which you are well aware of. Your company has spoken to me twice, and texted me once. I sent all the pictures shown here, plus more to you. AGAIN which you are aware of. During our phone conversations, you did not offer a full refund, even after seeing the pictures, which was unacceptable. Once the full refund is confirmed received, then I will update this post. The point is: You were paid for a job that was not done. You took advantage of an elderly client which others should be aware of.

I was excited about a company that makes online scheduling so easy, but that is where my satisfaction ends. We had a team of two come out to the tune of $400. They spent ~1.5 hours and did the most superficial cleaning I've had. I didn't realize this until I actually had time to see all of the surfaces that remained dusty and the areas of the floor that were still dirty. They basically dusted lightly (didn't do any shelves and didn't remove items from tabletops to do the whole surface), vacuumed, and wiped the hard floors in certain areas. This was definitely not up to my expectations.

Blake from Queen of maids called me this morning to apologize for my unsatisfactory experience Sat. He offered either a refund or to have the job redone by another team. I still needed the job done as the house is going to be listed for sale in the next week.
Blake had a new team at the house in 30 min.
Paulina and her partner came prepared we went over what was to be done and they went to work. Ceiling fans were cleaned, shelves dusted, baseboards cleaned cabinets and indoor windows done.
Paulina asked me to check the home while she waited to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I'm glad I chose a business that owned up to a mistake and quickly rectified what went wrong. And I appreciate them getting it done today as the carpets are scheduled to be cleaned tomorrow

We asked for the cabinets to be deep cleaned and they never opened a single drawer or cabinet. We called after they finished and they are sending out another team to clean. Will update after….

I booked this cleaning company 100% online on their website for a move out clean when my renters moved out. Their online service allows you to schedule date and time of the cleaning as well as customize a clean based on size of the house and condition of the house ("good condition" vs "needs some extra attention") and allows you to choose add-ons (baseboards, fridge, oven, etc.) to your needs.
I booked for "move out" + "needs extra attention" as I had renters with pets for 3 years. Their customer service agent followed up with me 2 days prior to the cleaning to make sure they had everything I needed on their ticket for the cleaners and to confirm my online scheduled time. I met with the cleaners in person day of and they were very professional and walked through the house with me to make sure we were on the same page.
The clean was great! The house was in pretty poor condition before and the team did a great job getting it back to where it needed to be. Would definitely recommend this company!

I spent 3.5 hours scrubbing as much as I could before requesting a professional company come out and holy cow Queen of Maids did not disappoint!! Not only was their customer service above and beyond, they left the place immaculate!
The rep I spoke with on the phone brightened my day with her upbeat attitude and attention to detail and took note of the areas where I had the most concern or couldn't clean myself. Queen of Maids did an excellent job cleaning my apartment after management failed to do so properly. Online booking was easy. The company confirmed via VM the day before the appointment. Cleaner showed up on time, was personable, polite and cared about their work. A lot of times as we know cleaners are unreliable, like to cancel last minute and not show. Only suggestion would be to have more supplies and a commercial quality vacuum not just a carpet vacuum especially with all the dust in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Would definitely use this service again.

Service was poor, there were still cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen and I had specifically mentioned it to the cleaner, there was a huge pile of hair in one of the bedrooms and honestly the house did not even smell like a house that was just cleaned. This for a move-in service and they charged me a bomb for it and it was a very basic cleaning not the deep clean I was promised. I am extremely disappointed and I know that when I post this review it will somehow be made to be my fault. But the fact is that they charged me a hefty fee for shoddy service.

Made an appointment for a next day service, was told on the phone If I wanted to cancel I would have to give 24 hours notice, or as long as they hadn't charged the card yet. I called back an hour or so later to cancel, the card was uncharged. I was calling to make a new appointment. as I didn't need the service so early. They still charged me 50$ cancellation fee. no reasons. Just rude. I was well within 24 hours.

We hired this service to do a 'Moving In.'
Cleaners were friendly, but definitely did not do a thorough job. As I walked through, there were still tons of smudges on windows and mirrors. They went back and cleaned it when asked.
There were several cabinet shelves and drawers that had not been touched with crumbs and spilled liquids still in them. I hadn't checked all the cabinets and drawers and wasn't able to ask them to follow up.
The absolute worst were the floors. I hadn't seen them mop the floors, but areas were damp so assumed they'd completed mopping. Moments after the maids left, I walked though with clean feet and my feet were covered in dirt. It was harder to see because the floors are gray, but I was very disappointed that they hadn't made more of an effort. It looked like the floors had been given a very cursory swipe rather than a good cleaning like I'd paid for.
I would not hire this service again. Pricing was reasonable, but I would rather pay a little bit more and receive a higher quality service. This company lacks attention to detail.
*update* Shelley, one of their dispute resolution experts, contacted me. She did a phenomenal job empathizing and was willing to discuss a resolution for the work that had been missed. I appreciate that this company owned up to their mistake and that they we're willing to try and fix it. Overall, 4 stars. 2 for the cleaning, 5 for the customer service. Rounding up because I'm ultimately leaving this experience happy.

Queen of Maids is the best cleaning service I have ever used nationwide. As someone with extremely high standards, I appreciate the dedication and care Queen of Maids puts into their services. I have never had an issue with anything going missing and trust my maids alone in my house. They are even comfortable with my husky being in the home while they are cleaning which is a huge plus!
My maids are always on time and have a great line of communication. I always get a text response right away when I need something, as well as email reminders so I never forget when my appointments are. They have been very flexible when I need to reschedule, and overall I would recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable, cost efficient cleaning. 10/10

I scheduled two cleanings with this company. For the first cleaning there was a delay for the cleaning crew and I couldn't accommodate their later arrival. For the second visit, the cleaners showed up on time, were professional and quick. It was a deep clean however and I noticed several things that were incomplete (a bed not made, throw pillows piled in the corner of a room, floors not completely clean, dirty counter areas, etc.). I originally wasn't going to say anything but when I was contacted for a review I replied that I'd rather wait to see what the quality was after a second cleaning. Someone responded later in the day with a check list of items that should have been done. After reviewing the list and realizing that maybe a dozen things had been incomplete, I requested a partial refund or credit toward my next visit. I sent back a list of the items that were incomplete andI offered to provide pictures (which I did). I was then told by whomever was messaging with me that they would have to talk to "management" and I haven't heard back since. I won't be using this company again. They were super polite when asking for a review but it was a different story when they needed to address an issue which they've left unresolved.

It helped me get a head start in cleaning after the holidays. But, I was not impressed with the overall job. It's A LOT of money, and I don't feel I got my complete money's worth.
One young girl was VERY helpful and did a walk through with me and did not leave until I pointed out things I was not satisfied with, (she cleaned more).
Again, it DID help me out, but I was not completely satisfied for the money.

I have had nothing but a great experience so far with this company. I use them for a monthly reoccurring service and if I have to reschedule they try to work with me on changing the time with the lady's I usually have but if not a different crew is able to come. They get in and get the job done regardless of who is here and do a very through job. You also get a discount for a monthly reoccurring service!
