First of all, I'd give a 2.5 star rating if I could do. I can't make myself do the 3 star- it doesn't feel right, and 2 stars feels a little lower than I want.. you can be the judge after reading. I used Josh's cleaning service for about 1.5 years or thereabouts. It started out fantastic. We had a great system in place for messaging, and Josh is very responsive to texts and emails- which I care about. We also had a system where I took photographs of each of the rooms of my house so that when it was cleaned, the person who cleaned it could use those pictures as guidelines (it's amazing how often cleaners might otherwise put different chairs in different rooms, small area rugs, etc.) It worked out great. Over time, however, it started to degrade. I'd say this took about a year to happen, so I had a good first year, and his rates are good. After that, big misses were happening: stuff like, forgetting to put out toilet paper. A couple of large swirls of hair in the tub. Only 5 towels out for 9 guests. And the worst, making the beds with the spare blankets I had laying around, for extra warmth that aren't beautiful but just functional, instead of the nice quilts and comforters I had. Josh would attempt to rectify it if he could, but he and his crew all appeared to live a good half hour away, so I'd often hear "no one will be in your area for at least 5 or 6 days". By then, an AIRBNB guest would have come up, and I got a couple of bad reviews as a result of the poor cleaning jobs/ mishaps like this. One time my handyman came over to do a quick job for me and said "who's your cleaner?" and told me straight up, "I wouldn't want to come to a bathroom that looked like this. Not gross but definitely more than a few hairs, and there isn't a single towel on any of the towel racks. It looks barren. And don't you have bath mats?" Yes, I did. Nice ones that I had just bought. All of these were in the closet! (?) Anyhow, at some point it just stopped being worth my worry, that everytime I had a cleaning some new person was rushing through it, who didn't know my house, and leaving things like this to chance. While Josh was never rude to me and was always professional, I did not like his defensive reply that "we're a low cost cleaning service, that's part of it". To me, a low- cost cleaning service means you don't clean baseboards and blinds, and fans, but missing the basics? Not worth the stress. I appreciated our first good year, and was ready to move on once this started to deteriorate.

WOW, What a great job Rosie and her team did in my gym.
Everyone knows how dirty and nasty a gym can get if not kept clean on a regular basis. Well as a business owner there are a lot of matters that can come up at any time that I have to take care of which means less cleaning on my part. Rosie came in to my gym to offer her business, I have tried other cleaning services in the past but nobody did it as good as me so I was hesitant at first but still gave her a chance to prove herself. Rosie and her staff did an excellent job. Our painter had not cleaned anything after sanding all our woodwork in the house. Consequently, the entire house was covered with a thin coat of dust, closets and all. Rosie came in took a look and checked out a few places and they all got started. We hired Betty's cleaning for our vacation house cleaning in upper kingsbury. We have a back to back check in today (check out is 11AM and check in is 4). When I reached out to Michelle around 1 PM, she told me she didn't know where is her cleaner, and she couldn't get a hold of her. Turns out the cleaner quit and she doesn't have a back up for us. She just told me "okay sorry I don't know what to do" she also said she contractor out my place she can't make someone do something they don't want to do.
I paid Betty's cleaning not some cleaner you hired. You should be responsible for making sure the unit is cleaned on time. That's not acceptable.
Unprofessional service. Wouldn't recommend.

He takes care of every detail in preparing the condo for the next guests. He TOTALLY owns his work and takes pride in making sure things are right and that is down to making sure the throw rugs are cleaned and not just turned over! He personally oversees all cleans which is a welcome change – no farming it out to whomever. (The last cleaning company was a disaster and I even had to refund money to a tenant and she would not stop complaining about how messy the job was – and that company did not care at all) There is nothing that provides more peace of mind than having someone who cares about their work. He has great comunication skills and answers via text promptly as soon as he receives communication from me.
