I am so disappointed that I paid money and then tipped a very large tip for a move out clean that didn't take place. I just received photos of my home and the lack of cleaning that took place. This review is long overdue and baybay let me tell YOU! I hired Miss Janice in October 2019 to clean a house I had just moved into with four children. The former owners did not clean the house, they did a sweep and sway. They hadn't even cleaned out all their kitchen drawers of actual items. The ovens had not been cleaned and the house just needed a total deep clean. So I looked up and read every service on Yelp. I messaged a few, including Miss Janice. My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that!
So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work.
Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status.
Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. I can't believe I'm actually writing a bad review here. I hired Janice for my mom's house after seeing her 5-star reviews on Yelp. Mom is post-op and can't keep up with cleaning as well as she'd like.
Janice is very nice and responds in a timely manner, but unfortunately those are the only positive comments that I have.
All we needed her to do was clean the bathrooms, thoroughly dust the furniture, and sweep and mop the main floor. To say that she does not pay attention to detail would be putting it kindly. My mom and I are very meticulous so I understand if it was just the details but she actually missed some of the big obvious things too. After she left, I actually had to go over everything she had done. I had to reclean the mirrors in the bathrooms, sweep and mop the bathrooms, wipe down the faucets which she completely forgot to clean, dust the furniture in the living room, and sweep the entire main floor again.
when I hired her I told her that if we were happy with her service we would have her come back monthly to help with the upkeep at Mom's house. Unfortunately she will not be coming back. And if the poor cleaning job was not bad enough, She actually had the audacity to tell my mother that she needed to remodel her bathroom.
I'm not happy about writing a poor review, but sadly, I am very disappointed.

Patty's Cleaning service was hired as a Christmas gift to my daughter. We discussed everything prior to the cleaning – number of bedrooms and baths, pets, children, use of chemicals, and she gave me an estimate for $250. She said there would be two people cleaning, herself and her daughter.
They showed up an hour early. There were three people (Patty, her daughter, and her niece) They began using chemical cleaners. My daughter stopped them as soon as she smelled it. My daughter gave them her organic cleaning solutions to work with.
After an hour and a half Patty said they were done and then realized she hadn't done the master bedroom and bath, so they came back in.
I was charged $400 (not $250) for what Patty considered a "deep cleaning". The baseboards, the blinds, shower doors, foyer floor and other floor areas were not cleaned. Needless to say we were so disappointed.
Our quest continues for a good cleaning service in the Pinehurst area.

Great Work!!! Olya and co-worker came early morning and never looked back. She went through the house, came up with a plan and went to work!!! Her co-worker was just as hard working, and together they were awesome.

I asked Olya if they come to the house to provide proper estimates to see what needs to be done and she told me no, they don't come to the house.
Since she said no, I asked her what that estimate included because it seemed a little high. Which I'm sure every client would like to know what services they are paying for.

My appointment was early morning (6:30am) for an empty 3 story townhome move out deep clean and the team showed up on time and called to check in. Hello folks. I scored major "adulting" points when I booked my first ever home cleaning recently. Usually, I have to clean up after myself. Yikes ahah. Anyway, I was scrolling through services one lazy Sunday afternoon and came across "We Clean 4 U!" As well as other companies. I chose this one for many reasons. I felt safer knowing this was a family company rather than some major company that employs "anybody." A smaller company, I feel, would take more pride as there's more to lose when you're small. Also book them because I was able to do a same day booking. I booked for them to come that same day with about 4 hours in advance. Also, the pricing was reasonable and not too egregious. The time I booked was moved up which was asked not forced. They had finished earlier and could come sooner for me so why not. They were communicating the whole way. I appreciate that.
At time of appointment, Tony? (I hope I'm right) came knocking and to get a glimpse of my tornado of an apartment. Asked what I needed, told me what the standard cleaning entailed, and I went for ice cream. Also was lovely that his wife was accompanying as I feel families just know best.
I wish I'd taken before photos. I do. I had papers ALL over the counter top, all over the dining table (I don't eat at), and just crap cluttered. I said oh lord what are they going to be able to clean if all surfaces are covered. Well well well! They organized it all for me. Even set up the kitchen appliances in a much better way than I had. I haven't moved them since. They know where things go ok. Clearly I don't and I live here. This was a surface clean but I think for just that, they did amazing.
The whole house smelled like super clean and disinfected when I returned. I have a 1BR/BA apartment so it took maybe 1.5 hours. I'm happy with the service.I know they don't (or maybe just my package) do bedding and what not. But hey, after feeling just lazy and down. They helped me so much that I didn't mind the laundry or making the bed. A load was lifted off of my shoulders. One day, I shall be back as a treat and I'll get a deep clean. With Covid-19 I was worried with having others in the home but when the team arrived they presented with gloves and masks already in place and they also wore shoe booties. I was so please let with the finished product and my house was just as fresh as when I first moved in. I will be using the services again. My first review for 2021 and it will not disappoint!!
I needed a deep clean to my house before I have it listed and asked around a few mom's groups. One girl suggested Anita so I decided to contact her. Anita was very professional, kind, and informative. She came by for a free quote and was pretty thorough. We scheduled something a few weeks out.
I had two ladies that came and they were both so sweet. They did an amazing job! Very attention to detail. They cleaned things I didn't think they were supposed to clean like my wine glasses, electric toothbrush base, and dog beds. Anita said it won't be 100% perfect and if there was anything I thought they missed then she would bring them back to clean it but I didn't need for them to do that. They cleaned top to bottom and right to left. I paid extra for them to clean the inside of my oven. I was so pleased with their work and very appreciative of both girls and Anita.
If I wasn't moving I would ask them to come clean on a regular schedule but I have been letting others know how well they did! I highly recommend them!

Unimpressive and more of a hassle than a convenience (which is what I look for in a cleaning service). Late to arrive for quote, and made me miss the first 30 minutes of a dinner (clearly communicated that I had to leave the house by 5p, and they showed up well after that). Proceeded to review the house and explained all of the things they would not do (e.g., won't touch dishes, will not provide their own cleaning supplies, will not bring their own vacuum), and to make several requests (ask that I move certain items before they come, etc… again.. big hassle). They ended up texting me a few follow ups and, one week later, have yet to provide a quote.
Look elsewhere if you are looking for convenience and professionalism.

Beware of this cleaning company!! They will not be on time, and demand up front money for a "service" they do not end up performing. They "quickly moved their funds" so venmo could not refund for their scam. They told the BBB they told me they "can not get the house clean in one visit" What is the point of the move out clean if they can not get a house clean? I would of never hired this company if I knew that up front. I am trying to save someone else the drama that I went through with this unprofessional "company" oh and they offered a $20 refund after admitting to "forgetting areas" and making marks on the rug.

A different cleaning service had left me in a bind, and Anita's Cleaning was a life saver! Anita came in-person to look at the place and give an estimate for the work. After getting the estimate, I had gone with another cleaning company because they were cheaper. However, I guess the old saying holds true – "you get what you pay for." The other cheaper cleaning company didn't show up twice, and our renter was supposed to move in on the original cleaning date. After the other cleaning company didn't show up the second time, I reached out to Anita's Cleaning to see if they could squeeze us in that same day. Anita was already booked, but she talked to her folks, and she had several ladies who would be willing to do a late-day cleaning. She really saved the day! This team is fantastic. We are moving a few miles away and had them clean for showing our home – GREAT job.
Then we moved everything out. We thought – hey we can do that last sweep! Then we realized how hard the move is, including unpacking. Then the dirty secrets under and behind heavy furniture and appliances came to light. The random trash we didn't expect to pile up and the moving company's mess made us realize there's no way we could do our own final cleaning.
I called Fiv5 Star on Friday night on the July 4 weekend. I got a response on Saturday the 3rd and the 2-person crew is here right now – Monday afternoon – July 5 – a federal holiday.

I used this company for a move in clean (deep clean). It was not done to my satisfaction. I chose not to continue any services with them. There were areas that were easily accessible and left unclean that I had discussed in detail with them. In addition, they were very late to the appointment, which delayed me for another engagement.
They are very polite. Jamily did adjust the price once I sent her many pictures of the unclean areas. I would have preferred a clean home though.
Recommendations–Contact references yourself, and do not accept written statements. Verify certificate of insurance, especially if the copy you're shown is clearly expired.

I recently moved into a new home and hired Fiv5 Star Cleaning for a deep clean. To start the process of booking was incredibly easy. The owner was incredibly reponsive and gave me a very reasonable quote. Then the morning of my cleaning was finally here. Dolores and Luz arrived on time. We started with a walk through of my home to discuss my biggest concerns, which I loved because it made me feel like they were committed to doing an excellent job. Then they started the cleaning. The attention to detail and cleaning could not have been more spot on. They cleaned very corner of my home. They wiped down the baseboards, washed the inside and outside of every window, removed everything from the fridge and washed all of the shelves by hand, just to name a few things. This is the cleanest my home will ever be. I am grateful for how excellent of a job they did, they made me feel confident of moving my family into the home and it being completely clean. I would recommend this company, and especially Dolores and Luz to anyone. They will not disappoint.

Quick response, easy to schedule. I had them come and clean my house once, everything was great so I decided to have them come a second time. Me and my husband just moved so I needed some help with organizing clothing. An extra $100 but totally worth it in my mind.
The clothes were folded extremely messy, and not put away correctly. I could have done a better job myself and saved the extra money. The dishes that I cleaned were not put away, and there was a lot of inconsistencies.
I reached out to the manager and she was very apologetic and asked if they could come fix it but my husband didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I started using this service back in Feb. 2021 everything started off with no problems. Then in April they accused me of not paying for a service that I didn't have. They canceled a service due to staff being ill but didn't check before saying I didn't pay. Then in May, their staff didn't fully clean the floors in the kitchen, living room and dining area. Then in June, their staff took something from my house. I noticed it missing about 8 hours after they left. When I informed them it was missing, they said the staff person accidentally took it and they would get it back to me. The following day, I had to contact them twice to get my item. Each time, I contacted them, they responded as if I was bothering them. They said "if this happens again, we will return it right away." The staff person returned the item almost a full 24 hours later. When I answered the door, she just handed me the item and walked away. Not "I'm sorry" or anything. Their response to a staff person taking something was wrong. This shouldn't happen in the first place. Then to make excuses as to why it wasn't returned ASAP was wrong too. I'm no longer using their services. I've used other housekeeping services in the past and have never experienced something being taken from my home.

This company was hired a detailed cleaning service with no reorganizing needed. Some of the cleaning had to be redone by the manager on the day after services were rendered. Ie baseboards. vents, interior of my frig, top of my ceiling fan, the ceiling Corners where dust or webs were noticed.
To add on to the repeat of cleaning, which I appreciate being done since my services were not completely done I noticed my food being eaten and some of my things missing ie my kids juice boxes(12pk), snacks opened and hidden as if it was never opened, chips and salsa eaten, and my stepping stool now missing (which I saw the maids with when I stopped by prior to my son's game to pick up the team snack I had laid out. Please be aware as I do not know if there is any additional items missing from my home. Pictures were taken and provided to the account manager who sent the manager out to rectify the issue of items that were not cleaned and to hear about my missing or use of personal items. I never received a formal apology from the person I had been in contact throughout my service setup after the incident was reported.
