Silvana was really responsive and quick to schedule an appointment for a deep clean of our apartment, which eventually came out to $240 before tip. She and her team arrived right on time and were respectful about wearing masks, taking off snowy shoes, etc. I carefully told Silvana what we wanted done–the oven, baseboards, and blinds, which had a thick layer of grime left by the previous tenants, in addition to the standard stuff of polishing up the bathroom, mopping and sweeping the floors, and vacuuming a couple rugs in our 800 square foot apartment.

After 2 hours, Silvana called to say they were done; we came home and settled up. They did a very thorough job on our oven, a decent job cleaning off the baseboards, but seemingly barely touched the blinds (the only way we know they touched them at all is that one of them is now slightly cracked).

We have had to do the blinds ourselves, and have realized each window takes about 30 minutes; there are 9 windows in our place, clearly not doable in just 2 hours. In the end, this was pretty steep for what we actually got: a basic clean, plus the oven, not anywhere close to the "deep clean" we had asked for.

Silvana and her team did an amazing job!! I was so impressed. She responded quickly to my inquiry on Yelp and was able to come clean the apartment in a matter of days. She and her team did a great job in the apartment and it looks beautiful. They were in and out in about 2 hours. The fridge and oven look brand new and our floors are gleaming. Silvana and her crew were excellent. They came to clean our apartment after we moved out.

They showed up on time, masked and were ready to get to work. They quickly brought up all the supplies they'd need, and had me show them what needed to be done. They asked questions about certain items to ensure they didn't do any unnecessary work (some appliances were being replaced).

They worked very quickly and it took much less time than expected. I think the whole 900 sqft apartment was cleaned within 2hrs. When they were finished they called me so I could come back and check their work. Everything was spotless, every corner was dusted, blinds cleaned, fan blades wiped down – it was a very thorough cleaning.

At the end, Silvana charged me the price I was quoted; I appreciated that she was honest about pricing and rates.

Silvana's team did a phenomenally job in cleaning my apartment. She assigned two cleaners to make sure everything was cleaned. We paid them an extra $30 for cleaning the oven. Overall disappointed. Requested a deep cleaning for my 2bed/2bath apartment. It seemed very rushed and the job wasn't finished. Tried to walk the team of 3 through the house when they came to show specific things I wanted done and was brushed off. They missed several things that were described as part of the estimate including windows, light fixtures, and several things in the kitchen. They did come back to fix a few things in the kitchen after I called to express my disappointment so at least there's that.

They also forgot to clean the inside of the fridge (an extra $30 charge) which was not a big deal, but I had to fight to get the full $30 back (they tried paying back only $20 at first). A more assertive person would have asked for the original tip back too.

I wouldn't count this as a thorough or deep cleaning at all. All this experience did was add frustration and stress to my day. Won't be using them again.

Silvana's team came within a few days of my request. They did a thorough deep clean and when they were done, the place felt like it was sparkling. Wow. I'm in awe of how spotless my apartment is! It had been maybe five or six years since the apartment was last professionally cleaned… you can imagine how disgusting some places were. I never write reviews on Yelp, but need to for this. I have been meaning to find a regular cleaning service, but just didn't find time. So when a family member was coming to stay with us and I didn't have time to clean, I searched on Yelp for someone who could squeeze me in the next day. Not only was she responsive, flexible, kind, and accommodating, she ended up squeezing me in such that they were still cleaning my place at 6pm! It was dark outside when I got there and I thanked her and her team and was just glad the place was clean. In the morning, I woke up to make myself coffee and gasped. With the sun of the morning I was able to see how clean everything was! My espresso machine was more clean than when I bought it. My toaster was spotless. My toaster. If I coul d give 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, everything with Flying Prince was a breeze. Raul was a dream to work with for coordinating, scheduling and explaining the team's services. I even had to reschedule a few times and it was no issue. I hired FP for a thorough house cleaning (about 2500 square feet), including the fridge – in 3.5 hours I was absolutely blown away with what the three team members accomplished. They literally cleaned the coffee pot and soap dishes?! Every "I" was dotted and "t" crossed. The women who came to our house were incredibly polite, worked efficiently and deserve every bit of praise I can give. My daughter even had to nap during their work and they were so respectful with where to start and finish in the house/noise.

I knew going in what the rate would be (and they charge on the quarter hour, which is so nice) and they stuck to the estimate. From a covid perspective, the team wore masks the entire time they worked, as did Raul when we did our run through at the beginning of the day. I already gave their info to two local friends and I wouldn't hesitate to call FP again. I've been very let down in the past by cleaners so I didn't have my hopes too high, but WOW was I happy with FP! Definitely the cleaners to call!

I contacted Flying Prince for pre-move-in cleaning for a 2 unit building. Due to a miscommunication with one of the tenants, on the day they were scheduled to arrive, they couldn't access the 2nd unit, turning this big job into a much littler job. Even though it wasn't what was expected, the team was incredibly professional and polite. They did an amazing job cleaning the other unit! I wanted a long-overdue deep cleaning for my house, so I looked on Yelp for local, reliable cleaning services. Flying Prince had stellar reviews, so I contacted them after careful review of their website to make sure they met my needs. It was our first time hiring a cleaning service and wanted to be present to make sure things went smoothly and to corral our cats. During a pandemic, I was a little worried about being present. Raul responded and assuaged my fears about COVID, stating that all cleaners are fully masked and vaccinated. Their website also had a detailed section about COVID procedures. They were available when we wanted the cleaning done at a reasonable rate. Raul brought along 3 cleaners, and he had us walk through the house with him and the cleaners to ensure everyone knew the work to be done. The cleaners worked their butts off and made sure to scrub our baseboards and windows, which sorely needed cleaning, to a white shine. They followed our directions to a T and were also excellent at working with us to make sure our cats stayed out of the way and safe. They kept their masks on the whole time, which was really important to me. They finished within the provided estimated time and I was billed by the quarter hour as opposed to having to pay for another full or half hour. We used PQ Cleaning & Organizing when we first moved into our house. They cleaned the floors (which were soon muddied again by the movers), baseboards, bathrooms, cabinets, fridge and basement. It was nice to not have to not have to worry about those things during an already hectic time. The people who came (Lucy, who is one of the owners, and Mabel) were considerate and polite. I immediately felt at ease with them.

Months later, I reached out to them again for regular cleaning. I have now had weekly cleaning for a few months and they are saving me SO MUCH time. Mabel always comes, but sometimes her partner changes. I trust anyone who comes to be thorough, responsive and quiet.

They have nervously told me about things that they thought were problems. For example, a bathroom sink was cracked (not their fault), but they pointed it out to me anyway. Another time, they got some vinegar-based cleaning liquid on a cushion. It was all laughable, and I had to reassure them that everything was good, but I also noted that I could trust them 100% to tell me about any problems.

When they first started, they cleaned the floors one way. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't how I liked it. I showed them how I wanted the floors cleaned and provided my own floor steamer and cleaner and now they do it the way I like every single time. I couldn't be happier!

I am especially delighted to be able to text one of the owners (Hector, Lucy's nephew) about scheduling and payment questions. Sometimes I also text the cleaning people directly. It is so nice that they are accessible like that.

One thing that is confusing is their payments and receipts. They don't always charge my credit card right away. Sometimes they wait a week. And they always seem to send two email receipts which gives me anxiety. Two receipts makes me think that I've been charged twice when really they only charged me once. Anyway, the irregularity of the charges and the double receipts is something that I wish were different.

I really appreciate PQ and they definitely have a loyal client in me. I think that they're amazing and the sort of company that I can 100% recommend.

Oh boy did this team have their work cut out for them! We moved into our house three years ago and while we should have done a deep clean right when we moved in, we did not. The place was dusty as could be. Didn't look like the floors had been mopped since the house was built back in the 60's. And of course I hesitated booking an appointment to have someone come clean because I think many of us fall into the trap of feeling we have to clean before the cleaning crew shows up.

The PQ team came in and tackled this job with ease! Mopped floors, dusted like champs, and best of all, cleaned out the 50 years of collected crud that you always see collecting in the window sills!

The two ladies who came this morning for a 3 hr deep cleaning did a phenomenal job! We just moved into a college apartment, and the place was quite a mess. Antonio was so reassuring during our phone conversation. I was moving from a condo I lived in for 37 years and leaving so many memories was sad but the work of cleaning it up after emptying the place hung over my head.

His crew of 3 transformed cobwebs, dust bunnies, dirt on doors, carpets, floors and baseboards to a spotless living environment. The kitchen and bathrooms were transformed. I wish I had taken pictures BEFORE my crew came, but I have left 11 photos of the results of their beautiful work. My broker was totally amazed, and after 4 hours of open house, she received many comments on the cleanliness of the condo. We gave this company several tries to get it right and they just couldn't get it done. We hired them for a deep cleaning for move in with a flat rate of $300. According to the website and confirmed with the owner, this cleaning is top to bottom with every corner, drawer, window etc. Our house was empty when they did this first cleaning so it should have been pretty straightforward. They missed just about every corner, there were still cobwebs, dirty windows and drawers, the baseboards weren't cleaned, walls weren't dusted (pics) as promised. They skipped 1 room all together. This first cleaning had a crew of about 3-4 people, all of which were not wearing a mask. When we brought up all these concerns they returned 1 month later to clean everything again. This time was a little better but still didn't dust everything and skipped the mudroom which was filthy. Both times they forgot to bring a tool to dust off the walls as promised. They're going to come back for a 3rd time just for that but we gave up and will do it ourselves.

We just got a standard first time cleaning & they did a better, & more affordable, job compared to that of other well-known companies. Cons: we had to wait 45 mins past the scheduled time
The cleaning was terrible we requested move in service but all they did was vaccum the floor
Refrigerator was not touched, when we asked they sprayed the cleaning solution but didnt wipe it down fully
Oven was left dirty, when we showed the oven they simply blamed each other

When we complained to Antonio about the service he promised to send the cleaners back but never came. Our texts went unanswered. We waited for call or any kind of information but never happened. We lost 250$ for vacuuming the floor.

Team Salvador at Shamrock Cleaners is the best. This crew has done 3 deep-cleans for us. First was to clean for our open house. They cleaned the kitchen appliances and bathroom so well that everything looked astonishingly brand new. And our heavily travelled living room area rug has never looked this clean since we bought it several years ago. Salvador cleaned the same home once we sold it and we needed to have it cleaned before closing. I knew I could rely on them even though we didn't live there anymore and couldn't meet them at the door. They also deep cleaned our new home which was offensively dusty and filthy. The manager was completely understanding when we had to postpone a cleaning at the last minute. The team was also very sweet and understanding during their first cleaning when we had to linger during the cleaning so my daughter could finish an online class. I wish I read these reviews prior to my landlord telling me he had booked them for a move out deep clean.

My landlord booked this cleaning company to do a deep clean in early June. I took time out of my day to let them in so they could get the job as my landlord lives out of town. They showed up in the late afternoon on a friday (around 5pm) and I was surprised to see only 2 people were going to do the job as it needed a lot of cleaning. They told me two other people were joining so there would be 4 total. The two other people never showed up so there were only two of them.

I left for a bit to run a few errands and not be in their way and I came back and they were gone. The apartment was filthy. I took pictures and called Antonio who said he'd send them back. The same people came back and it was a bit better when they left but I still had my own cleaning people come prior to move in because they did such a poor job. It was nice that Antonio had them come back however he never even called or followed up to see if the job was done well.

You would think that a company would take a move-in/move out deep cleaning as an opportunity to get a potential long-term client. Shamrock cleaning does not do this. They do the quickest work possible and cleaning is not their specialty. I could never recommend them for cleaning services.

Its been over a month and i'm still so upset by the services they provided that I feel it is my duty to warn others of this terrible experience.

We were looking for a regular cleaning service, and so asked M&M to do their first-time cleaning. We were actually out of town at the time, and they were very good about staying in touch with us. A couple of things happened that led us to not ask them back though. For some reason, they tried to clean a painting, which took paint off basically ruining it. They also used a mixture of baking soda and vinegar which, besides being basically useless as a cleaning agent, also left a residue that clogged our gas range burners. My guess is that M&M is just starting out, still working out some kinks, and could fix the problems we experienced.

Sisters cleaning is fantastic. I've been using them for about two months and I can honestly say they are fantastic. They came one day to my house and look at the place, asked me what I wanted to have cleaned and gave me an estimate for my deep cleaning and then for my bi-monthly cleaning.

I had moved in and my landlord hadn't really cleaned the house much but I tried to clean it as much as I could. Wow, the place looked so good with all the cleaning the ladies did, looked like a totally different place. Now my cleaner, Eliziane, comes twice a month and makes my apartment feel super clean and fresh. The value is fantastic and they are super responsive.

I searched through reviews, talked with several businesses, received several varying estimates and I am so grateful I took the time to do this- as We had the best experience with choosing sisters family cleaning- immediately responsive with estimate, scheduled a walk thru our home as soon as we were ready to give us a quote, they came, extremely fair- as well as including all the details on what their services were and answering all my questions. They scheduled with us to accommodate us with our baby's schedule, as well as my need to work from home. Our cleaner showed up on time and did an incredible job, extremely polite and although spoke primarily Spanish, made it a point to have her phone out for translate, as well as graciously receive my limited Spanish speaking abilities! First and Foremost let me say off the rip, if I could give them 10 stars I would! No joke. I called and the sisters (Glayde & Selda) came out looked over my place and gave me a very good/fair price for bi-weekly cleaning but the initial cleaning would be a deep cleaning. They said they'd send a husband and wife then. I was a tad bit apprehensive because I once had a husband and wife team come before and they hubby did a lousy job. However, I said, that was him this is someone new. Let me tell you this husband and wife team are phenomenal!!! They showed up on time and got right to work. They did a deep cleaning of my house like no other! No really, in the past, I've had 2 maybe 3 different companies come out and "claimed" to have done a deep cleaning but after what they did today those other people didn't come close! Valquir & Davi REALLY DEEP CELANED my house!!! They did my freezer/fridge when I thought it only included the fridge. They made my oven and glass stovetop like new. They spent many many hours cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. They have my home sparkling!!I am beyond satisfied and I'm very anal about stuff buy they EXCEEDED my expectations!!! I highly recommend them. Just go ahead and hire them and you wont regret it!…Did I say that they were very thorough? Very professional and considerate (I work from home). Amanda was amazing!

We signed up for a deep clean and she did just that. She took her time and cleaned our entire house… blinds, windows, kitchen, kitchen appliances, bathroom, shower!!, under the bed and dressers. We have a cat who is a messy eater and she even cleaned that area. She cleaned everything!

Our apt has never been so clean. In order to maintain this we will be setting up monthly cleanings going forward. They are very reasonably priced and they even came to Southie!

These ladies know how to clean! Every nook and cranny in my new apartment is sparkling. Paula was VERY thorough. She scrubbed and cleaned areas that probably hadn't been touched in years. She ever used a step stool to make sure she could reach all of the eves and corners of the rooms. They lifted carpets to vacuum and wash underneath them. The day before Thanksgiving we had a different cleaning company no call/no show and leave us in a bind. We found Dimas' company here on Yelp and within moments of our inquiry they replied with availability and rates. They were able to come same day, just a few hours later! Dimas and his partner arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule to get a lay of the land and got started promptly at 1. For a two hour clean they got right to work and finished exactly at 3PM. I was shocked at how efficiently they worked.
We were so impressed with the job they did and even the small touches like making our tissue box look like a little flower and making even the toilet paper look cute.
We plan to book them again soon and often!

Holy crow! My kitchen has NEVER looked as clean as it did after the ladies deep cleaned it. There is no hyperbole here — even after I bought the place the kitchen has never been this clean. Frankly, I didn't know my kitchen could look the way it did. Every detail was hit: the fan was wiped down, the cabinets (interior and exterior) were scrubbed, my oven looks like it's brand new, and the fridge/freezer was deep cleaned. I am awe-struck. They've broken about a dozen of my things, and only one did they ever admit to and offer to replace: a hand mirror. Took them about two months to replace it; I had bought another one by that point. They've also broken stuff off the walls, destroyed electronics by soaking them, computer cords by presumably either yanking them or vacuuming them. They put away clean dishes completely at random, like they drop all the utensils in all the compartments, and bakeware will be missing for weeks until I realize it's in a random storage cabinet I never use in the other room. It's always stressful when they come because I never know what will be broken or annoyingly misplaced when I get home.

On the bright side, they show up reliably on the day they are meant to, and have never stolen anything, never left the door unlocked, and never let the cat escape.

I've been using Christy and her team since 2012. She and her team are reliable and do a great job. I love coming home on the days she cleans because the second you open the door you can smell the cleanliness (which is probably the scent of or floor cleaner, but still, it's awesome).

We have Christy come every two weeks and she has a key. She also uses most of her own supplies, but texts me if I'm running low on something specific to my house. She does often come at a different time (we're gone from 9-5 at work), but if I know I'll be home early and text her the day before she's very accommodating to work around my schedule. When I was home on maternity leave she was so good about working with our (lack of) schedule – and even brought us a baby gift.

Christy's truly a great find. Her prices are fair and she is kind and easy to work with. She responds promptly to texts, which is our preferred communication method. I'm happy to recommend her – and frequently do!!!

I was looking to deep clean my apartment this fall after renewing my apartment lease and decided to check Yelp for locally-recommended cleaning services. After contacting a number of different companies, I found Christy's to be the most responsive and easy to schedule.

Christy and her team were able to come to my apartment within a few days of our email exchange and she took a look around the apartment and provided a reasonable quote for the cleaning. I left them to do their work and upon returning I was extremely impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned and organized my apartment! My place was in the best shape I have ever seen it and she and her team also took the time to organize and arrange things on shelves, tables, etc. for a nicer appearance and better overall efficiency.

Although I wasn't initially planning on continual cleanings, she offered an affordable rate for bi-weekly visits thereafter and I have been a customer ever since!

I was very pleased with the service. I desperately needed a deep cleaning for my apartment and the ladies did a good job. The cleaning was fast yet efficient and was done on a weekend day which was super helpful to fit with my schedule. It took them about 90 minutes or so to do a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The one con was that they were a bit late getting to my apartment from the time originally stated. They did let me know though, when they were about 10 minutes away which was nice.

Christy is great!

I have her come to my house twice a month — but wish it was every week! She and one partner are very professional and show up on-time as promised (or if she can't make it, she will call to re-scheduled etc). They do a fantastic job of cleaning my 3 bed room apt!

At first, she did one big deep-clean and now maintains the place with weekly visits. I totally trust her, they are in and out in 90min or so — the place always looks great. She really pays an attention to the details!

I'm very happy with Christy, and I will address some of her negative feedback.
First off, I think I'm the ideal client for her. Why?, because I leave for work at 7 am, I get home at 6-7, and I'm happy to give her a key (i met her the first time she came). This allows her to clean on the appointed day at a time that works for her and her team. I don't care what time she comes, as long as the job is done and done well (which it is). According to my neighbors who work from home, she comes at a different time every two weeks.

Now, for the people who want to hire her to clean every three weeks… I don't think they get what a cleaning service does. They come in the first time, and they really bust their asses, and don't get paid well for it. They work really hard for 3,4,5 hours, whatever it takes to get the place really clean (they even scrubbed out my fridge which was pretty gross). The reason they want to come back every two weeks is so it doesn't take as long, there is a certain level of cleanliness which is maintained, and she can charge a much more reasonable rate. It is more efficient for her, and for you. And frankly, do you really want your place to get all gnarled up during that third week? I can totally understand why she charged someone more to clean every three weeks. I bet that place was filthy. We all have had that thought… should I clean the bathroom?… nahhh, the cleaners will be here in a few days… and what am I paying them for?!

And finally, she always texts me the day before she is coming… which reminds me to do a little tidying (she doesn't know where my clutter goes), and to leave money out for her.

Things soon grew difficult, however, largely because she would wait over 3 days before responding to her voice mail. The last straw was when she suddenly raised her prices without giving any explanation. The cleanings themselves were good quality but the overall experience was decidedly mixed. Avoid the headache and look for a more consistently professional service.
