Do not use this cleaning company as they have exhibited unprofessional behaviour and have very poor customer service.

I called this company and booked an end of tenancy clean on the 26th of July 2018 at 10:00AM and they quoted me £255 with carpet clean. I called on the 25th of July to confirm the booking and explained that the flat is furnished and there will be boxes in the flat and whoever I spoke to said that would be fine and confirmed that someone would be coming to the property at 10:00AM on the 26th of July.

On the 26th of July, one of their employees arrived at the flat was buzzed in, shown where to park, came into the flat, had a brief look around the flat and said he was going to get a drink and would return. At 10: 23 AM I received a text message from the company stating:
"Hello
Due to the problems with access and parking we well not return to do your work apologies
Regards
Luxx clean"

My flat mate and I called to clarify the reason and I was told the boss had texted and would be put on speakerphone to speak to him directly but the line disconnected. My flatmate managed to get hold of them and was told that the flat was in a diabolical state and the sent cleaner left without saying this because he probably wanted to avoid confrontation. We found this excuse dishonest and the further management of the issue by the company was extremely unprofessional.

Especially since they claim: They do deep cleans and "we clean your home from top to bottom with outstanding results", in addition to having no small print stating that this is subject to the original state of the flat,
We would not have been offended if he politely explained that the flat was too dirty to get to a standard where we would get our full deposit back or said he would be unable to clean the flat rather than lie about getting a drink and leaving. For a company who claims "We take stress out of cleaning" and "Let us clean to make your life easier." They have made our life more stressful as we have had to organise an alternative cleaning company to come and clean the flat and have had to change our weekend plans to accommodate for this change.
