They mentioned that normally they follow up on the cleaning and if anything was missed they will come back out and make sure everything is taken care of. Since I had already done the final bit of cleaning myself, they offered to credit me back some of the cleaning fee. I really appreciated their desire to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. I recently used custom maid cleaning for a move out cleaning. For the most part I was happy with the experience.
The scheduling and quote process was very easy. They came out to my house for a couple minutes, looked around at what needed to be done, and sent me a quote later that day. They had flexible scheduling which I also appreciated, seeing as how I had called a different cleaning service two weeks out of the cleaning date and was told they were all booked up. Custom Maid fit me in on my preferred day, and even said they would come on the weekend if needed.
A team of 3 came the day of the scheduled cleaning. They were about an hour early and I still hadnt cleared everything out yet, but they were able to work around it. They were quick and efficient and finished cleaning the 1100 square foot place in about an hour and a half. Overall I would rate their cleaning job a 'B'. There were still some nooks and crannies of the fridge I had to finish cleaning (they didn't pull the drawer unit out and there was a bunch of crumbs that had fallen back there that needed some seriously cleaning) and they also didn't vacuum along the very edges of the carpet using an attachment, so I also had to go back through and take care of that. But other than those two items everything else looked great and it saved me a lot of time and back breaking work.

Just got off the phone with someone at the company. They are very nice and offered to make everything right. I consider them a very good company, just a few little glitches. I would suggest if you use them just make sure you're happy before they leave or contact the front office.
I was looking for a company to clean my elderly parents home- as a one time cleaning. They have a hard time with more than just daily upkeep. The quote process was easy and efficient. I did not like that the cleaners came two and a half hours early. I was in the middle of work, and they randomly showed up. Why get an appointment time if you are coming that much earlier? They spent 50 minutes cleaning an 1100 sq ft home. The floors looked great- the bathroom not so much. They did not clean the lights around the mirror in the bathroom or around the toilet. Did not clean the vanity. When they cleaned the top of the dresser, I was told they couldn't remember how things went, so they just piled everything back on the top of the dresser. The cleaners were very nice, but if you finished 45 minutes sooner than the estimate, maybe you could have slowed down and done a bit better job. There was a follow up call to see how the cleaning went, and I said it was ok. I just did not feel it was worth getting into for a one time cleaning. I would say they are ok, but not great. Price was reasonable.

Professional, quick response. Im out of state and needed to find someone to clean house for my friend who had a death in the family and was hosting Thanksgiving. Custom Maids were super easy to deal with over email/text. I didn't have any house details because I didn't want to bother my friend so I gave them the address and they looked it up themselves on Zillow in order to give me an estimate. You can pay by check or credit card which was easy to do. My friend said her house has never been so clean.

Huge disappointment. Seeing the good reviews on Yelp, I thought I'd give them a try. What a mistake! They paid no attention to detail. I specified a deep clean and received what I felt was a quick once over. I even went through and told them exactly what needed to be done and what was exoected. (This was done through video conference and might have cibtributed to the lack of understanding). So much was missed. Pointed out their shortcomings and they said they would come bake and make it right. Well, they came back and didn't make it right. Even after sending them pictures of what needed to be done, they still didn't do it! A waste if 250 bucks as I had to reclean myself! I wanted to give them 1 star, but bumped up to two because they did come back to try to make it right, but unfortunately failed miserably. I was very disappointed and would never hire again.

I live in Arizona and couldn't be there to oversee the process. She worked with me above and beyond what I would have expected. We needed to work out how they would get in the house, what they would do about the fridge filled with food, and how to handle the enormous amount of papers on every surface. We have been through a few cleaning services over the years–some very good, others not so much. We just had our second service with Custom Maid and both times I was blown away. They really take the time to do the job right. And the little "extras" are really special. For instance when they say they will make a bed, they don't just pull the covers up. With a toddler, two German Shepherds, another baby due in December and part-time journalism work on my plate, I don't always have time to get all the nooks and crannies. I was looking for a company that had all their paperwork in order (licensed, bonded, insured, background checks), that puts in a lot of elbow grease for the money, that is reliable, and offers top-notch service with a smile. Four girls showed up to blitz my house. The office called ahead of time to let me know they were running 15 minutes late but on their way, which I appreciated very much. They had to drive all the way to South Buffalo, so it was totally understandable. The crew was very friendly and personable; I enjoyed chatting with them while they were here. They took an interest in my life, which is a level of care you don't find with every company. I couldn't believe how spotless they got my tub, sink and stove! They cleaned areas like baseboards, window sills, light fixtures and appliance interiors that not every area cleaner is willing to do without charging extra.I plan to have a few of the girls come regularly so I can spend more time with my precious little ones instead of scrubbing.

Even in the rooms you spent extensive time, we had to sweep and get debris that were not easy to overlook. While you were pleasant in interactions, we had to clean a lot after giving you over $400 for the 12 hours you spent to clean our place prior to moving in. It's a lot of money for us and offering the $10 (which I still haven't received) doesn't cut it at all.

Samatha did a great job!!! We have a two year old toddler and the house definitely needed a deep cleaning. After speaking with her, I picked standard cleaning. She came with her own cleaning supplies and she tried to cover every single corner of the house. I never had someone clean for me, but I'd certainly recommend it especially with Samantha. The fact that she uses environmentally friendly materials was what made me use her over other cleaners. My scheduled time was pushed back till a Saturday, which I don't think she usually works on. That was fine with me, but may have put someone else off. For the folks unhappy with her, please bear in mind Samantha is human and doing this all on her own. She has a life also and there may be scheduling conflicts because another person's house too longer to clean. This tells me she is committed to doing the job well. We rescheduled quickly and my house took longer to clean than originally planned, too. She did such a great job and I felt a huge relief that it looked so nice for my family coming to stay with me for a week. I have no idea what she used to clean the glass on the inside of the shower, but it's been over a month and is still looking great. I will definitely hire her again.

Samantha did a great job on my rental condo when she was here in Phoenix. The place was a terrible mess when she came in, the renters left it in a very bad state, the walls were dirty and dusty, the floors were caked with dirt, you could barely see out the windows, and I really didn't think the bathroom and kitchen would turn out well because of the terrible toilet and sink stains as well as the entire kitchen. The whole place was in a sad state, really. When I returned a few hours later, I couldn't believe what a great job she had done, and she did the job for the agreed upon amount with a smile.

I've never had any cleaning services inside my home. The past few months has been strange, and my daughter insisted that we do a deep clean in the bathrooms. Okay, neither one of us has been up to it.
Daughter contacted this lovely woman. The price was right and the cleaning was done!
The bathrooms look fantastic! I have a Vikryl (sp) tub in one of mine. A Kohler product. It is some sort of composite material which is difficult to maintain. NEVER AGAIN!!! I shall stick to porcelain for any future tub remodels.
Getting back to the cleaning. On time. On top of all the cleaning that needed to be done. VERY PLEASED with my outcome. Hopefully I will not need assistance in the future but I do know who to contact if I do.

I hate to leave a bad review but I'm left here waiting for the company to show up and they said that my appointment was not confirmed and I did not pay the reservation fee. I made the appointment through Yelp and received a confirmation. The owner seemed very nice and said she likes to contact her clients personally to confirm the appointments. I received one message from her then never heard again until I asked if she was still coming today. I assumed because the appointment on Yelp said confirmed, they were coming. I recommended that they remove the appointment making feature on their Yelp page because now I am stuck in a pinch for this weekend. Was this a miscommunication? Was I forgotten about after making the appointment 2 weeks ago? I'm not sure… frustrating :/

The owner was very prompt in replying to all communication, arrived on time with another helper, and was at the house 4-1/2 hours. They did a very thorough job. Shantae scheduled me on short notice, showed up on time, gave me the estimate ahead of time, and was easy to communicate with. She removed an amazing amount of grime in my house but her products are so green, the house didn't smell at all of chemicals afterwards. She also left me an aromatherapy candle which was nice.
Even though I enjoyed the service and would definitely use her again, it wasn't perfect, so I feel like I have to give the whole story. They did break something while moving things around, although I know it was an innocent mistake. There were a few spots overlooked, but I also didn't see them when they invited me to do a walk-through at the end…I didn't notice until later. Also, although the price was probably fair for this big-clean, it was higher than all the other quotes by a lot. $230 for two bedrooms, living, dining, 1 1/2 baths and kitchen. She did say the next time and 3rd time would each be cheaper.

I scheduled an appointment with ASA for an apartment cleaning through YELP. Ayesha called me almost immediately to work out the details which I thought was a good sign. I paid for the service upfront which I was hesitant about but I really needed the cleaning service. I was also told I would get an email explaining who would be coming to do the cleaning. I never got the email, but oh well, that did t bother me. The day of the service I get a call from Ayesha asking if the cleaners could show up early at 11:15 instead of 12:00. I said that was just fine. Well, the time they gave came and went and I receive a text message at 12:07 with the following message.
"ASA Janitorial Incorporated is working on getting you another cleaning technician, please be advised. A representative will be contacting you shortly. Thank you for your patience."
Ok, I understand things are hard right now. Everywhere is short staffed. I had some more time so I waited. The time was now 1:10 so I decided to give Ayesha a call. She would not answer the phone nor return my call. I tried 3 times with no answer. I waited until 2PM for them to show up or to get a call/text. I was forced to dispute the charges. I wouldn't be leaving this review if someone has just called and told me no one was available to clean. I wasted my time and I had to be on the road as I was moving several states away and had a schedule to keep. I will likely lose a large portion of my security deposit now. Really disappointing.

The owner, Ayesha is responsive and very nice to talk to. I was able to book after talking to her and she was super kind and did the first cleaning herself.

It's not really a big deal at all, but she sort of set the expectation that she would and it's been a few weeks now so I am not sure if she just forgot or what.
– she used one of our sponges to clean some things, also not a big deal, but it was our dish sponge and also said she would drop off some other sponges, but never did. Not a big deal, but I'm glad I noticed..! Wouldn't have been fun cleaning the dishes with that sponge after.
The second cleaning was AOK. Pretty good. I wasn't able to be there while the cleaner was cleaning and the scheduling was a little off (we scheduled for Thursday, but on Thursday it turned out the scheduling was recorded for Friday). No big deal and on Friday the cleaner showed up on time. It wasn't the owner who came, but someone else, which I didn't expect, but obviously makes sense.
She did a decent job, but some things were not ideal, i.e. when re-stacking shoe rack, some dirty shoes were placed on top of nicer shoes, etc. I expected a square card reader to be there so I could pay by credit card, but that detail was forgotten. However, despite the little things – overall, the job was decently done and the house felt clean and I felt less stressed and overwhelmed, which is always a plus.
Bottom line: I'm pleased with ASA and would like to continue using them biweekly. The price is reasonable and the cleaning is pretty good and the owner truly cares. I think she is just swamped with how fast her business is growing, which is wonderful and I hope she continues to see success and growth.

My relationship with this company was over before it started. I paid upfront for services, which I would normally never do. However, Ayesha I was highly recommended and her work online is great. Well I had to cancel my initial appointment with her and messaged her this past Saturday to reschedule. I never received a response.
On Monday I text her again and she said she saw my message from Sat. and will check the schedule and get back to me in a few moments. Never received a response back from her. It wasn't until today that she responded to me and that was after I requested a full refund immediately and the person who referred me messaged her as well.
I am very disappointed because this is not how you conduct business. A simple text to acknowledge me and explain why there was a delay in response, for example, I understand if you were with another client. However, I received no communication at all. When I did speak with her, the excuse was that she was busy.
That doesn't fly with me because she wasn't too busy to post her recent work online. As a new client this looks very unprofessional and shady. I did request a full refund and it is being processed. I really wanted to use her service but I don't feel as if I'm a valued customer so I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service is everything, especially when you are self-employed. A little communication would have gone a long way and my review would be a positive one.

I purchased a special for 4 people for 4 hours of deep cleaning. I spoke with the owner many times because she had to repeatedly change my appointment. I finally nailed down an appointment and even confirmed via text and email. No one showed up! No phone, no text or no email. The owner just made excuses. The next day 4 people were supposed to be here. One woman showed up! Owner said she was her best cleaner. I had prepared a veggie and fruit tray for the staff. One person finished 1/2 of my kitchen. The products she brought were from the dollar store and not even disinfecting products. Never, ever hire this company. Unbelievably unprofessional and inadequate.

At first, I had a great experience with this cleaning service the first couple times I used it. They really did a great job the first two times, I have no complaints .BUT the third time they sent a tech who literally did nothing in the house at all. I tipped because I always tip, but it was clear that the person didn't clean the house by even the amount of time before she called to tell me she was done cleaning. I contacted the owner immediately. In fairness, she responded immediately and explained that she had a lot of turnover in staff, and that the tech was new and still being trained. She offered to send another cleaning service out to clean for no charge and to credit me 50% back what I payed. Again, to be fair, this was very generous of her. At the time I received this message I was hosting about 50 family members in town – hence the need for the cleaning – and then had a family emergency, so I didn't get back for a few weeks. When I did I apologized and she said she understood and we agreed to the cleaning and the 50% credit back of what I paid for the cleaning that we never received. She, the owner, said she would be in touch to schedule. Two weeks passed, no response. I contacted her again and she said she would need to send me the credit with a money order, and I said ok. Then she came back and said she would need to credit me with PayPal and needed my information, I sent it right away. This whole time I am also waiting to schedule the free cleaning to make up for the one I never received. About a month has passed now and I have no received the credit nor the free cleaning. I have since found a new company that does an excellent job and that's who I'll be sticking with moving forward. I hate to say I can not recommend this business to anyone given my experiences, even with the first two cleanings being good. People pay for these kinds of services to make life convenient, and trying to coordinate with this company when they made an error they acknowledged themselves became a second job. I wish them very well in their business but would suggest people go elsewhere. In hindsight, even having people pay upfront before they get to see the work is suspect. I've used cleaning services for years and have never seen such a practice with any other company I've used ever. —UPDATE (12/11/19): Still haven't received that 50% refund ASA Janitorial Services promised to me in email months ago and then again here on Yelp. And I'm not interested in the two more free cleanings when you've yet to give me the one I was owed form my initial complaint. This is called a stunt. Again, avoid, avoid, avoid. Just because someone says they do "exceptional customer service," doesn't it make it so. You have to actually do it. It's a verb; take action. No one can believe what you say when they see what you do.

The representatives called prior to arrival, introduced themselves and did nothing short of an AMAZING JOB!
Very soft spoken gentlemen, Ben & Zach, polite, friendly and before leaving asked if everything was done to our expectations and it certainly exceeded them.

We had Chem Dry here for our badly stained wall to wall carpeting in our family room. They said since they were so badly stained they had to use a special formula to remove the stains. And that would cost extra. We paid over $500.
The one guy, who seemed to be in charge, said if any stains came back to just call the company & they would come back out & retreat. Well, we did call when a set of stains reappeared. And the company said there's nothing they can do!
The guys that came out were great. The carpet looked brand new when they left.
But the company does not stand by their work!
I would NOT use them again. Nor would I recommend this company.

Fantastic carpet cleaning service. Lots of options with some options for low chemical use. Our technician was able to remove some stubborn stains and was extremely communicative throughout the service before using harsher chemicals. The price was quoted on the phone and again before the service started. In addition to 4 bedrooms and a hallway we also had to 8×10 area rugs cleaned. I am furious ! I hired Chem Dry because they are one of the only places that clean delicate fabrics and dont use water and steam clean . I specifically asked them several times if the people coming into our home would wear a mask ! They told me;, "Oh yes , they wear them the whole time , for your safety and there's!" So I hired them. Fabulous experience with this company. My family member made an appointment in advance and was super easy scheduling. The two employees made it to my family member's house punctually even on a very snowy day. They cleaned the carpet of three bedrooms and living room in just about an hour. Could not believe how fast and efficient they were! I wish I took pictures before. There were two massive black stains on a cream colored carpet and you honestly can't tell they were ever there (they wouldn't come out when using a DIY home carpet cleaner). There was a disgusting leftover cigar smoke and for $69 they completely eliminated the nasty odor. Totally worth the extra money. Total was a bit over $300 and I promise you it's worth the money and efficiency. The guys are so friendly and kind. Follow the advice of staying out of the house for 6-8 hours afterward. The cleaning product odor is a bit strong for sensitive noses.

My husband and I keep chickens. What you don't realize when you decide to keep chickens is that the best way to start them is as chicks. It's much cheaper that way when you can get them for a few dollars a chick. And in Buffalo, that means you have to raise them indoors while its still chilly out. The trouble is, then you have a dozen baby chicks becoming chickens in your house. And teenage chickens – like teenage humans- sometimes bust out of the coop and misbehave a bit.

When we called the team at Carpet Care, we had an entire room of our house that smelled like a farmhouse. The carpet that had been there since we moved in had never been a lovely number, but covered in the leavings of a few teen-chickens, it was filling the smell of the upstairs of our house. The chickens had gone out to the coop outdoors, but their was no amount of cleaning that was going to handle the mess.
We called the team at Carpet Care after seeing them on Facebook. We wanted to support a local business and I am so glad we did. The technician showed up exactly on time and was so gracious when he was the hack job we'd done attempting to clean up the mess of a dozen angry birds. We were so embarrassed that I'd almost been afraid to call, but the gentleman who helped us was absolutely dear and never judgmental. He plodded away until the carpet looked nearly un-chickened and the room smelled surprisingly fresh. And then, he took a picture holding a chicken for the first time in my backyard, which was very adorable.
There are probably quite a few options for carpet care out there- but I'd go with the team at Carpet Care Services every time. We found them to be prompt, responsible, kind, and communicative. As pet owners who do odd things like keep chickens in their guest room for a few weeks, (I swear this is totally protocol in cold climates!) we felt so grateful for the non-judgmental, hard working technician who assisted us.

The customer service at Carpet Care Services is top notch! From the ease of scheduling all the way through the follow up call, they're on top of it. I once emailed Donna late at night because my toddler son had taken a permanent marker to our rugs. They were soon on the scene and did such a great job, it's not at all visible. Carpet Care Services is THE BEST carpet cleaning service we have EVER had. Once you have this professional company, you will never have one of the discounted services. We had given up on the other services and bought my own carpet steamer which I used about 5X/yr.

I called to have them clean my elderly mom's living room rug. They quoted 3 rooms for $129. I stated it's a small house one room and two area rugs for about 250 square feet of carpeting to be cleaned (I measured). When their employee Ben arrives, he starts quoting me over the phone it is $341. WhenI commented that wasn't what I was quoted, Ben started raising his voice telling me I'm not there and I don't know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save the hassle and use another company.

We have had Carpet Care Services to our home on 4 or 5 occasions and each time the service level was in line with this high rating. The technicians have been incredibly courteous, skilled and accomodating. I am prompted to write this also because they steam cleaned the ceramic tile in our kitchen this week. The guy we bought the house from never sealed it and the grout has gotten quite dirty over the years. It now sparkles and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price, it saved me lots of tedious, back breaking work doing it myself the old fashioned way.

I was very happy with the service from Timewise Cleaning from start to finish. They were very responsive to my inquiry for a house cleaning and were able to schedule me within days due to a cancellation, which I was so appreciative of!!
The cleaning itself was priced per the hour. We were only able to have one cleaner come, so it took 5 hours for a thorough clean of our 2 bed, 1 bath, 2 story + basement home. They said if we were to do a biweekly or monthly clean it would be much quicker. Overall, we were happy with the quality of cleaning that was completed. There were tiny little things that we wished had been cleaned better, but in the grand scheme of things they were very minor.
We will definitely reach back out if we need our home cleaned again!

So once they got their two 5 star Yelp reviews from me, TimeWise now tells me they can't come during the week that I had repeatedly told them from the beginning was going to be my highest need. I am evidently on a waiting list.
And they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know; I had to contact them. So of course it's too late to get anyone else. I am speechless about the lack of transparency on their part and devastated to be left in the lurch.
If I was a bad customer, I'd like to know in what way. I gave them drinks, masks, tips, and good reviews, stayed out of their way, and made no special requests.
Perhaps the phrase "Caveat emptor" applies to this business. (Buyer beware.)
Dear Ruth business owner, the public needs to know that your answer below is not telling the truth. Period. It is a lie.
Here is the truth:
You told me I would be notified this week about which day you would provide service next week.
Furthermore I was told I would then be assigned "my day" for either monthly or biweekly cleaning.
It may be true that YOU knew back in early April that you weren't going to provide cleaning for me next week, but you never, ever mentioned that possibility to me.
If this had been an honest misunderstanding, it seems like you would have reached out to me, apologized genuinely and tried in some way to problem solve the situation.
So not only were you unprofessional, you are now being untruthful and doubling down on it. And in a public forum because you couldn't bother to do it personally. You evidently don't even care enough to have pride in your reputation.
I am not some spoiled brat whining about streaky mirrors. I am a disabled person caring for her disabled mother, trying to manage a house well enough to have an occasional visitor, and willing to pay your high prices to enable that. I feel like you have violated a verbal contract, but I have no recourse because now it's just your word against mine.
All I can say is, I hope you do not get treated in your old age the way you are treating me.
My father ran a small business for his whole life. If he'd treated his customers this way, he would have gone bankrupt.

I wish i could give this company 0 stars…. The WORST company to deal with ever. I am in the service industry and am exceptionally lenient when it comes to services provided.
Here is everything that happened with using this company:
– My toilet on the second floor broke while they were at the house, flooded my bathroom and leaked through the ceiling into my living room. I now have three holes in my ceiling.
– I called to complain, they lied to me, and basically blamed it on me. I asked for an apology and the woman sarcastically replied "sorry", but there was nothing "her girls" could have done differently. She was so rude, Since i now have to redo my entire ceiling and floor of my bathroom, i asked at a minimum if they could not deposit my check, and she would not agree to doing so. She said since I "had a good clean" i was responsible for paying for my service.
– The cleaners were 30 minutes late, so i was then late to work
– They left my garage door open when they left, and i live in downtown Rochester. Luckily nothing was stolen.
Honestly, i am incredibly disappointed with how rude the team was and has taken NO responsibility for any of their faults.
DO NOT use this company. You would think for such an expenive service, you would get what you paid for. All i got was a flooded bathroom, a ruined ceiling, and an attitude from the manager….
