I needed a professional cleaning crew to clean my move out. The man I spoke to prior to the work was very responsive and accommodating. He was readily available. However, the crew left soap scum in my sink, dirt pile in my kitchen, and marks along the upstairs bathroom sink and shower which will cost me on my security deposit. I also reached out after the service was complete to ask them to come back and fix the remaining mess, but there was no response after the payment. The price was reasonable. The oven cleaning was spotless (for a 40 surcharge).

I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. My wife is very, very clean and she was very impressed which is definitely not easy to do. For reference, I'd say she is not impressed with about 75% of cleaners we hired in the past. We highly, highly recommend them.

Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. We set a date and they were prompt and prepared. They proved to be professional and efficient. They shampooed carpet, washed walls, and cleaned every inch of our house. We were very pleased with everything done. They didn't hit EVERY single inch, like maybe they didn't hit a wall or ceiling or two. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left. We were extremely pleased with them and if we ever have to do something like this again, we will be in contact.

I read their profile online and thought that they sounded good. I called and talked to them and felt that they could do the cleaning job that I had. I made an appointment for them to come visit the job site and provide an estimate. We agreed upon a day and time. I took time off from my work to meet them, but they never showed up! Fifteen minutes after our meeting time had passed, I texted them to see if they were coming. A few minutes later I received a call from a woman stating that she had hurt her foot, taken a pain killer and overslept. I wonder if she would have ever initiated a call to me if I had not texted her?!?!?!?!? I find this behavior irresponsible and very unprofessional. If she had gotten hurt and could not make our appointment, I would expect a call or text advising that she was not coming, rather than leaving me standing around waiting for her and finally having to initiate a text to her in order to find out what was going on and why she didn't show up. I would never hire a company that acted so unprofessionally!

My wife and I had Raquel and her team come clean Moms house in Bridgeport. I found Raquel right here on Yelp, as I do for almost everything. And as usual…. ZERO disappointments!! As has been posted on Yelp here about Raquel, she is an instant responder, whether it's via call OR text. That's just as important in my opinion, as the fabulous cleaning job she performed!! Communication is all but lost these days, and it's refreshing to have an owner of a service company be a communicator. 🙂
Oh yeah…..and the job……. Squeaky Clean!! Mom loved her. Raquel will now be Moms regular cleaner.

Raquel and her team are amazing! They cover a broad territory (within 25 miles of Bridgeport) and do a super job. We've had house cleaners in the past who do a decent job but don't really do the deep cleaning on a regular basis. Raquel has every appliance and surface in our house spotless on every visit. She usually brings two other people to help so they get 3 hours of work done in one hour. It's extremely efficient and the prices are very reasonable. Can't say enough positive things about her!

I recently switched to The Answer Cleaning Service from another local service in Milford. I had the prior service for one year and I quickly saw a decline in their quality of service. I did mention my concern a couple of times but you hate to continue to complain about someone's work and then let them into your house again…
Raquel at the Answer Cleaning Service always texts me when she is on the way, when she has arrived, and when her and her crew are done and leaving my home. This makes the experience seem more personal and her personality is very warm and open.
The cost of the service is a little more than I was paying but if they continue to leave my house so clean and organized it is well worth the extra money. Even my husband, who is a stickler for clean floors, has noticed a difference since Raquel has been our service.
I like the fact that the same crew comes out week after week and this helps them to be more consistent with their cleaning process and they DO NOT cut corners.
