They changed our cleaning person without notice. New cleaning person took an extra 2 hours, did much less work and left things un clean.
When brought up to the service they said Tough Luck that they wont assist me in getting another cleaner or doing something about the lack of work.
I do not recommend.

Ils ont changé notre femme de ménage sans préavis. La nouvelle personne de ménage a pris 2 heures de plus, a fait beaucoup moins de travail et a laissé les choses non propres.
Lorsqu'ils ont été amenés au service, ils ont dit à Tough Luck qu'ils ne m'aideront pas à trouver un autre nettoyeur ou à remédier au manque de travail.
