I want to give them a good review, but I have used them twice, and both times I had to call them back and have the cleaners come back to my house to finish cleaning. Our first experience with them was to clean our house post-construction (we remodeled and put an addition on, so we hadn't lived at home in 4 months) so we could move back in. They made snarky comments about how our stove looked like no one had ever cleaned it, and they didn't thoroughly clean our floors- I asked for them to come back and do it again since there was still construction dust smeared all over the hardwood.
The second time they came I wanted someone to deep clean the house before our child is born. I specifically asked for the shower doors to be cleaned (water spots were on them), and for the baseboards and window sills to be done. No one at the office and neither cleaner ever mentioned to me that those tasks would be "extra". They were at my house for 2 hours, and the shower doors looked like they didn't touch them, and they literally didn't touch our baseboards or any window sill. They cleaned toilets, the counters, and stove stop, vacuumed carpets and mopped the hard wood. That's all stuff I do for my own house, why did I pay over $200 for someone to do that for me? I wanted people to do the specific areas I asked for because I know we do those poorly and I wanted professional help. When I called the office to tell them about it, they sent the cleaners back no problem. But then the cleaners were snarky and said that all my requests are extra and cost more and would have taken hours more labor. They were quite rude.
I'm really disappointed in the miscommunication between their office, the cleaners, and what I was paying for. I did not appreciate the attitude of the cleaners when they came back, and I was not impressed with the cleaning that they did.

I found this company online Nov 2020. I became a client/customer along with my in-laws at their home in another city nearby. We both had our homes serviced biweekly and have continued service without interruption since then. My Mother-n-law and I both have high expectations when it comes to having a professional housecleaning service due to the fact we both have OCD in our blood. Lol. Pro Touch Cleaners definitely provided the service we were seeking. I personally never contacted the office with any specific complaints or concerns….my wife and I were always satisfied with the results of the cleaning. Our specific cleaning staff that would service our home were great and always made sure our expectations were satisfied….both parties were on the same page. Our expectation was to continue service basically forever to be honest.
Now I will get into the problem and why I am no longer a customer and why I have cancelled service indefinitely…..
24 hours or same day prior to the physical cleaning service, my bank card on file is always charged. I was charged $240.75 biweekly ($481.50 per month). A lot of money! However, we obviously agreed to it and had no intensions of cancelling due to financial reasons. This morning, I noticed I was charged $270.75. I was confused and made a call to the office to inquire about the $30 difference. I was advised that it was a planned and expected rate increase. I made it very clear that I was never advised, notified, or informed of such increase and it was a complete surprise this morning to see it in my bank activity. The staff member apologized but said it was out of their control and it was something that happens to all customers. I said I am already paying a lot of money and there is no way I am paying even more, breaking the $500 per month threshold! After further conversation, pleading for the staff member to understand my perspective and make an exception, the staff member agreed to reach out to the owners to get their approval on keeping my rate at $240.75. The staff member called me back within 30 min later and said the owners said they are not able to keep my rate locked where it is and would need to charge me $270.75 going forward for each cleaning service, including the service scheduled for today. I said that is ridiculous! I have a scheduled cleaning today, within just a couple of hours from now….I don't want to cancel it but I should pay $240.75. However, I did end up cancelling the service scheduled! What is funny is if I were to cancel same day without notice and this whole thing did not happen, Pro Touch Cleaners would charge me a $99 cancellation fee! Lol. Can I charge them one today? Lol.
So here is the math that does not make sense from a business perspective if you were to ask me (and prob the general public):
Between my in laws and me, Pro Touch is getting a guaranteed $830 (approx) per month in business revenue. $9,960 per calendar year. The rate hike discrepancy is $60 per month (my home)… $720 per calendar year. So since they are choosing to not disregard the $720 per calendar year and keep me at the same existing rate I have had, they are now going to completely lose $9,960 in revenue per year (my in-laws are cancelling)! They are willing to lose almost $10k per year over choosing the other option of just not making $700 more per year. How stupid is this??? Makes absolutely no sense!!! If you have any financial minded brain as a business owner, this would be common sense to not lose me as a client! Not only do you lose 2 clients but now you are setting yourself up to lose potentially more referrals that I would generate and my in laws would generate with the chance of making more than $10,000 in revenue per year all over a debate of $720 per year! Lol. Wow.
Anyway, I am very disappointed that my math did not persuade the owners to change their decision and they officially chose to lose 2 clients today. My home is in need of cleaning and I will be reaching out to other local cleaning companies to gain me as a customer!

Email I sent to ProTouch after seeing my house: My home was cleaned this afternoon. I keep a very clean and empty home that the cleaning gals comment on. I recently injured myself and wanted my house cleaned before family arrived. I know I have high standards and did not schedule for a top to bottom clean however I expected at least what was listed on the website for the basic cleaning to be done. The baseboards were not dusted throughout the house, the ceiling fans were not dusted, the top of the fridge was not dusted, windowsills were not dusted, beds were not well made, mirrors still have spots… if it weren't for the vacuum lines, beds being made poorly, my hall table being dusted and a few dishes having been washed I would not have known someone had been here. I'm not sure how the 4 plus hours were spent.
Female that received pictures agreed that clean was not done well. Owner gave me 30% off that clean or a future clean.

I used to be a fan of ProTouch but it depends on who cleans. They used to send 2 gals but started sending only one and it took a long time. I worked from my home office so this was not ideal. I asked for 2 and they sent another gal but the work suffered. Their prices also went up. I haven't used them in over a year and have just been cleaning my own house. I no longer feel comfortable with their service but I do know they respond to and will fix issues.

Have had them clean our house twice and been very happy with the level of service. It's great that you don't have to subscribe if you don't want to, our schedule is irregular so the ability to hop online and sign up when you want is extra convenient.
First cleaner didn't actually do that great of a job, but I really appreciated that a manager did a quality check (unprompted) later that day and caught the error. Accidents will happen and they did right by us by doing another cleaning.

I have been looking for a cleaning service and found the website for Protouch Cleaners. It was an impressive site with many ala carte cleaning options and simple, online scheduling. I decided to start with a one-time exterior service to ensure I was comfortable with the organization before scheduling any recurring interior services. I scheduled an appointment on their website for window and gutter cleaning for 5/10/21 at 11:30am. There were several dates and times to choose from. The site changed my credit card for online purchase based on the number of windows and feet of gutters to be cleaned. It was slightly more than I had paid in the past, but I liked that the site offered online scheduling and background checks of employees. I received an emailed receipt and instructions of what to expect on 5/8/21. I received a confirmation email the day before with a reminder, but was surprised to see that instead of an exact arrival time of 11:30am, I should expect them to arrive between 11:30am and 1:30pm. I was ready and waited for them. Unfortunately, Jason called at 1:25pm and said they were too busy to come and wanted to reschedule. He didn't offer an apology. I politely let him know that I did not wish to reschedule.

I hired Bose Cleaning Fairy to do a full home clean right before listing the house to sell (while I was painting and depersonalizing and generally stressed out of my mind). I keep my house pretty clean, so it was really just in need of a good weekly scrub-down.
Two ladies showed up and asked to be shown around. I explained the scope of work and mentioned that dusting, mopping, and bathrooms were the highest priority. I also paid a little extra to have the oven cleaned.
I'll say this: the oven was sparkling, the kitchen appliances were wiped down, and the toilet bowls had been cleaned. The upstairs carpet was also nicely vacuumed, but though I saw mopping happening, the job was not done very thoroughly–there were dirty spots in several areas that clearly hadn't been touched, and the stairs weren't even swept.
Toilet bases were not wiped down at all, sinks/tubs hadn't been scrubbed, and NO dusting was done at all! I was pretty disgusted that I paid a few hundred dollars for that kind of work.
I will say that when I sent the owner photos and asked for 25% of my payment back, he offered 30%, and was very good about following up. He was extremely professional all around. If only the cleaners had followed his lead, my experience would have been much more positive.

Got services from this company as a gift for family members. I thought it would be a great service because I liked the ease of use for booking through the website.
Unfortunately that was the best part of the experience. I read good reviews and was expecting that my family members would get a thorough cleaning. The pricing is based on the numbers of rooms and bathrooms so one would expect that all of these places would be cleaned.
That was not the case at all. Most rooms weren't touched, counters were left dirty with just one wipe. Floors were left drenched, and dust remains in the entire house.

I will start this with the one good thing I experienced with Boise Cleaning Fairy.
The staff was very friendly and kind, and that is where it ends.
I have a new tenant moving in so I scheduled my appointment online the day before I need serves performed. There was one slot left and that was at 3pm. The morning of, I missed a phone call from Boise Cleaning Fairy and called back promptly. When I called back no one answered so I figured it was just an automated confirmation phone call.
While picking things up in my home prepping the spaces to be cleaned, I hear a knock on the front door (around 12pm). It was the staff from Boise Cleaning Fairy arriving early. When I let the 2 smiling ladies know that I had scheduled for 3pm and was not quite ready for them, they told me they were told that I had been contacted about rescheduling, which I had not been.
Being flexible I told them 2 of the 4 spaces I was intending to have cleaned were ready for them. For the first hour or so I was present and the crew appeared to be doing their job in the bathroom and kitchen.
I stepped out for lunch and when I returned I saw only one car in the driveway. I enter through the back door, expecting to still see someone in my home, but no one was there. After confirming no one was home, I walked to the window and saw the second car pulling away. I did a brief walkthrough, only to find out that they had done a marginal job at best, and I now had no one to bring it up with.
I had paid $104 for a cleaning of an empty bedroom, a fairly clean kitchen, an empty bathroom, and a living room (only a TV and Couch present).
The crew did not wipe down the fixtures in the bathroom (tub), any of the empty shelves in the living room, any of the empty shelves in the closet, wipe out the sink etc. There was some debris left on the kitchen countertops, as well as marginal sweep/mop of the kitchen floor. It appears that they did run a vacuum on the carpet, and they did clean the tub and toilet.
All and all I am pretty disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the crew showed. It makes me wonder what the 2 of them did for almost 2 hours.
I have tried calling Boise Cleaning Fairy multiple times today and have left a message. I hope I hear back from them with a remedy to this issue.

Hired them to do a deep clean in our newly finished basement in an old north end house.The whole basement and up to the main floor were covered in dust and dirt from all of the construction. What you pay for vs what you get
You'll pay for an immaculate house. Amanda and Brad showed up right on time and immediately got to work. They scrubbed our bathrooms (getting out stubborn toilet rings), mopped floors, vacuumed every inch of carpet, dusted blinds, fans and surfaces and scoured our kitchen (including polishing our stainless steel).
What you get is self-care, quality time with your family, and peace of mind. I have been spending my weekends catching up on housework but after hiring Little Layla's – I am now able to spend my time away from work with my children and husband doing things we all love. I can focus on work during the week because I don't have little jobs hanging over my head. I was flooded by gratitude this morning, sitting in a clean house watching my children play.

Cindi does such an an amazing job for us! We have had house cleaner's in the past who were perfectly nice, but after their first visit the quality of their work declined. If anything, Cindi's gets better and better. She always goes above and beyond! We love the days that she comes over and we can enjoy having everything clean at the same time, lol. This picture may not mean much to anyone else, but for me it's the shiniest my kitchen gets. Our countertops when we moved in we're really dull and difficult to keep clean. And our floors definitely did not shine. Now they do!

We hired Milo's for a move out carpet cleaning for about 2400sft. We had a room with spilled nail polish on the carpet as well. The cleaning was phenomenal and the nail polish was removed completely. So amazingly grateful for Miro's Carpet Care! I called about a week and a half ago for a price quote and he responded very promptly with a very reasonable quote for our whole house.
The morning of, Miro called to give us an eta so we were prepped and ready for his arrival. He was extremely professional and personable when he arrived. He checked out the whole house and got right to business.
Within about 3 hours our entire 2300 sq/ft house was cleaned and nearly spotless (there was some wear and tear that couldn't be fixed). He was able to get up a lot of stains not only on the carpet, but the linoleum was spotless!

Miro Rocks! We called him out for an animal emergency. Our dog lost a match with a skunk at 3:00am, and promptly rolled around on the carpet when we let him in. Miro came out the next day and super cleaned the carpet. He did multiple treatments for stains, odor, and etc. The carpet looks fantastic. He came right over, early as a matter of fact. He's our new go-to guy for cleaning carpets and other. Oh, as a bonus he shampooed our Lance camper before leaving. Fantastic! We'll definitely use him again.

Miro's company is very professional and has the best cleaning carpet service in the Boise area. They came the same day we requested the service and had the whole place done in under 90 minutes. Wow! Is all i can say….
I called Miro (Miro's carpet care) this morning to have my three rooms cleaned in my home. Due too my daughter getting lice at school. Contacted Brandy just a few days before we were set to move into our new home in Middleton. Being from out of state and very pregnant I decided to check companies on Yelp for quotes. I read all reviews and contacted Idahome and a few other cleaning services. Brandy was very prompt in sending me her contact info so we could discuss details. She was very pleasant and professional over the phone. She gave me a verbal quote without seeing the house and her bid was very reasonable. She was able to fit us in right after Thanksgiving before we moved in and worked around another contractor that failed to complete his project on time. Even when it turned out to be a bit more work then was expected, she kept her word at keeping the price at what she verbally quoted!!
