Negative experiences include;

Cancelling 30 minutes before the scheduled time (even after sending a confirmation text the day before)
Arriving late/finishing early and charging as if they completed the full agreed upon time.
Arriving early, and complaining no one was home.
Not doing a thorough job (we had to ask them to come back to finish the clean).
Poor communication between organiser and cleaning staff.
Poor communication between cleaning staff and customer.

There are plenty of other cleaning companies in Perth and I would recommend any of them over this company.

Great professional service from the agency contact as well as the cleaners. It was nice to be kept updated about the job being done and as to wether extra time was needed. I was very happy with the job that had been done originally. Although the cleaners did need to re-attend due to the real estate company being unhappy with a couple aspects of the property the girls were still absolutely lovely when they came back, and the company was able to arrange the re-clean within the same week of having been contacted about it and were able to discount the cost due to the inconvenience. Would definitely use again.

Very unhappy with my "end of lease clean".

Skirtings missed
Back screen door and entrance not done
Rangehood missed
Balcony upstairs not swept or mopped
Mirror main room not done
Door frames not done
Doors not cleaned
Watermarks left on sliding doors
Stovetop had to be wiped down again as dirt left from cleaning
Lime scale left on shower door
Residue an dirt left on floors after "sweep and mop"

This is after I even said not to worry about the walls as I would do that myself!

Left a bottle of "Coles brand" bleach behind. How unprofessional! If I wanted to use generic products I could have bought them myself. Also used MY household products to do this "professional" clean.

Receipt left had no abn or company details (except name), requested abn but have not received a reply as of yet.

Absolutely terrible service. Instructions were to clean specific areas in a 67 sqm flat. None of the cleaning tasks requested were cleaned to an adequate level. When contacted- they came back and said we needed to be there to point out exactly what was needed to be cleaned! They also refused to send cleaners back to the property to re-address the non cleaned unit. Beggars belief!! Buyer beware- I strongly recommend hiring ANYONE other than Fantastic (inept) Services

Edit: supervisor got back in contact and credited back $100 partial payment- which although was not the full amount, and previously the customer liaison refused to pay the requested $100
amount (until the supervisor took control) we think ultimately the credit was a reasonable and fair decision. Am happy with that outcome and have given an extra star rating
