Pine Country did a fantastic job on my whole house move in cleaning. I had 2 other cleaners flake on me last minute and so I called Pine Country the day before we moved in and they showed up as promised with very little advanced notice. The girls did a great job and were very thorough. I was a bit hesitant reading some other reviews but can say now that I am picky and they came through for me so I'd ignore the other negative reviews and give them a shot. Fair price and dependable. I'll be using them in the future again.

Awful. Awful. Awful. I booked Angie and her teams based off of reviews. But after they came to my house and made several mistakes. I learned most of their 5 star reviews are fake! Anyways, The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only that, I had hired her to clean a family members home that really needed some help. When I asked her why some things were still so dirty she proceeded to insult their home and call them "disgusting." I have saved all the text messages to prove how rude and unprofessional she is. I've read plenty of other reviews that echo the sentiment, so apparently my experience was not isolated.

I called a number of house cleaners in the Bend area, and not only was Angie the most responsive, prompt, but also professional. She was able to help us within the week that we called, and sent an A+ team (Jeanie (SP), Lexi, and Jess) to clean our 2900 sq ft home. The team was very thorough, very efficient, and fun to interact with. They got our home looking better that I could have expected and blew-away my expectations, and this is after a year of renters have lived in it with their animals.

I got a very quick response back from them after contacting them about getting my carpets cleaned. I got right in the next week which was awesome considering it's right before thanksgiving! They were very nice over the phone and through email, had all my questions answered just about same day.
My carpets had not been cleaned in about 2 years and so they were needing it! They came while I was at work and all the pet stains and regular stains and heavy traffic areas were cleaned very nicely!

Our carpet is in our airbnb and the guests had created a number of stains. One of the larger ones looked like coffee and I didn't expect it to come out. After the rug was cleaned it looked new again. Our neighbor was having their carpets cleaned yesterday. Striking up a conversation, I asked who was providing the service and she said, "I'm not sure of company, but his name is Christopher and he does a fantastic job. I've been using him for years and have never been disappointed. I always get my carpets cleaned after Super Bowl. It's just my thing. Especially when we have lots of people over. Want to go in an meet him?"
So, I went in to meet Christopher. Shaking his hand, I was immediately impressed with a man who knows his business (carpet cleaning) and believes in doing the job right no matter how long it takes or what it takes. I just got that "feeling".
Asking if he could squeeze our house in later today, he said "Sure, I've got a few more hours on this house. Then I want to grab a quick bite to eat, but I can fit you guys in. Yes, that would be great. Thank you for the opportunity to work two jobs into this one location. I'm out of Metolius so this is a bit of a drive down here to Bend."
He gave us a bid of $200 to clean the stairs, bonus room, master and 2 bedrooms. Plus the common area linking all the upstairs rooms. It sounded like a fair deal to me and combined with how enthusiastically our neighbor recommended him, I said "Great! Let's do it."
My wife and I rushed to clear the rooms for cleaning, stacking furniture and tucking up bed skirts. We needed to get back to work and I felt COMPLETELY comfortable leaving Christopher to attend to the carpets in our absence. I had seen our neighbor come and go leaving him to work alone for most of the time he was over at their place. Plus, Christopher just struck me as a decent, honest, hard working type of man. Completely trustworthy.
He said it would probably take him several hours to do the job and might not be finished before 6:30 or 7pm that evening. No problem. We were planning on working late anyway since we had taken the morning off. I paid him the $200 ahead of time in case we missed each other before he finished and we got home.
We got back to our house shortly after 7:30 and we must have just passed each other. I could see the water run off down the street from where he had pulled away moments earlier. He really did spend several hours on our upstairs. I was impressed.
Examining his work, it was…in a word…remarkable. I'm embarrassed to say that we hadn't professionally cleaned our upstairs carpets in…er…uh…years and he made them look like NEW!
I could tell that Christopher put his heart and soul into doing the job right and making absolutely certain that since this was HIS business, his NAME was on it. A rare thing these days.
It feels so good to write this 100% satisfied review. We will definitely be calling Christopher and Busy Bee Cleans next year for an annual service.

After a bit of a rocky start with appointment setting, Chris came out and worked a miracle on my cheap rental carpets. Muddy Paws came to my home for a deep cleaning. Stayed one hour, charged me 300. That is 60 per crew member per hour. They did a few projects well, a few half assed, and most of the house they did not touch. They did not do projects I had specifically asked for. It is nearly a year later, and I am still upset. I don't have a lot of money and am semi-disabled, so I was really looking forward to having my house cleaned. I felt so ripped off and don't want them to do this to you.

Patrick is very friendly and gives off a great first impression, but things really took a turn for the worse once I hired him. Patrick flat out lied to me about their use of green cleaning products, failed to follow up on what he told me regarding how to schedule and just overall poorly communicated with me. He just simply dropped the ball.
When I expressed that using green cleaning products was important to me, Patrick told me they were a "completely green company and only used pet/kid safe products." When I asked him about it again after they actually cleaned with non-green products, he looked at me like I was crazy, and then said "we have a green spray we can use on the toilets." How's that "completely green?"
When I told him my scheduling needs were for roughly every two weeks and potentially a different day, he said "no problem…just text me like the Saturday before and I'll get back to you to confirm." That worked for the second visit, then silence after requesting the third visit. I let the entire week go by, then reached out again to ask if I could get on his schedule for the next week. His response was that he had been bogged down with a family health issue and too much other business. Then silence again…absolutely no attempt from him to schedule me. OK, life happens…I get it…but then you just go MIA again after excusing yourself from not even acknowledging my first request? That was a month ago and I've not heard one word from him.
It became apparent that my ongoing small job was just not enough for them to prioritize, let alone even contact me to schedule service. If you're a big ticket customer, I imagine you may get better service, but if you're just a small fish, you'll be better off to find someone different.

Patrick and his team are great! I am hardly ever home and when I am cleaning is the last thing I have time for. These guys save the day- they come in with all the tools/ cleaning supplies/ people needed and knock it out in an hour. My place is a 3 bed 3 bath and it would take me 2 days to do what they do in 60 minutes. I usually call or text with a few available time slots and Patrick responds quickly with their availability. It's also really reasonably priced especially when you think about the fact that they usually bring 3-5 people. I was looking for a reliable cleaner for monthly cleans of my home. Deep clean was really subpar and I had to call to have them come back to get things like baseboards, my kitchen sink and my laundry room that was left relatively untouched. Wearing a mask was required in my home due to some immunocompromised family members. This request was tolerated the first visit, but when the second visit came around, the same cleaner came to my door, well aware of my requests and refused to wear a mask. She then went off on her own little tangent about how she wasn't going to get vaccinated either. All in all this was extremely disheartening given that I'm a nurse and believed this was a very small ask.
After the fact, I attempted to work something out with the company to either have vaccinated staff or those who weren't vaccinated just to wear a mask, but I was told that was too tough of a request for scheduling since they weren't going to "make" anyone wear a mask.

I found Cleaner Living NW while searching for a company that works with clean and green products. I initially used them for a deep clean and carpet cleaning before moving into our new home. They came out to give me an estimate and even sent pictures of the carpet from before and after the cleaning too. I continue to use them for a bi-weekly cleaning, and Ashlyn is amazing. I wanted to like these folks – they were nice, they seemed organized but they did not meet our expectations. I had great interactions with them via phone, email, and when they came to give us an estimate. During the estimate, they said that the first clean would be a deep clean and 2 people would be cleaning. She gave me a price that seemed reasonable for the deep clean and then for a monthly cleaning. When I finally got my first cleaning scheduled, only one person arrived. After she left, it was evident that she didn't really clean much – counter tops were not clean, stove top had a spill on it, shower had not been cleaned etc. The only thing that looked great were the carpets.
Before I could send an email, they reached out to get our feedback. After explaining that our expectations were not met, they offered us a 20% on future cleaning or 20% off the last cleaning. Given we didn't feel like they did their job, I opted for the 20% the first cleaning. I still have not received that refund.

I had high hopes for this company and their non-toxic cleaning products, but sadly they are not all that great. I had hired them to first do a deep clean and then weekly cleans. I walked through my home with one of the employees and she went over everything they do and told me exactly what they clean. I was told they would send a team of two people out for the deep clean and then one of those gals would be my regular cleaning person. Awesome! Deep clean day comes and one person shows up. When I came home, my oldest told me another person showed up a few hours later. When I checked things out, I noticed things were not even touch. Nothing was dusted, the air intake vents were not cleaned as I was told they would me, nothing was deep cleaned. My house was nothing more than a quick wipe down – if that! I expressed my disappointment since I paid nearly $300 for this "deep clean". They then offered me to come out TWO weeks later to "go over the missed areas". Umm, what?! I paid for a deep clean. This is poor business practice and customer service. We are super disappointed.

I did not have to follow behind and tidy up missed spots or neglected areas. I would absolutely recommend getting a quote and trying them. I was a little concerned about the price at first, but the job done correctly, consistently and kindly is worth it. My home is not an easy one to clean with mostly hard surfaces and a tremendous amount of woodwork. I know how long it takes to get it clean. Ashlyn puts in the time and it shows! Scheduled way ahead for a move-out clean. Never used this business before. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Gal called next day to say she didn't have her calendar yet for the next month and would have to call me next week to schedule. Seemed odd, but ok. Got callback and gave deposit. I was told that 2 gals would be there at 930am. I get there at 920 to find them waiting. No introductions, and they seemed miffed to be waiting. They start work, then an hour in, one leaves, saying a sub would show up. Nope. I decide to jump in and start vacuuming rather than be there until 8pm. Remaining gal is upset and starts badmouthing the company. Then she tells me she can't clean any of the stainless steel because she doesn't bring cleaner for that. Later I find that she missed an entire bathroom and left sink full of dirty mop water. I called company to complain. Got voicemail of course. Waited 2 days for callback. Did get a minor discount but no real apology or effort to salvage a new client.

I'm constantly traveling due to my work and other family reasons. I came to Oregon 3 weeks ago to visit a family member who was hospitalized.
We had family and guests come over to the house constantly to visit my cousin. And as you can guess when you have guests coming over almost everyday, things are bound to get dirty.
Since every one was in a somber mood, we all agreed that we needed a little help with the house cleaning to get it ready for the next day for our new guests.
I found Cleaner Living NW on Yelp, and they were able to fit us in for the same day. The two ladies that came were friendly and really detail oriented. I've used a couple of cleaning companies back in my state, but Cleaner Living NW does it like no other.
The place was left looking sparkly and immaculate with a hint of fresh apple pie scent in the air.

Cleaner Living NW was great in the beginning, but then quickly went downhill.
They offer free in-home estimates so you know exactly how much it will cost. They do not charge an hourly rate. They clean as long as they think it should take on any given clean job. My first several cleans were absolutely perfect. And by perfect, I mean, my floors squeaked, they were so clean. My cleaner cleaned under furniture and everything had obviously been moved and cleaned under every time they were here.
After my last clean, I noticed things had been missed. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed and the furniture had not been moved. There were crumbs on the floor, under the sofa and loveseat, and when I ran a mop over the floor to see what I could pull up, the mop rag was extremely dirty. I took pictures of underneath the couch and of the dirty mop rag and sent an email to Elizabeth, one of the owners of Cleaner Living. She responded with an apology and an excuse and offered me $15 off my next clean. After comparing notes with my husband on the cleaning job, he informed me that our cleaner was not yet at our house when he went home to grab something at 10:15. Our cleaner is supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am because that is when our kids are at preschool and it would be pointless to clean with toddlers running around making more messes. They say to allow extra time for things such as accidents, but, Bend isn't that big and I think our cleaner was simply late. Our house appeared to have been cleaned in a hurry. We got home at 1:30 and our cleaner was gone. Usually, she is there for at least 4 hours or more. We know she had been there because she had left a receipt for our clean. I again emailed Elizabeth. I explained the situation in further detail and stated that obviously it was up to her, but a refund would be appreciated. I spent hours cleaning the house that day. I feel like I wasted $120 and am very disappointed in the service I received. I requested that they not send anyone else to clean our house. After nearly two weeks, I have not received a response. I know they received my email because, as requested, they did not send a cleaner for my bi-weekly clean. I am disappointed in how they treated me when things went wrong.
I will post an update in the future if applicable.

I am not usually a review writer, but I feel that it is important for other community members to have information when making choices, especially about having people in their homes. I was optimistic about Tidy Village and appreciated that they encouraged clear communication and working together to understand our needs; however, this encouragement for direct communication felt fake. Attempts at direct communication (e.g., please clean under beds) were ignored. And the vibe was weird. Just discontinued service after paying $170 for a "clean" that left our floors untouched. Folded toilet paper and room spray are no substitute for actual cleaning. Look elsewhere if you want your house cleaned. Stick with this company if you want passive aggressive communication.

I selected Tidy Village in mid 2019 after interviewing several different cleaners and cleaning companies. Launa was very professional and provided a wonderful cleaning service for the last couple of years. Fast forward to August 2021, and after sticking with Tidy Village during this last very tough year and a half with Covid and continual different cleaners showing up every couple of weeks I received an email from the new owners this weekend (after finding out the company has changed hands a couple of times and Launa has been gone with no communication to us) stating they were no longer going to service my home and my next cleaning appointment (scheduled this week) has been cancelled. It was beyond shocking. I just spoke with Angela who cleaned my home and she was excited to let me know they were buying the company, to watch for the big announcement and were making lots of positive changes, letting me know that I could expect consistent cleaners and great service going forward. I have paid $400 per month for my cleaning for the last 2 years, had trainees constantly working in my home but with Covid understood that times were tough and wanted to support the company and see them succeed. I never complained, only within the last month I let them know there were some issues just recently with a clean. I thought everything was fine and the new owners were going to be wonderful to work with. I'm very disappointed and completely shocked at this, be aware when hiring them – apparently good customers are expendable.

My husband and I bought a vacation home in Sunriver and are managing it ourselves long distance. We had engaged another cleaning company who couldn't return calls, and hand wrote everything. Made me question whether or not they would show up properly for the cleanings on time.
Launa and her crew were amazing from day one. They got back to me when they said they would, always show up on time for their cleaning of our home. But most importantly, Tidy Village has a process in place for ensuring all things that are important to you as the owner are done properly. Launa is super detail orientated and it shows in her professionalism and structure she has in place.
When we had an issue arise with damage done by a renter, Launa came to inspect it, communicated promptly with us, and helped coordinate a handyman to fix the damage within 24 hours.

Another very disappointed customer. Launa spent 3 hours at my home with a total if 3 workers, and got about half my home cleaned and said she could not finish the job because I did not pay her enough money! I gave her $125 and told her if she needed more then I would pay her. She left my home and did about half the work with a total of 3 employees. You can't clean a 2900 square foot home with 3 employees in 3 hours! I finished the job by myself over my lunch break from work. Do not hire Tidy Village Cleaners as you will be very disappointed.

A very disappointing experience. I contacted Launa, the owner, to set up cleaning services. Initially she was seemed excited to have my business. But, after informing her that I had a coupon, her demeanor changed. She cancelled my appointment, saying her cleaners had been in an accident but everyone was fine. After reaching out to her several times, she finally responded that she was able to reschedule me for the following week. When I inquired about the exact time and date, I could not get a response. Again, after several attempts to contact her she finally replied that she was not accepting new clients, due to the accident. I was left with the strong suspicion that she did not wish to honor the coupon that she had offered. During this process, she told me that the $100 coupon would be spread over six cleanings, per the coupon's terms. But, when I looked at these terms my self, it clearly stated "This coupon is only good for a single transaction." The final result, I got the run around and nothing was actually done.
