I purchased an office building that had low pile commercial carpeting in it. Overall the carpet looked in good condition, but there were heavy areas of foot traffic that required something to be done. Not to mention the building had a musty odor.
Even worse I was on a time crunch, so replacing the entire flooring was not going to be the most practical option. Instead I looked for professional floor cleaners.
I found 3 in the Beckley area. They all basically gave me rough estimates over the phone, but Stanley Steemer found a way to come out and get real measurements in a day. They were ready to go and explained to me exactly what result I could expect.
They got the entire 3,000 sq ft of carpet done in a day and it looked even better than I expected. All the areas with heavy foot traffic were gone and the odor with it! The only area they surprisingly couldn't treat was where someone had duct taped a mat to the floor.
The regional manager is very helpful, a true professional, and value people's business. I would definitely recommend the Beckley Crew of Stanley Steemer!
