I contacted Martell on a late Saturday evening request for a quote for cleaning an apartment I'm moving into ASAP and he contacted me back early Sunday morning and was actually willing to come the SAME DAY!!! Excellent communication with him via text, outstanding character, professional, and a delight to talk to. I highly recommend their services! If you're looking for a cleaning service- don't waste your time on any other company.
I actually requested and called 2 other companies and still haven't heard back from them and won't be looking for their replies, if I even get any.
Martell contacted me immediately and again- was so empathetic about my "emergency" help that I needed that he was going to help me on the same day, but was very flexible about coming on the day I wanted him to come. He answered ALL my questions and replied to ALL my concerns.

Great customer service! They were very prompt and professional and kept great communication from my initial request for a quote up until the actual service provided. Really appreciated that! The price was a little high, but I'd never had a professional cleaning done before, so I figured I'd just pay it. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not worth the cost at all. My biggest concern was getting dog hair up off the floor, which they were great about. But I feel like the same amount of attention was not placed on all other tasks. The inside of the refrigerator and kitchen counters had not been wiped down, nor the stainless steel dishwasher or oven. Also, whatever solution was used to mop my floors dried very sticky and left a lot of footprints. And my bathroom mirrors had not been wiped down either. At first glance everything looked good, but the more I looked around in more detail, the more I saw that had been overlooked during the cleaning. So my experience wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. And definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

I've been using MaidPro for the past 3 months now. They've been coming monthly to clean our place. Time has been minimal and it has been so helpful to have someone help with the cleaning at our place. We don't have a large residence, so they can get the cleaning done in under 4 hours. I always make sure that things are out of the way, so they can do more of an effective clean. I've left notes for certain things before and they always take care of them. I really like the lady that has now come on a regular basis. Casey is so sweet and super kind. When she told me that she'll be our regular MainPro staff member, I was thrilled. The first home cleaning I had done, they cleaned our oven (much needed). I always request for some extra cleaning for our floors because we have stained floors that get a bit dirty. Dust is always an issue, so it's always nice that they dust the fans in each room and from all of the desks, stands and counters. I couldn't brag on Maid Pro anymore than I already have on Facebook, but here goes. How about…the top 10 reasons why I love Maid Pro so much:
1) Customer service: Before I met my maid in person (who is precious and absolutely loves her job!), I had spoken with Pearl over the phone a lot (I'm thinking she works at the local office). Pearl has always been curtious, helpful, friendly, funny, and forthcoming about their prices, standards, etc.
2) The 49 point checklist! This is so me. If I could have designed this for a private maid (not through an agency), perhaps I wouldn't have had such struggles with asking them to do a little more or do something they did once then never again.
3) They use their own cleaning supplies! You mean I don't have to run to the store at midnight the night before the maid comes after I'm done frantically picking up to get cleaning supplies?! Yes, please!
4) All pet/kid friendly products used: We have pets and kids, so this is a fantastic offering which is standard to them!
5) Piggybacking on 3 & 4, we have a few preferences as far as cleaning supplies (Ah the lovely smell of Pledge to know you're in a clean house), but lucky for us, they didn't hesitate to suggest to just leave out any custom supplies we wanted them to use.
6) The maids (or at least ours) leaves a stamp of personality by using our fridge alphabet magnets to leave cute messages like "Welcome home, family"…just something extra to make us smile 🙂
7) The prices: I debated on regular maid services for years and am glad I finally decided it's worth the money for the peace of mind that comes with it. The BEST part though is they seem to offer up front deals for new customers, so we signed up for the monthly cleaning and will have a FREE cleaning during our 5th month of service -WOOHOO!
8) You can leave a key the first day, and they will keep it at the office for you for added convenience…and they made sure to tell me they put a code on it instead of your name or address for extra security – smart!
9) Totally trust worthy to have them there while you are not as Maid Pro has a liability policy of anything turns up missing or broken.
10) Did I not mention you get to come home to a sparkly, clean house?!!!

I moved out of my apartment and wanted to have it cleaned professionally, I found this company on yelp.
They ask a ton of questions then give you a quote. The person they sent was on time, she was actually early.
She was very sweet. She did an excellent job cleaning. Very thorough. I was really impressed.They called me and told me they'd have to tack on an extra hour ($45) not sure why because the apartment was completely empty so there was nothing to move around.

We scheduled a deep cleaning for a family member as a gift 3 weeks ago. Here we are 3 days before the scheduled cleaning and they called us today to cancel!!
Apparently they ran out of maids for the scheduled day but offered to take $50 off our NEXT cleaning…not the current one they were wanting to reschedule.I have never dealt with such an unprofessional cleaning company like this.

The individual giving the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable, while friendly at the same time. After signing up, one of the owners personally called to thank me for my business and made sure that I knew my satisfaction was their top priority.
