Excellent job cleaning an apartment that hadn't been cleaned in too long of a time. Couple delays in getting started (but reasons were explained). Quick and thorough service– Apartment looks like new for the next tenant. Price seemed reasonable (didn't shop around but price was similar to what I paid in Indianapolis four years ago). The two ladies put in a lot of work to get the apartment looking good again. I highly recommend them.

I hired Kelly Green Club to do a move-in clean based on all the glowing reviews I read here on Yelp. I had a poor experience and would definitely not recommend them as the 'cleaning' they provided was of very low quality.
The previous homeowners had done a decent job of cleaning the house before they moved out, but I wanted to hire a cleaning service to really deep clean and sanitize everything.
I booked with Rosy who provided me a list of services that would be performed – great! The only problem was that it become evident pretty quickly that several of the services I was quoted for were not actually performed. For example, there was visible dust on several surfaces as well as grime in the powder room sink. I was easily able to remove the grime myself with water and a paper towel, but why should I be doing that myself when I paid over $300 to have the place professionally cleaned?
I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service I received and will look elsewhere for someone to clean my properties.

We've been using Kelly Green Club for the last 2 years. We just recently switched to having them come 2x a month. Every time they come, I am shocked by how quickly they clean our house that our toddler and pets are always in the process of destroying and how great of a job they do. Last time our cleaner was, Iliana, and she did a spectacular job. She also put up with my wife and I both working from home and was able to clean our house quickly, while trading rooms with us as we tried to attend meetings. I don't know where to begin. I hired Hector and his team to do a Move Out Cleaning when our tenants moved out. We needed to get the house in pre-rental shape to put up for Sale. The house is in Canton and about 1250 sq ft. It looked liked it wasn't cleaned in a few years. I knew this was going to be a challenge and Hector was up for that challenge. He and Rosy had the best communication with me. No matter if I texted him or called him, he was ready to answer my questions and he was always so very polite. My fiancé and I scheduled a move out clean and a pre-move in deep clean. The pre-move-in clean was scheduled first. They never showed up. Hector apologized and said he would clean the house for 50% less. Moving was incredibly stressful and we felt very disappointed that we had to move all of our belongings into a dirty house with tons of dust from recent renovations.
We proposed that we would only give them a second shot if they cleaned both houses for 50%. He replied and said "Thank you for your reconsideration. We can definitely help you with those dates. I will go ahead and schedule the two services. ".
The tech showed up to the first address to do a post-move-out clean. The tech was very friendly and did a fairly good job. The oven and fridge looked great, but the grout in shower wasn't touched. Still, we planned to use them for our new house deep clean.
Hector emailed me and said he only meant to offer 50% on the other house and felt it was fair to ask us to revise a previous Yelp review if we were satisfied with the cleaning. Again copied from the email "if you guys are happy with today's service and consider we have stood behind our services and really care about leaving you with a better taste in your mouth, please fix your review on Yelp before we service (Insert Address here) and I give you my word we will honor the 50% discount on the total cost for both properties. I think that's fair".
I let Hector know that we would leave a revised review if we were satisfied after both properties were cleaned and not before. I let him know that it felt like he was holding the 50% hostage unless we altered our review. He said that wasn't his intention but feels like he was being taken advantage of.
They missed an appointment. We said we would give them a second shot if they cleaned both properties for 50%. They agreed to clean both locations. Since they clearly didn't read our email thoroughly they felt slighted and tried to guilt us several times over email. They had an opportunity to say no, and they didn't. They then told us we were taking advantage of them.
Avoid the disappointment of a defensive manager and book with someone else. I would not be surprised if Hector replies with a very defensive message. After reading several reviews, that seems to be his brand. I never Yelp, but clearly this was a negative enough experience to write something.

I highly, highly recommend using the Kelly Green Club for any rug cleaning needs! I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and now when I look at my clean rug I smile just because of how nice and accommodating the owner, Hector, was.
Also, you can request an estimate right in Yelp! Did you know that? Me either!!! But when I was searching for rug cleaners an estimate panel just popped up!
Hector literally responded to my request within minutes. And his price was super reasonable, it was way less than all other estimates I received and was just about as much as I was willing to pay to try to clean my rug, that was in pretty bad shape with pet stains and all (I was considering just buying a new one to be honest, but Hector let me give it a chance!).
Anyway, it came out PERFECTLY! Took less than a week, and was in GREAT condition. It looked practically brand new! I am so so happy I got to keep my rug and didn't have to get a new one!
They offer to pick up and deliver, but I chose to drop of and pick up myself. Hector made sure to stay open for me till I got there which was nice, he was super responsive on Yelp messenger which was really helpful.

I set up an appointment to get a quote for both services. Everything was right in my price range. I was so concerned with the carpets since that last company did such a bad job. Well, I've had the same cleaning service for four years now. Perfect couple, until only one person could continue. Unfortunately four hours didn't work for our time frame of cleaning.
Fast forward, I contacted this company. The response time was stellar. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered.
Roxie and Rosa came today for our first cleaning. They arrived on time and ready to work. I showed them around and requested how I wanted them to proceed.
That's it! 2 hrs 10 minutes later spotless, shiny, fresh, dust bunnies gone, and the cat/dog hair miraculously disappeared.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome and look forward to biweekly cleaning to keep this showroom appeal.

I contacted Five Star via Yelp on a Sunday evening, and by mid-day on Monday, the owner Frank called me. I explained that I needed someone who could clean this week, knowing it was last-minute and unlikely that anyone would be available. Frank initially said that their calendar was full, but that he'd make a few calls and see if he could put together a team for me. Within a half-hour he called me back with a team ready to go for Wednesday morning at 8am. YAY! Frank asked incredibly detailed questions and was extremely clear about exactly what I could expect from my service and the time required.
My team showed up right on time and immediately got to work on the areas I'd prioritized with Frank. I didn't know the kitchen floor could be that clean!
They completed the job in the time anticipated, and did a complete walkthrough with me, even touching up one small area they'd missed by mistake.
The house smells INCREDIBLE, the floors are spotless, the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, and the surfaces are all neatly dusted. I'm so happy with the work they did!
Next up: I plan to have them out for carpet cleaning!

Wow! In 35 years I've never been satisfied with carpet cleaning companies but again WOW, Artie cleaned our entire house carpet (25 years old) and it now looks almost new, he came back to remove a stain that happened after he had done the work, and best of all cleaned my 20 year old dining room chairs leaving them looking brand new — recommend 150%! They are pretty expensive and not flexible on their pricing due to working with contracted help. It's $100 for big rooms (over 250 sq ft) and $50 for rooms under 250. $48 per staircase and $15 for each landing and each walk in closet. I'm not sure about the service call because this was already over the other quotes I had received and we were at about $500 for my 3 level townhouse.

Very easy to schedule the appointment, Frank (owner) was so friendly and accommodatingand the team showed up when they were supposed to. I have never had my house professionally clean and I requested a one time deep cleaning. The team did an AMAZING job. They cleaned everything: the baseboards, ceiling fans, window blinds and ledges, the bathrooms look like new, the kitchen didn't have a single spot. For 3 crew members for 5 hours the cost was approx. $500. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Five Star Cleaning Service is by far the best I have used over the last 7 years in my home. Yelp does not allow for half-star ratings, so 5 if what I am giving them but 4.5 is what I think. There is always room for a little bit of improvement, however Frank and his team are out to make you happy. They take feedback well and really do strive to make you happy. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience of Air BnB'ing out our family home for 6 weeks and the "tenants" absolutely trashed the carpeting! We have never even worn shoes inside of our home as we were never allowed. There is a sign saying, "to please remove your shoes" and it is written in our listing that shoes inside of the home are not permitted. These "tenants" not only had to have worn shoes inside, but they squirt an oily substance all over the master bedroom flooring, the hallway, the steps, everywhere!! Whatever they did, it looked to be very intentional?! All I can say is despite this awful
Experience, Eric did a PHENOMENAL job today getting the stains out of our carpeting! He sent me "before and after" photos, as well as a video of him emptying all of the dirty water that he had extracted from the carpeting. He texted when he was on his way, throughout the visit and sent me pictures on my cross-country drive, keeping me in the loop with every single thing that he was doing! I cannot say enough good things about this man as he's an honest man and an extremely hard worker! When we turned on our heat last weekend my eyes immediately began itching, nose running, and throat itching. The joys of being in the top 1% of allergic people. Finally put 2 and 2 together that my allergies were coming through our ductwork. Looked through Yelp and sanitize 4 serenity had the most and best reviews! Other places had quotes so ridiculously low I was pretty sure they didn't know what it truly meant to clean our ducts.
They came yesterday around 10 and left at 6:30. Thoroughly professional, friendly and hard working! They cleaned up after themselves and left the house smelling so fresh.

The day of the cleaning, he came out on time, eore a mask, and got right to work. Eric is professional, friendly, and honest. He didn't make outlandish promises about which stains would come out. He explained exactly what he was going to try, but made it clear he couldn't guarantee that all the stains would be gone, or that my 20+ yr old carpeting would look like new. Five hours later, as it turned out, most of my stains were either completely gone or significantly less noticeable. You definitely get your money's worth w/ Eric. I highly recommend his company.

This service was great. The guy I spoke with was the owner and we scheduled a time. I had the house on a lockbox so he showed up and did the work, then I went to check it out when it was complete and hand him a check.
He managed to get eyeliner that one of my tenants smeared all over the carpet, out of the carpet, and make the disaster look considerably better.
I was impressed that it could look that good again and had thought I possibly needed to replace it.
He explained to me that his basic cleaning got most stains out, but if it did not, he would let me know, and that would cost additional. Since I wasn't present, I was a tad nervous he would say it needed the additional service, but he was honest and told me that his first cleaning process did the trick.

They came highly recommended from a friend after we canceled a previous cleaner for being kind of sketchy (wouldn't provide written quote/kept changing quoted price). The owner's response is not true. I did not insist on an in-person estimate. I told them I was willing to pay whatever. Also as we walked through, I specified that the "decluttering" would be done before anyone came to clean. My house is NOT a hoarding situation – it's a townhome with three adults and two small boys living in it. I was not being spiteful. I simply stated what happened. I did in fact call them based on good reviews. I would also not use this platform to ruin someone's livelihood. In two sentences I said what happened and that is that. Just scheduled with Sparkletime to do a full apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning. I called them needing an apartment move-out cleaning ASAP in Columbia/Elkridge! I mean, my move out date was the next day, giving them almost no notice, BUT they were soooooo kind enough to squeeze me in at the end of their day to come by and clean my place at 6pm the next day!

I use their service because good rating on the yelp, unfortunately for us, they're terrible. They charge $250 for the apartment which is 900 sq feet is average price. However, not cleaning for the following area at all will be ridiculous which included baseboard, windows, window frame, bathroom vanity mirror, sweep patio floor, and celling fan in master bedroom. Also, people over the phone is not friendly at all. When I call a day ahead to remind them pay attention to certain area, he's very impatient and told me that just a small apartment.
For the people who consider to use them on next time, make sure to ask them what areas will be covered for the chargers and good luck!

Almost 5 stars, but not quite there. Very easy to schedule a cleaning – management is friendly and professional. A minor hiccup with their team needing to reschedule my cleaning, but I wasn't in a hurry to have my home cleaned so it wasn't a major inconvenience. Staff arrived to my home in the agreed upon window and took about 3 hours to clean the entire home. All in all, I was pleased with the service but would say the service is lacking a bit of finesse to truly be five stars. I believe a bit more attention to detail for the amount of money they charge would make me a repeat customer. I'm accustomed to having nice clean carpet lines when my carpets are vacuumed – just a preference of mine, but I believe it really makes your carpets look "clean" rather than seeing a bunch of random lines all over the place. I also had to have the blinds re-dusted as it seemed only a duster was briefly passed through. Other services I've had will fold the ends of the toilet paper, neatly organize shoes in the bottom of our coat closet, etc (none of which I've had to ask for) all for much less than I paid.
Would I recommend you give them a try? Sure. Will I be scheduling reoccurring cleanings? Not quite convinced just yet.

I was nervous these marks would not look diminished because this isn't the first carpet cleaning I've used to rid them. Well, a fantastic job was done. He also cleaned my throw rug(s).
