I used EcoHappyMaids to clean our home after we had moved out. We chose them because of the great reviews and the fair cost. They showed up on time, and spent around 4 hours cleaning our 3b/ 3.5b, 2500 sq ft home, and cleaned every surface, carpet, baseboard, fridge, oven, etc. It was spotless by the time they had left. Our stove burners weren't functioning correctly whilst cleaning, but I called Guy who reassured me that this happens often and that the burners would return to normal, but if not he would send out a technician. Lo and behold, the next day, everything functioned correctly. I really appreciated Guy's professionalism and availabity to address any concerns I had.

Do NOT book this company at all costs!! I paid $358 dollars for them to do ALMOST NOTHING, and what they did do, I just had to redo because it was so poorly done!
I recently purchased a single story 1400 sq ft home, with freshly painted walls and new carpet, so the cleaning required was minimal…kitchen, laundry room, windows, hard wood floors, and ceiling fans. I went through this list with them when they got to the house, and they assured me they could do all of it.
When I came back to see the work they had done, my husband asked if they did the ceiling fans, they LIED and said yes. My husband ran his finger along one of the blades and it was clear they had not cleaned them. They then said that the reason they didn't clean the blades was because they couldn't reach them, so we offered them a step ladder. She proceeded to bang the ladder into the walls we just had painted, so I told them never mind!! In addition, the wood floors were not cleaned(not even poorly, just not cleaned at ALL), refrigerator was untouched, and the windows were poorly cleaned.
On top of it all, Guy(the owner) first offered to have them come back to clean the refrigerator which was also not cleaned the first time around, but who would want this type of cleaning service to come back?! And who has the time to babysit cleaners especially when I asked for at least half a refund, but he refused.
In conclusion, I feel I was lied to and stolen from. No wonder they have you pay up front!!!

We had EcoHappyMaids come today for a deep move out clean of our rental house and I'm embarrassed to say they had their work cut out for them. We lived there for 6 months and never had it cleaned professionally during that time, and probably only vacuumed 3 times. I wish I had before and after photos, but I also don't because it was in such a state.
They were AMAZING! Not only were they super kind, but they were efficient as anything, and had the place sparkling clean in 2.5 hours, which is exactly how long they told me it would take. And they arrived on time, which is worth mentioning because the cleaners who came to our new house arrived at the end of a 2 hour arrival window.

I wanted to love this service but I'm really disappointed. We did their initial clean for $300 and were happy with it (so if you just want a one time deep clean, they should be good). However we had them come back twice since and it have been disappointed. Yesterday for $200, 2 women came to our house for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. For $100 an hour, I expect my house to be clean but they basically did what I would do prior to having friends over, a quick surface clean. Some examples, didn't move anything on our bathroom sink so there were soap rings and loose hairs, still had loose hairs in on the bathtub brim (I don't recall there being any more than shown to begin with as we regularly wipe it down from our dog), on our decorative bookshelf cleaned the first inch but didn't move any of the decor around to clean the shelves (hard to see but so dusty still), left all the tree needles, the list goes on. I'm nearly 8 months pregnant and really wanted some help before hosting my in laws over Christmas, but $200 later looks like I will still have to be spending the weekend cleaning. (Pics are from right after they left). They also didn't wear masks even though I was wearing one and COVID is surging.

I booked EcoHappyMaids for a monthly clean and scheduled a few weeks in advance. There were some issues with timing – they texted me to let me know they were running about 30 minutes late and ended up coming about an hour later. Thankfully I was home all day so no worries there.
They had 3 ladies that tagged teamed the cleaning. It was the fastest cleaning I've had in this current house so far – just about 2 hours or less. They overall did a fine job, although I did notice some things had gone missed (for example, they did not clean under shampoo bottles in the shower and it was still grimey, etc.)
Pricing was comparable with the other services I've used so far. I appreciate how they kept in communication and the ladies who came were extremely pleasant as well. I would book them again.

I contacted this company on Yelp to clean our house. We filled out the form and received a quote. The form asked about number of beds, number of baths, sqft, and pets. Decided to book them based on the quote. They showed up at my house and started cleaning. I get a text 30 minutes later telling me they made a mistake and the price is going to be higher.
I wasn't okay with the higher price. We have a budget for cleaning & we've always been able to find companies who fit within that budget in the past. The person on the phone then blamed it on me saying I didn't provide accurate information because our house has shelves in the basement. The form never asked about shelves and no one ever inquired. How am I supposed to know to provide you with information that was never requested?
I wasn't going to pay the higher price so they left midclean. Extremely unhappy with this customer service & experience & especially unhappy with the "bait and switch" pricing.
Edit: Post below from the company is incorrect. I told them we couldn't pay a higher price and asked them how they wanted to proceed. They kept repeating that they couldn't clean our house for the quoted price so the resolution was for them to leave mid-clean because I wasn't going to pay more than I was quoted. As a customer, I have a right to pick the best company based on prices that are quoted to me & I can't do that when a company uses bait & switch pricing. Ive never hired anyone to clean anywhere I've ever lived, so I don't have anything to compare this to.
The pros: Laura was quite responsive to my messages and questions. My condo did smell clean when I returned. At a glance the condo looked clean.
Given the cost, ($348) and the fact that my condo was completely empty (no furniture whatsoever) I have to say I'm a little disappointed. As I've been painting and doing my own cleaning, I'm finding a lot of dirt and dust around. I dropped something on the floor the other day and when I wiped it up, the paper towel was dirtier than I expected.
When I returned after cleaning was complete, my kitchen cabinets were still visibly dirty, the whole top of the microwave was sticky and greasy, and some drawers were not wiped out. I texted Laura about this and she did have the maids come back, but now I'm questioning what else is still dirty that I haven't discovered-yet. I will likely be re cleaning quite a few of the surfaces that were supposed to be clean. Maybe my standards are too high, but I was hoping my place would be sparkling for the cost
UPDATE: reduced to 2 stars as today I was lining kitchen cabinets and had to wipe them down again as some were still sticky and had crumbs in them. Very disappointed.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Eco Happy Maids. Guy is very communicative, and the scheduling and quote process was very fluid and easy.
The vast majority of the cleaning was very good. My wood floor was very dirty to begin with, so the cleaning of the wood floors was not perfect, but after bringing it up to Guy, he immediately sent over a crew to double-clean the wood floor section that was missed, which I appreciated.
There was one issue, where a newer member of the crew accidentally dripped some bleach-based bathroom cleaner onto my brown carpet. It was an honest mistake, but one that needed to be corrected, and Guy was incredibly communicative and helpful when correcting this mess.
He found a carpet installer and booked the service himself and covered the cost of the repair, handling the installation himself and really leaving me out of the issue completely, which was very much appreciated. He understood that his team made a mistake and he went to GREAT lengths to fix it.
This was a huge hassle for Guy and the company, but he went above and beyond to make it right, and for that reason, I will continue to utilize EcoHappyMaids for their cleaning service and I cannot recommend them enough. This was an expensive mistake for his team, but the fact that he was so communicative and handled the issue with little needed from me was HUGE.
The team is great and super friendly, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone in the Denver area.

I have to update my review. My lowered star rating is not for their cleaning services, which have been consistently good (there were sometimes very small issues, like unplugging an Internet router…easy fix once we realized what had happened).
My big concern, and the reason we will no longer use EcoHappyMaids, is that the cleaners consistently wore their safety masks improperly (below the nose, and sometimes below the chin). My husband and I are both immunocompromised and we expressed our concern three separate times to the cleaners and the owners, and the problem persisted. I understand masks are annoying to wear for long periods of time, but my house is the one place during the COVID-19 pandemic where I can control my own safety. If this is not a deal-breaker for you, I would definitely recommend them! They are responsive and do a good job for a reasonable price. If you are like me and are at a much higher risk of getting a severe case of COVID-19, you may want to consider another company.

– Communication is clear, prompt & courteous via yelp messaging (project section) + text messaging. Cali is just lovely to deal with.
– Decent availability so I was able to get someone quickly.
– Convenient portal for managing appointments, payments…etc.
– The folks that delivered the service were great. Showed up on time, professional, were very sweet to my animals, were fast but thorough. Exactly what you want out of a cleaning service.

Edit based on owner's response: When I tried to cancel services bc of everything mentioned below, you never responded. Then I get a text saying you're no longer servicing Denver. That's shady behavior, and this review is based on months of bad service, not your weird and dishonest business practices just recently. I'm happy to share screenshots of my items that you broke or the months it took you to replace it if you'd like to continue being dishonest.
Cleaners are not thorough, they broke several items in my house and it took a month to refund me, they barely speak English so it's difficult for them to follow directions, they often don't show up and then say they "forgot", and they charged me for 2-3 hours but stay for 1 and don't do basic things like make the bed, clean mirrors, dust, sweep under things, or move things off the floor or surfaces to ensure a good job. No matter how many times I requested they do a better job, they just couldn't figure out how to be better. They didn't do even the bare minimum, let alone actually be excellent, I could tell they just don't value quality work and want to get done as soon as possible. One of their workers sat outside my unit on her phone with a sullen face for a half hour because I requested they finish the job.
It's cleaning a house, not curing cancer. It's pretty easy… figure it out.

**Second Update** – I've now spoken with one of the managers, Stephanie, who admitted that I was not in violation of their agreement. In fact, the section they were claiming I violated, they themselves violated by not completing the job. She admitted they should have completed the job or called me to tell me that they were delayed due to the carpet cleaner. They did not call to notify it would take more time and instead claimed they finished the job and left it undone.
The company is unwilling to do anything other than take 10% off the price even after admitting they didn't complete the job, they were wrong not to call to see if I was ok with them being there longer that day than estimated, and admitting that they were wrong to accuse me of a violation of their service agreement publicly and privately.
Do not use this company.
**Update** – the owner is now claiming that we violated their service terms by having other workers or contractors in the home while they are there. I have since re-read the entire service agreement and that is not stated at all. So on top of a poor job the owner is now claiming we agreed to something we didn't and I have the receipts to prove they're wrong.
I would not recommend anyone use Roochi Cleaning for a deep clean / moving clean. We hired them to clean the home we just purchased after having the kitchen redone and house repainted. My experience from the start to the finish has left me very dissatisfied and displeased and we've canceled the cleaning we had scheduled for the house we moved out of.
1. They confirmed they would be there at 8am for the cleaning. After waiting 15 minutes, I called to find out where they were and was told they wouldn't be there for another 15 minutes or so.
2. After they left I came to the house to see how things looked and on both the main and upstairs level I found areas, shelves, doors, etc. that were completely missed and were still covered in dust to the point where my finger was completely covered in dust and dirt after wiping it once.
Of note, we did have a carpet cleaner there for about an hour and a plumber at the sink. The areas that were poorly cleaned were either not in their way or would have been available to clean at any point other than the one hour the carpet cleaner had a hose running up the stairs. I wasn't notified that the carpet cleaners' hose would cause them any issues – only after expressing my dissatisfaction with the work and waiting 5 days for a response did that comment come up.
I am still today (over a week after moving in still finding areas they completely ignored.
3. When I called to express my dissatisfaction and concern I was told they could come after we'd moved in, but that would be after the movers had already brought in furniture, etc. After expressing the timing issue there was never an attempt to get the additional areas that I continue to find (and have texted them pictures of) cleaned. The manager to whom I spoke told me that she would speak with the owner and get back to me. However, after 5 days of waiting for a response I followed up and was told they could give me 10% off. A joke considering the time I've had to spend cleaning up after they supposedly cleaned.
4. With the 10% discount offered, I've still not heard anything from the owner, etc. and I get the feeling that my issues with the quality of the service are not really of much concern to them. If this was my business and I had a client who was displeased I would make sure to make it right asap, before their movers got there and with very timely replies.
We were referred to them by our realtor and I've connected with her to warn her about referring more business to Roochi as I would hate for anyone else to have a similar experience based on her recommendation.

Okay, so I was out of town all last week and we had someone watching the house who was not, shall I say, as clean as we would have hoped. Got home on Saturday afternoon and once I unpacked, I started looking for a house cleaner who not only deep cleans but does carpets, as well. Honestly, I put towels on the couch so that I could sit down.
I reached out Grace, the owner of the company, over Yelp – to get an estimate. Filled out a few check boxes and within like 5 minutes she responded! I told her I needed services right away and she said she'd have her people there Monday for both a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning! Of course, I was all for it.
Carla and her crew showed up within the slotted time frame and did a fantastic job – they cleaned places I never even noticed! Jovany, Grace's son and his team of trainees showed up about 40 mins later and killed it with the carpet clean.
All in all, we had 5 people in our house busting their butts and working in a cohesive way that was super efficient. I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of them all.

My Roochii cleaners did a fantastic job today! Excellent quality cleaning attention to detail, and followed my instructions exactly. The company was also very responsive to my requests and changes via Yelp.
ONLINE PORTAL & SCHEDULING
This was also the easiest cleaning company to receive quotes and schedule visits, as it's all online! You fill out an online form to request a quote then they add the quote to their online portal for you to either request changes or approve. I did request one service be removed from my first quote but they got a new one to me right away then i was able to approve and confirm my appointment. All of this happened within 3-4 business days from the time I first contacted them to when i had cleaners at my house.
One possible improvement would be to show all previous quotes/requests in their online portal versus only the most recent; not sure if they have control over that though, considering they're using a third party service for their portal.
PRICING & SERVICE
The level of their work was about on par with the last 'deep clean' service i scheduled with another company, but about half the price. I'm planning to set up monthly service with them to bring down my stress level at a time when work is consuming my life – how pleasant to come home to a perfectly clean home! Their quote process is also pretty painless which is a huge win for busy working professionals.
Something I'd appreciate down the road is more details / fields on their online quote form, which is a bit over simplified. It didn't really break down what exactly was included in a normal clean vs deep clean. They didn't have a lot of options for add-ons other than upholstery and window cleaning. However I messaged them to ensure the inside of my oven would be covered then they added it to my order and it looks fantastic.
Another thing to add would be any special instructions or notes (ex: if pets will be there, rooms/areas to exclude, etc). I'd also appreciate a section to provide instructions for accessing the house if you'll be gone when they arrive. Again, i just messaged these via Yelp and they followed my instructions to the T, it would just be nice to provide all those things in one place. I (and my dog) stayed out of the house the day of the appointment so I hid a key and they were careful to lock my doors and replace the key before they left
These are really just suggestions for improvement though, I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and cleaning provided my very first time around. In addition their totally online system for quotes and scheduling is about the most convenient I've seen from a local company. Roochii provides high quality cleaning at very competitive rates and I will definitely be scheduling more in the future

For those of you that use Yelp to help on deciding who to use as a company ask yourself, do I really want to use a company that treats their customers like this? Wow over a month to respond to a customer. Also, how interesting several 5 star reviews showed up after I posted mine. Just have to wonder….
To the owner I stand by my review. There were no blinds, the bathrooms were well kept (my mom cleaned them weekly), and my mom who was there specifically told the cleaners not to clean the oven but they did it anyway. Finally, if your company is so well run why hasn't the bill been sent to the home address provided? The address was provided twice. How sad you have to resort to name calling and lies verses holding your team accountable for dropping the ball.

We've had the hardest time trying to find a reliable, trustworthy, quality cleaning service… until now!!! This amazing family-owned business is just what we were hoping for. Their prices are fair and they do an incredible job. We've used them for move-in/move-out and recurring cleanings and we can't recommend them enough. 5 stars across the board.

First cleaning worked ok, despite a late show and only one cleaner showing up that did not speak english.
A second much more expensive move out cleaning went bad as I drove 40 min to meet them at the scheduled time, confirmed several times over weeks (including the day of service) only to get a call (in Spanish) saying they would be 2 hours late. Repeatedly asked for address and confirmations, only to no show. Canceled the service, very unprofessional.

Im latino as well, but I don't speak Spanish! It is preposterous to assume another person speaks your language outside your country, especially when conducting business.
Regardless that wasn't the why I canceled, it is because you didn't show up. As a matter of fact you outsourced the job to someone who never showed up, despite confirming the job multiple times. Not to mention you asked for my address four times, twice the same week. Not very organized to be in this kind of business. Good luck!

Do NOT trust this company under any circumstance. They advertised female cleaners then 30 minutes before I was contacted by a man (Vincent) saying he's coming. I told him I'm not comfortable with a male cleaner as a female and he tried to shame me into agreeing calling me a sexist paranoid little woman (suspicious) then he threatened me telling me to remember that he knows where I live if I leave a bad review and that "I'll get mine." And that it's "starting a war I won't win" this man is unstable and clearly ill intentioned. You should know I filed a police report with these screenshots, your name and company.
Yes Vincent, when I called the woman I spoke to told me a woman would come. I asked because I care. I'm not racist nor am I a trump supporter but I do not like men who threaten me and yes I called the police and filed a report-if that puts your status here in jeopardy-that's on you. You threatened to harm me for not being comfortable with a man cleaning my home. The reason for that is for this exact reason. You are violent and unstable-the thing I feared. I am super happy with Eva and her team! I've had them come out about three times so far to my AirBnb for a general clean and each time has met my expectations! The first time we went over the details of everything that I wanted to have done, and the team has made sure that the same list is done each time. My experience with Burrito Cleaning Ladies was mixed. I am not willing to work with them, but I do believe the cleaners are incredibly hard working people and the overall quality of work is good.
Unfortunately, I was not a good fit for this company.
This is a summary of my experience.
I live in a very large apartment complex, so when I made an introductory call, I asked them if they were at the building / knew that building and if I needed to coach the cleaners on how to get in.
The person said it's not a problem and that he is very familiar with the building. I told him I would prefer you book my appointments when someone else is doing a cleaning in the apartment as it's easier for everyone. And again, they said not a problem, they will book it when it's the most convenient for them.
Then they gave me a date the next day. I asked them, are you sure that you have cleaners that are coming to the building at that time? They said yes not to worry.
I was lied to.
The cleaner couldn't figure out how to get in and it took them 15 minutes to figure out how to park. This would never have happened if I had known, but again, I was under the impression that they've cleaned in the apartment complex before.
Off to a terrible start, but it's not the cleaners fault at all so I try to hold back my disappointment with what transpired.
I was expecting the cleaner to ask me questions or do a walkthrough of the apartment/expectations before cleaning, but she just started working–which I was bit queasy with and it didn't inspire much confidence. I will say the end result, did build a lot of trust, but I had almost none at the point where the cleaner started cleaning.
Overall, I was impressed with the end result. It wasn't perfect, but what first cleaning is?
I asked her about the cleaning materials and her preferences on them and she said that she is supposed to use and that not everything there is her preference.
One of the things that stood out was using a mop head that was 6 inches long and a job that would've taken a few minutes to do, took significantly longer. Another was the soap which I didn't have a major problem with, but I told them that it's ok to use harsher stuff if it helps.
However, the 6inch mop head was not acceptable to me because it looked like they were just trying to make the cleaner suffer.
Despite some misgivings, the apartment was clean. I thought that the second time everything would be better.
Wrong. It was way worse. The cleaner called 20 minutes late saying they didn't know where to park in the garage. I was pretty livid at this time.
Like I said earlier, a large part of the sale pitch was the fact that the cleaners worked in the building and had experience being here–which at the very least should include knowing where the guest parking was.
Anyways, the final straw was when the cleaner, during peak COVID, said that they didn't bring gloves.
I don't consider myself dirty nor do I have COVID. But I still felt 0% comfortable letting someone work in my apartment without proper protective gear. Then I noticed the cleaning bin and looked at the mop head. It was still short.
I lost it. The reason behind my complaint wasn't to get a new mop to buy a new mop. It was to stop making your cleaning people work three times as hard for no reason.
Overall, I felt a lack of integrity in the management here and a lack of concern for their workers. I personally do not feel comfortable working with a company like this, but I will say that the cleaning was good.
1. Don't lie or stretch the truth to get a sale.
2. Let the cleaners have some agency on the cleaning equipment so that they can do there job.

I am 9 months pregnant and recently had a home disaster ( a flood that ruined most of the house). After being stressed for a month and living in a hotel we were finally able to move back into the home but it seriously needed a mid-construction project cleaning to eliminate all the dust and debris from the drywall and these ladies were amazing. In two hours they removed all dust, sanitized three bathrooms that has been destroyed by contractors that didn't care about cleanliness, and focused on making the floors and surfaces clean! We will be using them in the future.

Did not get the deep clean that I requested. The rate is too expensive for very basic service. In several areas items were not moved in order to clean, instead just cleaned around them. I was hoping for more detailed service since booking a professional team.
I just logged in to reduce the stars to 2. As we have looked around the house over the past week there is so much untouched dirt and dust. Literally NOTHING was moved to clean. Not even chairs.

I expected more for the price I had to pay for a vacant property. Very expensive for a basic cleaning. When I got there to walk the house there were still items that were not done so they tried to quickly do them. The day after I was in the property I noticed the kitchen walls were not properly wiped down. When I asked her if she would send someone back so replied "I am sorry I don't think I can I just had a lot of bad shit happen today and yesterday. Right now my son is being arrested for some stupid shit." I will not use them again.

My background: I live in a newly built house brand new in 2018, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, with 900 sqft of living space. Nobody lived in this house before I did, so it wasn't dirty to begin with but I just needed regular upkeep. So in comes Eva's (Burrito Making Cleaning Ladies) services…
Cleaning Quality: Progressively worse. I used this cleaning service for a total of 3 cleanings before I separated ways with Eva. I had bi-weekly service with Eva and the initial first cleaning was good, nothing exceptional but it was as I expected. Kitchen counters were cleaned, floors were vacuumed, front door and entryway was tidied, bathroom sinks were wiped down, and toilets were sparkling. But whatever the cleaners moved to clean (ie: bathmats, towels, decor, etc.) they did not put back in its original spot. So after their initial cleaning, I spent 10 minutes putting everything back where they belonged. The second cleaning I had, was a little less impressive, but still acceptable. My kitchen counters are white and are typically pretty "clean" when you take a quick glance, but after the second cleaning I noticed that water rings were still on the kitchen counter – so it made me wonder if the counters were wiped down? Things were again, out of place, so I spent time putting that back. By the third, and final round – I wrote to Eva and expressed my utmost disappointment in their service. On the last visit – I have a Nest doorbell which showed me that the cleaning team only stayed for 1 hour when I paid for 1.5 hours of cleaning. That would have been fine if they actually got everything done in the 1 hour time. I come home and the kitchen counters still had water ring stains and oil drips from when I cooked the week before. The bathroom floors still had my hairs on it. The bathroom counters still had toothpaste splotches and water marks. The bathroom mirrors had toothpaste marks and small finger prints on the edges (as if someone wiped it really quickly but didn't detail the edges). My front door entrance still had dust and leaves that blew in from outside. What was the silver lining though? I didn't spend as much time putting things back in place after they left – My guess is because it wasn't moved to be cleaned under to begin with.
Eva's Communication: Miscommunications are common. Eva seems really kind. However, initially we discussed that my house is brand new and doesn't need a deep cleaning and Eva agreed and said I would only need 1 hour of cleaning. So I left her 1 hour of compensation – and I get a call from her partner afterwards that apparently 1.5hrs is the minimum time and that my payment was insufficient. Eva later agreed it was her mistake miscommunicating so they waived the 0.5hr difference. I texted Eva once to let her know that I needed to postpone my cleaning as I'll be out of town. I get a notification from my Nest doorbell that Eva's cleaning team is at my front door while I was out of town. I had to text Eva again and showed her a screenshot of when we discussed postponing. Though there were no issues from postponing the service, I feel that this entire situation could have been avoided. Finally, Eva texted me on several occasions accidentally which were texts meant for other people (ie: her cleaning team, her family members, etc.). It may just be my opinion, but that seems like something that should be done more carefully.
Pricing: The price seems reasonable compared to other cleaning/maid services in Denver area.

I reached out to Ali's Cleaning Service to get an estimate on a post-construction deep clean (we tried to keep up with the dust it but it gets everywhere!) not to mention a good solid clean of the house given our two large hairy dogs. 🙂 Ali came over within a few days to give an estimate, arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and we booked a day and time. I had to postpone it and she was very understanding, and put me on the schedule the next week, which was much appreciated. A team of two very nice professional ladies came this morning and worked hard for nearly 3 hours, and the results are wonderful! I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future needs!

I messaged Ali and she was able to set me up with a cleaning a few days later. My apartment is SHINING. Like, my garbage can top is a mirror. The corner behind my litter box is spotless. They even folded pretty things in my paper goods like a hotel! They sent two women for two ish hours and it was a bit above $200. My floors are squeaky clean. That's what my experience has been. Ali is direct. I like that. I am good at arithmetic. She has a margin and needs to pay her staff. I am not looking for a crazy cheep deal. That's reckless. You need to consider the big picture. It is a proper service. Not low-budget type of just get the trash, dusting and vacuuming.
Yes!! I do recommend Ali's Cleaning. They are doing a great job. Mirrors perfect! Cabinets smudge-free! Trash bins were rinsed and fresh! Wood floors are especially tough in my place. But so beautiful once clean.
It is so good for me psychologically to have my place professionally cleaned! I lost my previous cleaner in January. Getting in touch with Ali and starting the service is the best and only thing I've done for my mental health since the hell we've all been through. It's brightened my world tangibly and emotionally.
You might consider it as a gift for your loved one if they are still suffering from post-COVID depression? Or just do something for you for a change. Enough with worrying about everyone but you.

I was looking for a new cleaning company to clean my house and my rental so sent out a request for a quote. I was quoted $185-$225 for a cleaning. I live in a ranch and needed tow bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living area and kitchen cleaned. I set up a time and day with Ali. I was told they would come between 10:30-11 for a cleaning and the price may change. I was okay with that, but tried to clarify if it would be more than the $225. On the day of the cleaning after 15 minutes after the 11am time, I reached out to Ali to see if we still had a cleaning scheduled. She told me I canceled. I was unaware of this and went back through our messages to try and understand why that would have been a confusion. She said she would have the ladies come out right away. I tried to explain to her that II may need to reschedule since now we were later than what I expected and tried to ask how long she thought the cleaning would be. Fast forward to them arriving to clean, 40 minutes later than the time I was originally told. I walked them thru my home and the started cleaning right away. An hour later they were done. I asked them how much it would be and they said they didn't know and Ali would call me. I was originally told I had to pay prior to them leaving so was trying to figure out if that was the case. When they left I texted Ali to let them know that they left so she knew I needed to pay and how long they were there. They cleaning was fine. I would say it was a normal cleaning. The floors were still dirty after they mopped bc I walked thru the kitchen that was still wet and wiped it down again. The couch wasn't vacuumed and the pillows were still they way they were left when the cleaners arrived. While they were still there I was fixing the cushions and wiping off some "dirt" that was on the couch. When Ali responded she said it was $245 for the cleaning. I asked if that was for a deep cleaning because I didn't think that was the cleaning I was provided since they were there for about an hour, my floors were still dirty and my couch was not clean. She responded it was for an initial cleaning. I again tried to explain to her that was more than what was quoted. My husband sent the Venmo payment and I let Ali know that moving forward we wouldn't be pre booking. She thanked me for my business. My husband said the house smelled nice, but that was about it. It was not a great start since she thought I canceled in the first place and I shouldn't have had them come clean that day after a rocky start. I am giving two stars since they did at least vacuum my floors and dust, but I would think a deep cleaning would last longer than an hour and would include vacuuming the couch. For $245 for the one hour seems high for a normal cleaning.

Ali's Cleaning Service did a wonderful job on our move out cleaning for our rental. I arrived to our old rental about 7 minutes before the 2 hour time frame I was given. The lovely ladies were already there and ready to work! They said it would be about an hour and a half before they were done. So I said I'd come back in then to check over things. I arrived a little before the 1.5 hours was up and they said they needed around 20 more minutes. I hung out in my car and came back in 20 minutes later. They were finishing up and asked me to take a look around. Everything looked spotless!
Overall, I'm super pleased with the cleaning. Only negative was the pricing process was a bit confusing. I was given a base rate of $185 knowing it could be more depending on the house. I was then given a final quote of $220 based on how deep of a clean we wanted. I was under the impression from the list of items that would be done in my original quote from the "move out cleaning" that it would be pretty close to the $185… however the list had items in there that cost more based on a deeper clean (i.e. blinds, base boards, etc.) Totally fine with a deeper clean being more, just wish how it was presented to me for the move out cleaning would have been more specific as to what was included and which items would cost more. Ali did give me the option to take off those "deeper clean options" for a total of $200, which I appreciated the option.

Uphold. Ali responded to a quote request for deep cleaning. Told me $135 ended up paying $175. All I got was a dust, dry mop and vacuum to the living areas and a very basic clean for the bathrooms. My basement went untouched. Seemed like they rushed through everything. These women were awesome. Super friendly, responsive, great eye for detail, even organized some of clutter spots, and so affordable especially for the deep clean I order. I work full time and are in grad program part time, and my partner works full time usually 10 hrs day. We are remodeling our kitchen in stages, and we finally got to point someone could wipe down the cabinets and etc. I have old house with large dog, so it's dusty all the time. I hired them as a form of self care after finished up my quarter and not having the time to properly clean my place in probably 3 months. They dusted everything but the ceiling fan(totally understandable due to having to climb to reach them), cleaned the oven to point it look almost new, and wiped down all the appliances. My bathroom looks cleanest I have seen them. The floors are super clean, too. I am beyond delighted with the services, and it's locally owned black business. I will be recommending them to anyone is looking for cleaning services. Oh they are pet friendly and petted all the cats and said hi to my dog isn't the most friendly with strangers.

I booked Sista Soul's for a move out cleaning for the townhouse I had been leasing. While asking about availability over the phone I told them I just wanted a 2-hour clean if at all possible. Staff was very responsive during the booking process, and texted me the day of with their ETA. When the crew arrived, I was told it would probably be closer to 3 hours. However, they were able to get everything cleaned in 2 hours almost on the dot, and everything looked amazing!

We recently hired them for a move out cleaning for our house. They were able to fit us in within a few days notice. They came as scheduled and completed the house for less than other estimates. Upon arrival after the cleaning, they had done a thorough job, and further touch up was not required. We will look into using them at our new house for regular cleaning!

Sista Soul was amazing! This is the first cleaning service we've hired since moving here from LA, and we were scanning all the different places available on Yelp. We didn't want to use another big corporate "get in and get out" cleaning company. We really wanted to find a more personal, independent experience, and that's exactly what Sista Soul offered! They were so kind on the phone and personable, it was like talking to a friend. They let us know they were on their way day of, came inside and socialized with our dogs (a huge plus!). We work from home and the cleaners we incredibly punctual, detailed and respectful, even letting us know they'd be coming into the office shortly to vacuum so we could relocate. They definitely deep cleaned our area and went above our expectations! It looked like a freshly cleaned hotel when they left. We will definitely be using only Sista Soul from here on out! 🙂

I've been looking for a monthly cleaning service and finally found a great one. After moving to my current home my previous cleaning person didn't want to make the commute so I've tried a few different services that either were impersonal or didn't leave my home as clean as I'd like it to be, especially for the price. I like supporting smaller local businesses but being professional is a must for me. Broom is by far the best service I've tried to date! After my first cleaning where they sent two cleaners they send the same person which I really love, JD is great and accomodating when I have requests. I used Broom for a cleaning service about a month ago.
Working a bunch and not feeling overly motivated to spend the weekend cleaning our place, I contacted broom to setup a deep clean.
Two hours and two ladies there it cost me $140 which is on the pricey side. The job was good, dust mopping under furniture didn't happen in the bedrooms but oh well.
My bathrooms and kitchen looked great and I was happy overall. I probably wouldn't use again due to price, though I know it's less expensive if you book recurring services.

Could not be happier with Broom!! We found them here on Yelp, and from the outset, have been impressed with everything from response time (email and phone) to customer service (working with us on a weird/strict timeline) to the first cleaning itself (sparkly!). All stellar.
We've never had a cleaning service before and were a little unsure what to expect. When the ladies showed up to clean, they were friendly and sweet and wanted to pet the dog…talk about making first-timers comfortable!

Everything you want a small, local business to be! They return your calls, send reminders, and are totally communicative on the day of cleaning. The guy that cleans for us is so flexible when I'm home with my kids that I'm able to do meals, play time, and naps on schedule as he works around us.
