Our family home was in need of a deep cleaning. I searched for various companies before deciding on ATL Clean. It was a wise choice. The care and quality of the job was exemplary. They are okay, the just need more cleaners on a job. I had a deep cleaning done in my home they took 6 hours and they still didn't get to clean the house they way I wanted it to be clean. There also was a language problem.

So we had our house cleaned by this company and though they did an OK job. Firstly, it was hard to communicate our needs and/or concerns with them because of a language barrier. Though they did a great job at the basic cleaning elements but we paid for a deep cleaning and didn't get that. They missed our entire mudroom , baseboards weren't cleaned, cob webs were still around the house, ceiling fans were not cleaned and much more. We had to go behind them and do a lot of cleaning, especially since they put dirty rugs on top of everything (tub, toilet, etc.), which made them dirty again. The house was neat when they left but not clean. We didn't have time to go back and forth with them via translation with the phone so we let them leave.

First time using a cleaning company for residential and I'm happy I did. It did take a little longer to schedule a cleaning as everything was mainly through text. I recommend replying to their text with a call. Employees arrived on time, didn't rush & did a pretty go job. The price was very reasonable & that's with an included carpet steam cleaning (1/2 the price of a recommended competitor). They don't clean refrigerators, but they clean microwaves & toaster ovens but not actually inside an oven. I did notice a few things after they left: some dust, baseboards could have been cleaned better, items stacked on my bed to clean floor & not placed back. I'll speak to them next time to see if we can move things to a different area then placed on the beds. Overall I'm happy with their service & plan to use them again.

Professional Cleaning Service.
Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with the owner. Owner of the company was willing to come out to my house and give me an accurate quote per my request.
Had a deep clean since I recently moved into a newly constructed rental. About 2000 Sq Ft.
2 cleaners came out and spend a few hours and cleaned everything from windows and blinds to bathrooms and floors. Afterwards they asked us to check the rooms to see if anything needed additional cleaning. We requested a few areas be addressed a bit further and they were to our satisfaction. Will be establishing regular monthly cleaning with this company.
Workers used shoe covers, masks, and gloves. Brought their own cleaning supplies. Felt safe.

I found this company through Google and Yelp reviews. I like most of you was extremely skeptical because we all know how hard it is to find great cleaners. I mean nobody can clean your house as good as you can, right? But I mean just to find someone DECENT was a challenge. After experiencing so many disappointments with several other large well known cleaning companies, we decided to give this one a chance. We had sworn off cleaning companies overall but were in a bind with time and needed to hire someone quick. We found this company and they had a spot open for Friday. Perfect! Even better, the customer service agent called me back and said they had a set of cleaners finishing up in a home in my neighborhood and could come the same day of my call! I was thrilled! You know a company is excellent when they can do a great job and clean around your mess! Normally,I clean before the cleaners but I literally didn't have time to do that and I'm so glad I didn't! The two cleaners from ATL Clean did a phenomenal job and I would not hesitate to hire them again! And did I mention they were very fairly priced!? My goodness! I'm so grateful! I will definitely be setting up my next cleaning soon! P.S- people please don't forget to tip these hardworking people! If you can't afford to tip, you can't afford the luxury of having someone else come in and clean YOUR house. Just sayin….

I was looking for a good and reasonable company to clean my mom's home. Jaime was one of the company's I contacted, he was super professional from the beginning to the end! He answered all of my questions and was super friendly and professional about our interactions. My mom raved to me about his process and how well he cleaned the carpet. We had a dog, that did dog-like things in the carpet that we didn't see until the furniture was moved. Jaime got rid of ALL of those stains as well as a huge ink stain in her office. I used Ansley Home Cleaning for about a year and a half, with scheduled cleanings twice a month for a two bedroom apartment. I have nothing but good things to say. They kicked it off with a deep cleaning that left my place sparkling, after which the maid would drop by every other week. They have always gone above and beyond. No better feeling than coming back from the office and the place is spotless, they even dusted my collection of bourbon bottles.
My initial cleaner ended up taking another opportunity and I received a very kind heads up from her, as well as the manager, that someone new would be dropping by for the next cleaning (they were both fantastic).
Top notch, could not recommend them enough. Had I not been moving I would've gone on using their service as long as they'd have me.

I tried them out for the first time and I have to say they very good. They run their business very professionally. Email reminders are sent prior to cleanings and billings. Ansley Home Cleaning is incredible. We needed our house cleaned on very short notice (under 24 hours) and Ansley came to the rescue. Steve (the owner) contacted me within the hour after I requested a quote and said he could be at our house the next morning. He came over and introduced Miguel who would be cleaning our home. Miguel was extremely thorough, quick and left our kitchen literally sparkling clean! It smells sooo good!! And trust me, I live in a house with 5 art students, and our kitchen was pretty bad. Miguel cleaned all of the hard to reach crevices. It looks like a completely different kitchen. They were even able to get paint off of our hardwood floors! I will definitely use Ansley Home Cleaning again. They are fast, incredibly friendly, reasonably priced, and they know what they are doing. Would recommend A++++

Ansley Home Cleaning is truly one of the most top notch companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with…but that may be because I've had the opportunity to not only work with the owner, Steve, but working with the most amazing person ever, Kim, who brings my place back to life after bachelorhood truly places it on life support. The company began by Steve, personally, coming to my house for a complimentary consultation and thoroughly assessing my entire domicile. He quoted me an exact price and that price remains to this day with no change in quality of service.
Billing is even top notch as Steve will send an email invoice after completion as to keep for one's records.
Then there's Kim…she's magnificent and incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure that my house is impeccable upon my return. At first, I was worried about the level of mess and the humiliation I felt she would think in my head, but now the comfort level grows with each visit and I'm to the point to basically let her do any magic she deems fit. In addition, she does the little things that truly make me value the company even more such as whenever I leave notes for her of things I'd like her to assess, she even writes back which lets me know her personal attention to detail. To me, those little things truly matter.

At first I was not satisfied for the first maid did notclean well at all and I was very disappointed but the owner reached out and took the time out to see why I wasn't satisfied, actually came and visited and his apology was very sincere. What a great company! Steve, the owner, is great to work with. I had a houseguest coming in at the last minute, and he was able to work me in within a day. The experience with Ansley was different from the start. The owner came to my house to provide an accurate quote. Absolutely wonderful! I was recommended this company from a friend, and I couldn't be happier. Amber, who is our regular cleaner, is absolutely incredible. She's meticulous, precise, and so thorough. She really has a knack for her job. I am beyond impressed– she really knows how to make your home shine. She vacuums our bathmats, folds our towels, and even cleans my small handheld mirror I keep in the bathroom. She's also very good at picking up on details; she remembers exact how the kitchen items were arranged and puts them back exactly as how you left them (but cleaner!). She takes out the trash, including the smaller trash cans in the bathrooms. Doesn't forget a single thing. It's the little details that make a cleaner excellent, and Amber definitely has a knack for that. 10/10.

We confirmed a time. The day of, I got two requests to move the time back by more than a couple hours. After 30 minutes of waiting, I left and told them it was too late. In the 5 hour delay, I cleaned the apartment myself.
I get it that things happen. This was a scheduled move-out cleaning. I don't recommend scheduling a service due to the unreliability.

I booked Saturday 4/2, no call, no show but a message on Yelp. This one was a miscommunicationon my end so okay. Rebooked Tuesday 4/5 and had to skip class. No show, no call, no answer when I called, had to message them on yelp for them to tell me they had to cancel. Huge miscommunication on their end. Because of this inconvenience they rescheduled for Saturday 4/8. The day of, another no show, hours later I got an email, not even a text or call, saying they had to cancel again.
I get that staffing is extremely complicated, however a call or text before the scheduled time could of gone a long way. Great value, but you are definitely getting what you pay for.

I initially went to Yelp and requested cleaning quotes from a number of local companies. The estimates ranged from $150. We decided to try Maid to Glow for a one-time cleaning because their pricing was more reasonable and they had some good reviews.
Mony, the owner of the company, responded to my quote request quickly. I ended up going out to their website and booking a time slot between 12 and 2 pm on Friday. I received a confirmation telling me that my cleaner would be Shenise, and it also gave me her contact information. My wife was surprised that they were only sending one person to clean our house.
When Friday came, nobody showed up at 12:00 pm. I waited until 1:42 pm, and then I received a phone call from Shenise. She hadn't called me earlier when she wasn't going to be able to arrive on time, but she did finally call me to tell me that she was running late and would arrive around 2:35 pm.
She finally arrived at 2:45 pm. She brought a small wheeled cart with all of her cleaning supplies. I gave her a brief tour of the house and pointed out which bedrooms to clean. She then began cleaning.
She was originally scheduled to work for 2 hours. She ended up spending over 2.5 hours cleaning our house. After she was finished, she asked me to walk through the house and check her work. She had done a good job. She vacuumed all of the carpets. She thoroughly cleaned all of the bathrooms and kitchen. We have pets, and she did a good job of cleaning the hard wood floors downstairs.
So, while it was not a perfect process due to the late arrival and initial lack of communication, Shenise ultimately did a good job, and we would consider using Maid to Glow again in the future.

Disappointed. I hired Maid to Glow for a simple move-out clean for my 4 bedroom townhouse. When April arrived she was carrying a tiny battery powered vacuum. That's when we knew we probably wouldn't get a good clean. The cleaning was not thorough and I had to go through and clean many things myself afterwards – (notably the carpets which still had visibly noticeable mess left behind, as well as the toilets and stovetop).
Update May 4: Thankfully, the owner sent me a full refund for this job.

Super unprofessional and dishonest. The owner somehow blamed me for not being at home to let the tech in, meanwhile I have a text from the tech telling me she had to cancel 40 mins after the appointment was to begin. I waited for 2 hours only to be canceled on and then blamed for the no show. The had an opportunity to fix it, but I was met with more dishonesty. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

Shenise is awesome!!! She arrived within my time window and after a brief tour of my townhome, Shenise got right to work. Shenise is very professional and pleasant. If there was a concern about an area, Shenise made sure my expectations were meant. My entire house was cleaned within 2.5 hours!
Shenise also used Febreeze in the bedrooms and everything smells fresh. I was working from home and I liked how Shenise texted versus calling. That was very considerate of her to do that since my job requires heavy phone calling and it's hard to get away. Blankets in my living room were neatly folded, items on tables and dressers were neatly arranged. Everything looks great and I'm very pleased with how Shenise was able to bring my home back to order. The process to book is also very easy. Mony responded very quickly to my questions on Yelp as well as email when I needed to modify the services I selected. I was also able to get the time slot and day I wanted.

The cleaner that I expected to show up did not show up. Her husband did – 3+ hours late. In his pajamas and bonnet w/ a dirty string mop wrapped in a Kroger bag, small bucket, and a couple of other products. His behavior the whole time was strange and not like someone who does this for a living. I paid over $300 for a move-in cleaning for my very first home and was *sorely* disappointed. SORELY. Will never, ever use this service again.
Update: Was never contacted as the owner claims in her below response. Never. Not once. I never talked down to him. Never. Not once. I was curious who this random man was showing up at my house when I was expecting a woman & was cautious, considering I hadn't been notified of the change & live alone. The unprofessionalism here is exceptional and deserving of the single star.

Areas that were cleaned were done well, however there were a number of areas that were missed. To their credit, we were unable to be there at the time to make sure they did not miss these things, however a lot of the areas that were missed, I'm not sure how they would have been overlooked. Helped us out last minute for an airbnb maintenance cleanup job for only the bathroom. Charged us $50.00 an hour with an minimum of 2 hours. Did not send any pictures or verification that clean was done for the $100 we spent. Guests checked in and were very upset that bathroom was still left a mess , we were extremely disappointed.
Only resolution we were given, was to have them come back out and pay again with an "discount". Insult to injury.

Selling your home and moving are already so stressful and finding a company that's reliable and reputable to come clean my home was just another task I'd have to research (ugh). A coworker recommended Atlanta Pro Maids and she did not lead me wrong! They connected me to someone who lives in my area and could accommodate my schedule! these are scam people.
shaun told me on the phone that they will clean everything and every spot on carpet will be ready for move out.
the day they were supposed to come they supposedly had an accident and came the next day and that too late.
they said they cleaned everything and the spots are all gone and they finished upstairs but when we went the spots are there as it is, bathroom clogged and they haven't cleaned anything. when we talked to the cleaning lady she started changing the topic that she wasn't finished with the bathroom cause her husband was using the bathroom(s) and they only cleaned the floor, and then she said whatever she cleaned it wasn't "going away" she started to record the moments they wanted to record. i took pictures and told them they could leave because i wasn't satisfied with the service.
told the owner i will not pay for this service and he started to gaslight me saying that i only said there was a stain at the carpet below the sofas and when i asked him we are leaving sofas behind can they still clean and he said they could try. but i had cleared the sofa. He basically said that he will report me for not paying. And then told me it wasn't done. and then charged me anyways.
these people are changing thier words, they said they were done with the top floor and then recorded moments when they started changing thier story. why should i pay for a service that wasn't done at all. he also accused me of sending him pics before and i uploaded pictures that had time stamps and the time they left too.
And they tried to act like they were cleaning but just put water in my carpet.
this is a scam business BEWARE.
