For the cleaning that they did, I thought they were overpriced. The owner was really nice and called me back after I told him about the concerns I had over the cleaning. They did not wipe down the kitchen counters at all and the master bathroom shower stall floor was not cleaned. They did a really nice job with the kids bedrooms and the kids bathroom.
Overall though, I'm just tired of having to clean myself after I pay the cleaners close to $200 for a job.

I used them for a few months but had too many issues with them. The owner is kind of a hot mess- he tried to charge me a higher rate than advertised/discussed and he never answers the phone, plus they also kept charging my credit card even though I never agreed to have it on file and only gave them the number over the phone once (and I was paying via check), so they clearly wrote it down and kept it. The final straw was the cleaning lady not showing up on her normal day when I had guests coming in town, even though I had texted her a million times about it and she had been coming every 3 weeks for months. The owner said he had it on his calendar for every 4 weeks (he's clearly not in touch with his people) and they did nothing to make it right, screwing me and I had to try to clean my house in 3 hours with my 4 month old crying.

It was, just like the company name, very easy to book! They were able to book us the same week. The girls who cleaned our home arrived on time and immediately went to work. We called last minute to replace another cleaning service who flaked out on us for a cleaning before real estate pictures were taken on the old house. They were able to accommodate us on short notice and didn't seem put out by the emergency request. The cleaners themselves were very very friendly and did a good job cleaning (as evidenced by the fact that the house sold in under a week!).
They are a cash only business at present, which isn't super convenient when the tab is several hundred dollars. Also, they arrived at the home at 9:45 and left at 3:15, but still billed us for a full 6 hours.
All in all we would consider hiring them again, and we are grateful they were able to step in and get the job done in time for the pictures.

This is a family owned cleaning service run by couple. I needed the last minute cleaning and they reached me out very fast. They scheduled me for the next day(yay!). They got here on time and they were super professional.
Their pricing is very reasonable and flexible. Now, they accept both cash and credit card(you will need to make a payment a day before). I got the whole house cleaning and carpet cleaning done. One of rooms had a dirty carpet from pet urine and they did the carpet cleaning twice to ensure that urine was gone. They were super detailed in terms of cleaning.

I had just moved and normally I clean my apartment before leaving. However, I had not been feeling well, and could only do so much. I decided to hire John from The Wash Bucket to come and give the place a deep clean in the bathroom and kitchen, wash the carpets and overall sanitize the place since I had COVID earlier and needed a receipt showing that the apartment was safe for entry.
John arrived in the time frame given to me and did a very thorough job. The bathroom looked like noone had ever used it before. It was beautiful. In the kitchen, he even moved the refrigerator to get behind and underneath it.
John was not only efficient and thorough but he was friendly, kind and the price was fair.

R&D's Always Cleaning have cleaned my apartment three times, and each time I have been extremely impressed by the thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism of the services they have provided. After they clean, my apartment feels like a totally refreshed space! They are attentive to any special concerns or requests. For example, my shower curtain needed replacement, and they took the time to remove the old one and install the new one I had purchased. In addition, they provide their services in a very efficient manner (only about an hour for a very comprehensive cleaning of my apartment). I am so happy to support such an excellent local business, and look forward to supporting this business in the future. Totally exceeded my expectations! Desha was very prompt and accommodating while scheduling a time that worked for both of us. When I got home from work I was in awe! I like to think I am a pretty clean person but I have never seen my house look like this! She is definitely very thorough and adds her own little touches (like rolling my dish towels, folding blankets, etc.) that were so cute. We hired Desha Howard for "move-in" cleaning services. She started off by giving me a quote for cleaning a 3bd 1bath house for $135 (see attached photo). I had explained that the stove really needed attention because it was filthy from the previous owner.
We then had to change the appointment time we scheduled, and Desha seemed to understand and was accommodating. We appreciated that. Additionally, when she did the work, the house looked great! She definitely cleaned it well. So well, that we even gave her extra money as a thank you for such a great job and for us changing the appointment time.
Fast forward a few weeks, we wanted to use her services for another house. This house is the same size with same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This time, it's $135 but she wouldn't be cleaning the stove because we said we were planning on replace that.
I was confused. Wait, last time it was $135 with the stove and this time it's excluding an appliance? I told her this doesn't make sense and showed her the quote from yelp from before. She said that I had told her the refrigerator didn't really need to be cleaned so she cut her price last time.
My yelp message clearly does not show that conversation. Additionally, she said she saw the refrigerator wasn't dirty, and so she lowered her price on that house. Problem is, this isn't true because she didn't see the refrigerator in advance before she sent us the quote.After sending her the message attached, she then proceeded to call and literally yell at us for being "confused!" Desha told us we're lucky because normally she charges $190 overall and extra fees for each appliance…. Well, after listening to her go off on us for long enough, I tried to calmly explain my point. She yelled at me again saying, "My price is my price and I'm not going to go back and forth with you!" As she continued to shout at me, I causally said thank you for her previous work, as she continued to talk over me, and ended our call.
I am just shocked she thinks a repeated customer (who would have brought her house after house as part of a business) would be the person she should try and manipulate. Sad because her service wasn't bad at all, her attitude is and her random pricing is.
I've attached photos so everyone can see how nice we were and how out of line she is. I don't recommend people use her services until she can establish a price menu and change her attitude towards her customers.
April 26th 7:15pm:
Desha responded to our review with some pretty baseless statements.
First, the refrigerator was not discussed over the phone. Ever. The first time I ever spoke with Desha on the phone was Sunday April 7th (same date we originally scheduled her services). However, her quote is clearly from March 19th (see the photo).Secondly, she's not charging the same price when she excludes appliances she originally agreed to clean for that price just a few weeks prior. That's called raising your prices… which, for or the record, is fine but not when you pretend you didn't raise them and you gave me a phantom discount on the previous service.
That leads me toThirdly, the idea we ever raised our voices is laughable. We answered with "Hello" and she started in on us immediately. Not once was I allowed to say a word as she continued to yell at me over the phone about how she isn't going to go back and forth with me. Yet, if she would have actually listened, I probably could have just understood her point of view. Clearly her anger got the best of her. Too bad for her. I'm not out to destroy any businesses since I run one.
Shortly after posting this review due to her irate behavior, she sent us the passive aggressive text messages (now attached via photos): "Thanks for the great review!" And "Find something else to do with your time please!"
Well this is a good use of my time Desha. To make sure you do a better job with communication, not lie about me raising my voice, and so you don't lose out on more customers.

This cleaning service far exceeded my expectations. We recently moved out of a rental house managed by a particularly persnickety company. We knew they would ding us for every small thing, so we thought it would be a great idea to hire a cleaning company to do a move-out clean. I was looking for a cleaner who would be available in less than three days and Desha responded immediately and had a perfect timeslot for me. She got there early, had very reasonable rates, and sent me pictures of the work afterwards since I wasn't able to stay the entire time she was there. She did a great job and I was really pleased with our place – she even gave us advice on how to further clean places that were so bad that a one-time cleaning couldn't get them up. A few months ago I wrote a review on this cleaning service stating they never bothered to contact me to set up cleaning services with them as a new customer, and was highly disappointed.
Since then I learned from the owner that there was a mix up in the paperwork with another new customer ( similar names) and they apologized for the confusion. They also had been trying to contact me when they realized what happened. We were squeezed onto their busy schedule and had someone come out to our home ASAP.
The woman promptly showed up at our home and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased!

I agree with the previous reviewer. I used them to clean my home after we closed – so no furniture or anything inside. Just wanted floors, bathroom, baseboards, counters etc cleaned. It cost about $250-$300. I was not at the house but when I did arrive the house looked untouched. I called Vantage Point and they said well we did what we could bc the hot water wasn't working…we really couldn't clean. Why the eff didn't they call me to tell me? We hadn't moved in yet so we didn't know the hot water wasn't working. They did not offer to come back or a discount. They straight up said we did what we could but couldn't really clean. SMH

Let's see where to begin. The first time we had them scheduled to come clean they did not come out at all. When we called they said they did not have us on the books. Today we were supposed to have them come out at 12. Over 40 mins late, no phone call until we called twice. When they called my dad back, I told them not bother to come out. Desiree got an attitude said we canceled on them three times (we never canceled). We did call to reschedule several days before an appointment because my dad was having a bad Parkinson week. Then proceeded to hang up on me. They wasted our time. We made arrangements and changed our schedule to fit them in. If they had called us and said they were running late before 12, we would have been ok with that because stuff happens. But blowing us off once and being nearly an hour late another time, no thank you. It is a terrible impression. The worst part for my family was the attitude. If they want business from anyone in the future they need to actually show up to appointments. We won't ever be using them again, recommending them to anyone, and I suggest no one use them.
