My rental company did not charge the fees, your company did. They gave me the exact bill they paid. Which was $300, so try again to misguide people reading this Yelp review.
I always give companies the benefit of the the doubt, but when I called your company and the person answering the phone was rude and wouldn't even let me talk to the manager or owner, there is now excuse. Only after leaving bad reviews did you call and try to make thing better and offer me a partial refund. Only to find out I can't be bought!!!
Just a horrible company with poor customer service is all you guys are and I will continue to let people know this.

This was an extremely hard time, our dad just passed away & we weren't emotionally able to do it ourselves. Great website, nice review on Google, friendly on the phone however they never bothered to show up to give us a quote at the agreed upon appointment time. We repeatedly called them to reschedule and waited over an hour. They never showed or bothered to return our calls. Perhaps they drove by our house and were scared away, in which case we definitely could not use their services.

It is nice to have a company out that can do multiple services for you, but it also means the chances for something to go wrong is also higher, I try to keep that in mind as I use them for everything from tree trimming to cleaning out the garage and overall they do a good job,but there each time seems to be something albeit usually minor that was not right, Luckily the office relays my service concerns to the crews and the issue is usually straightened out until the next inevitable point of contention. This company tries, so I keep them around. I have less issues with inside cleaning service part, than the yard which I may be slightly demanding and overbearing, but as a paying customer I feel I should things my way.

Ben and Aimee are wonderful to work with, I had to reschedule several times due to illness and they were very understanding. I have carpets that had some unbelievable stains in them and I had another company come out and they didn't do half the job that Precision First did and they charged me double of what Ben and Aimee did. My carpets look brand new and I believe they are the original carpets from when the home was built in the '70's. Plus, Ben gets right down to it and gets the job done in no time at all. I had planned on ripping up the carpets and putting tile down, but now that I've found Precision First, I think I'll just keep the carpets and have Ben do them when necessary. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to family and friends.

Precision First was amazing. The customer service is prompt, with regard to phone calls, estimates, and showing up on time. I have 11-year-old carpeting in my house (which was cheap stuff to begin with) and have two little dogs that have left their stains (not to mention our own drips and spills) over the last few years. I knew anything would be an improvement, and frankly didn't think some stains would come out. I was just stunned at the result. It looks nearly new. The price was very reasonable, the work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them!

LONG STORY SHORT: Crappy service, unethical business practices (changing price after services were completed), and Kevin being a royal tool in the background. 1/10 would NOT recommend… read on for further explanation.

I was not going to write a review because I didn't want to hurt their business and I have better things to do with my time than complain like watching paint dry. I just wrote this off as a lesson learned and they would never get a personal recommendation from me. BUT seeing as Crystal asked me to review her services and I'm a nice person. Here is my review;

I was looking for a company to clean my grandmother's home in the hopes of getting it on the market soon to sell. I found this company and though the website was a mess I decided to call. Crystal sounded nice but not very confident in herself and the company (I'm pretty sure Kevin was in the background coaching her). That is not my complaint, there are many reasons why she would sound like that, but it didn't affect my choice. We spoke for a few minutes and agreed on a date and the price of $20.00 an hour.
I had my friend let her in and she cleaned. As of this point, I had nothing to be concerned about. It wasn't until the phone call after the service had been done that Crystal decided to tell me that she had her daughter help and she wanted to charge me an extra $10.00 an hour. I told her "No, that wasn't what we agreed upon" but lovely Kevin spoke up in the background and said quite loudly that "we won't do business with me again". My first thought was "Don't worry honey, I will never want to do business with you again" but I am a lady and did not say that thought out loud… But I wanted to…so bad.
It was at this point that I decided to negotiate the price because the daughter did help and I am hoping that part of the payment went to her, but I don't have high hopes at this point. So, we agreed upon $5.00 an hour for the extra help, they were there for 6 hours, so in total $150.00 for what I thought was a job well done.
It wasn't until later (after the payment had been made) that we looked a little more closely and saw that the house was clean, but not 6 hours' worth of cleaning. There are crumbs in the cupboards, the oven wasn't cleaned, and the floors in the master bathroom are still a mess. Plus a plethora of other issues.
Also, I am not accusing this company of theft, but seeing as this was an elderly woman's home, there was a commode in the master bathroom. The owner had fallen and had a broken hip. This helped her get up and off the toilet with ease as it had handles. When our friend let her into the house, she noticed that there was a commode in the bathroom, when my sister went the next day to look over the house, she noticed that it was gone. Again, not accusing them of theft but it seems kind of fishy that it went missing the day of the house cleaning. OF course if a company that is, in their words "licensed, bonded, and insured" and that gives them the ability to change the price after the service has already been rendered, they would never do something like that (dripping sarcasm).

As a side note to all prospective customers, when a company cannot spell correctly on their website, hint: its accepting not excepting and goes not go's, RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
